We stayed at Liz’s house for a long Easter weekend and it was fantastic! Everything was clean and well organised which made settling in easy. Liz was great with communication at all times and the little touches she provided for our stay were above and beyond! If anyone is looking for a stay on the Norfolk coast then you won’t do much better than this! Thanks Liz!

We had a wonderful stay at Tom’s place this past Easter weekend. The house is very comfortable and caters for adults and children alike. Whilst there are two sets of stairs, there are gates so families with small children can rest assured. We had a dog as well and the enclosed garden was a real plus. Every detail was thought through and made the experience very comfortable. Location wise, this place is perfect. A playground across the road, and a two minute walk to access the beach. We did the cliff walk when the tide was in from Overstrand to Cromer and walked the beach back. Had food one night in the local pub (with a playground out back for children) - just a five min walk. Driving wise, we visited Holt and Cley next the sea - about a 30 min drive. All in all this is a very peaceful place, good for families and pets and combines tranquility with convenience to Cromer, the promenade and lots of great restaurants.

We had a wonderful time at this house. It was very clean and well presented. Lots of games and toys for the children to play with! A fabulous location too. We will definitely be back!

This Airbnb was a great find situated on the Quayside in Wells-next-the Sea. The property has great views over the surrounding harbour, channels out to sea and salt marshes from either the living room or bedroom windows or the little sun terrace (very welcome on nice days) at the top of the property. I can honestly say I have never seen such a well-stocked kitchen before and there was so much in the way of glasses, crockery, mugs, cutlery and cooking bits n pieces you were never short of anything. There is plenty of room to relax with plenty of chairs, and the dining tables served not only for meals but was also great for me to use my laptop to check emails, etc - supported by high-speed Sky broadband. The TV has a full Sky package which meant we felt straight at home with all of the channels that we are used to! Beds were really comfortable and we had good nights' sleep. Parking is straightforward and is a few steps from the property. Lots of amenities are walkable inc boat trips

A lovely charming and well presented holiday home, in a great location. Stones Throw is a great name for this ideally located property ensuring you can make the most of the coastal location during your stay in Sheringham. We spent a lovely Christmas here with family and the well equipped kitchen made cooking Christmas lunch easy, it was like home from home! The closeness of the sea enabled us to do lots of paddling whilst enjoying the local area too. The host Anne, was quick to respond to messages and made our stay most enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this property to others and I hope to return again one day too!

Will definitely return. More spacious than expected and really well appointed. Great location with beach and town really close. Only downside is parking with the parking space at the end of a narrow road and nowhere to really turn round. Not an issue if you have a small car. We parked in an adjacent street as advised by Fiona. Next time we would go by train and order an online shop for delivery when we arrived. Station is close by and there is a regular service to Norwich that stops at cromer.

One of the nicest, cleanest places we’ve stayed, even smelt nice when we walked in. The location is perfect, 5-10min walk down to the beach and the best unspoiled view over the sea. Sunrise is beautiful. The property is well equipped, comfortable and has all we needed. Would stay again. :)

Wonderful house with great sea views. The location was in close proximity to all the shops, pubs, restaurants and pier. Lovely host, extremely good communication and made sure everything ran smoothly. 100% recommendation.

We absolutely loved our stay at Margo’s place. The location was perfect & the chalet was pristine. We particularly loved the outdoor pool (which was less than 100m from our front door!) It was so easy to keep the kids entertained with lots to do nearby. We were sad to leave & definitely hope to be back!

We’ve just arrived home after a 2 night stay at James’s place. Very comfortable and well equipped. James kindly let us check in early as it was cleaned and ready for us. Nice and quiet area and lovely warm indoor pool. There is a pub opposite where everyone was very friendly and darts and pool is free. We had fish and chips delivered from Oulton Road fish and chip shop and they were amazing. I would recommend and definitely stay again.

We had a brilliant week. The hosts were responsive and sent clear instructions to check in. The house was lovely and clean when we arrived and there was a lovely welcome pack waiting for us. The kids loved the pool and it was lovely and warm and a great size. The garden is massive and looks out over the sea. You can walk on the beach within 5 mins from the house. Thanks for having us we all really enjoyed our stay.

Really enjoyable stay at Sarah’s place. She was fantastic and great at getting back to me. The lodge had all you would need including a washing machine. It was clean, spacious and the little treats of biscuits and milk on arrival was a great touch. The site was good, with excellent food and entertainment. The only downside was the bathroom/toilet. As it was downstairs, it was right next to the living room, which could be uncomfortable for some. However, we loved the whole place and will be back if in the area! Fear not about booking!

Had a great stay here, plenty of space for two families with children. Excellent location and accommodation. Would recommend.

Great family base for staying in Cromer. About a 15-20min walk to shops and beach. House was spotless and well stocked and easy instructions to check in and out.

The accommodation was absolutely perfect for us, in fact, it exceeded our expectations. The whole property was extremely clean, well equipped, comfortably furnished and in excellent decorative order. Our host, Fiona, was great, all her messages and emails were informal and friendly, and was very prompt at replying to any enquiries. The local area was also very nice indeed, with excellent walking, and a lovely dog friendly beach a few hundred metres from the door. Also, two pub/restaurants within easy walking distance. I highly recommend this property.

We have had a lovely stay in Sheringham. The house was great. It provided lots of space for my friend and me and our children - the games room was perfect for the them! It's location, with a relatively short walk to the main areas of Sheringham, also made it ideal for us. Chris was an excellent host too. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. We hope to return again sometime very soon. Thank you for having us!

Mark’s place was perfect for our family of 12 mini getaway, it has plenty of space for cooking, chilling and enjoying evening meals together!

Hannah was an amazing host. She communicated a flaw in the chalet with us immediately (bedside lamp in main bedroom not working) but it was no issue at all. Arriving there at night it was pitch black, once i had read the drirections again, properly 😚, the chalet was very easy to find. Everything was as described inside, clean and welcoming. The site was so peaceful. We visit Kessingland to see family so we have a great find here. Definitely be recommending to other relatives. Thank you Hannah x

This was our 2nd trip to Sunnyside as we really enjoyed it last year and decided to return. The new addition of the air fryer was a nice surprise and handy to have available. Everything was clean and tidy. We enjoyed our stay and would consider another return trip.
