we enjoyed our stay at Rita's place very much. the view is fantastic, very easy access, safe. wonderful flat, great kitchen and bathrooms! Rita is really one of the best hosts. she made an early flex check in possible. unfortunately, we were too slow to extend our stay at her place, which we definitely would prefered.

Apartment is as described and shown: very spacious, clean, comfortable. Gym and pool are a nice add on as well. Great parking facilities and security staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended when you have to be in and around city center.

We had a pleasant stay here. The accommodation is located in the city centre and close to the V&A Waterfront and other tourist attractions. Marcel was very responsive every time I needed his help. I’ll come back for sure!

Valencia was a great host! The place was exactly as described and she was always very responsive and made it easy to find. The compound was beautiful and the staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. It was an easy and short walk to the V&A waterfront making it very accessible, and as a gated community, it always felt safe to walk at any time. There's also a cleaning service that comes every day which is great but make sure to let them know what time is convenient for you since we were woken up on New Years day at 10am by a slightly rude and abrupt cleaning lady. Otherwise, everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend it and would even stay here again.

The place was as it looked on the app, beautiful!. The best part was the view, it has an amazing beautiful view. Easy access to V&A Waterfront in minutes. The area is clean and safe above all the host is very good with communication, they left no detail in explaining everything. The host even told us of a company that keeps your suitcases and delivers them wherever you incase your flight is way later after checking out. Everything about this apartment was awesome we felt at home.

Nice peaceful spot. I like the access control, safety and beautiful surroundings. I hope to stay here again sometime soon

Barry’s place was exceptional! The house is one of the most beautiful places we’ve stayed at—double volume ceilings, amazing layout, and a balcony with views of a gentle stream flowing past the house. Barry himself was a great communicator and responded quickly to our questions. We would also highly recommend using Barry’s domestic worker/cleaner who did an amazing job of taking care of the house including our laundry. One minor issue (which Barry warned us about in the house manual), was the acorns that fell on the ceiling of the main bedroom. In the quiet hours of the morning, the acorns sounded pretty loud, so might be a challenge for light sleepers. Despite this, Barry’s home was a five star experience and we highly recommend his place when you’re in Cape Town.

Hout bay was wonderful and the house had lovely beds and plenty of kitchen dishes as well as towels for the beach and even some sand toys. The place was cleaned meticulously and was relatively easy to access. They had a booklet of local recommendations that was helpful if a little overstuffed. The first two pages worked great. The washer and drier left something to be desired - the drier door wouldn’t stay shut and was finicky about turning on. The house could have used a few little touches like some laundry detergent, but Abigail was helpful.

Enjoyed our two stay at Alet and she was always helpful and responsive. Place is well located and shops were easy to get to.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es sehr ruhig. Die Garage direkt an der Wohnung zu haben fanden wir super. Die Kommunikation war schnell und freundlich. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wieder hin.

We could not have wished for a more perfect place to stay. It was beyond our expectations - beautifully and simply designed and was exactly what we had hoped for. We would definitely like to stay again. Newlands Village is delightful. Thank you Candice for making our stay in Cape Town so spot on!

Dan and the team were incredibly professional, responsive, and accommodating throughout — from booking to check-out. The home itself is beautifully designed, serene, and equipped with every amenity you could need. It truly felt like a peaceful retreat, yet still had the comforts and conveniences of home. I especially appreciated the calm, tranquil atmosphere and the thoughtful touches throughout the space. A unique space with personality. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and seamless Airbnb experience!

We stayed in the place for 14 days, 2 couples. We very much enjoyed our time. The house matches the description, is beautifully designed and well maintained. The outside area is well-thought trough, provides sun-protection when sitting outside and offers amazing views over Cape Town and Table Mountain. The house offers 3 bedrooms distributed over 3 floors. A bit of a negative is that although you can close the doors, privacy can be an issue as it is not fully sound proof. Lightning could be better in the bathrooms, but design won over. The service was great, cleaning excellent and the pool was well maintained. The surroundings are great, plenty of coffee places for an easy breakfast, bars and supermarket nearby. Easy to go for a morning run to Green Point and Sea Point. We loved it and highly recommend the place. Thank you.

Andre’s place was very well located, walking distance to the waterfront and Sea Point- lots of caffès and restaurants. The apartment is modern, clean and comfortable. WiFi works very well. Andre is a very responsive and proactive host, Michael the Porter is very nice and we even got Ilse to clean some days and she is very sweet and attentive. Highly recommended.

Tessa’s apartment was in excellent condition. It’s in a fantastic location in Green Point and is also in easy walking distance to the V&A Waterfront. We had no issues with security in the area or apartments, the 2 security guards were polite and helpful. All communication with Joey prior to arrival was answered within an hour at most and we were met on arrival by Nick who handed over the keys and gave us some good advice about the nearby bars and restaurants. I would advise anyone to consider Tessa’s apartment as a great alternative to the apartments at the V&A waterfront as it’s only a 10mins walk away without the prices of the V&A apartments. Green Point is a vibrant area and we found great bars, restaurants on our doorstep, not to mention the Woolworths for our everyday supplies. Overall, my friends and I loved our visit to Cape Town and our choice of accommodation definitely set the tone for a great trip. Would book again without hesitation!

The communication with the host was the best I have ever experienced, clear instructions & immediately responsive. The apartment is beautiful with fantastic views, the building has 24/7 security and the building staff are amazing / 5 stars!

I loved the convenience of this location to get around Cape Town. The apartment is gorgeous and has all the equipment you’ll need for a lovely stay. Brett & Henry are very proactive and responsive. That view is incredible and gave me great joy every day. My son really enjoyed the pool for cooling off. Thank you.

It felt like home-away from home. The place was immaculate and tranquil. We are definitely returning. My partner and I felt at peace and settled. The walkable distance to the mall was a great advantage. We did not want to leave to a point where we added an additional night. This place is a real gem. 💎

Rene and Amy went above and beyond to make this trip comfortable and enjoyable. We had no issues during our stay, and were thankful for all the amenities. The view was absolutely stunning with the most breathtaking sunset and view of Table Mountain. We were not bothered by the nearby train or city life. Would recommend and would for sure stay again!

Absolutely wonderful stay. The Estate is safe, security friendly and professional. Extremely clean, everything that you need, fantastic view of Marina, walking distance to V&A. Friendly housekeeper. Excellent service from owner. Overall, would highly recommend.
