Booked last minute- was very pleasantly surprised! Even better than photos! Location was easy to find (drive in late at night) very easy to check in. Very walkable to everything- beach was a few blocks! Great location to get to the middle of town in no time at all. The private patio space with the hot tub was so amazing after a beach day. I will for sure be booking this place again! Also Liza was super helpful and easy to reach if I had any questions. Book here - it’ll exceed expectations!

My spouse and I were here for a week and loved it!! Shari was super accommodating, the place was gorgeous and the location of the house right next to the beach was perfect. We loved the short walk to the Windmill Cafe, it has great vegan options and quickly became our go-to breakfast place throughout the stay. Definitely recommend going!

Annie was a great host and the place was exactly as described and just what we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. We loved the hot tub in the backyard and the beach cottage feel of the place. Thank you for hosting us!

A magical sanctuary! We loved every minute of our stay and the only negative part was that we had to leave. The location is epic- walk anywhere, restaurants, beach, UCSC, downtown, coffee shops. The hot tub is totally private and the place has a very homey feel. The lot is beautiful. Would stay here again.

The house was easy to find and near the beach, as advertised. It felt like home and was accessible to nearby restaurants. Gabriel responded to our questions quickly and was friendly. My wife had crutches and found the house easy to get around. The neighborhood was great and close to beautiful views . Definitely a high recommendation !

This is truly a gem. The surroundings are beautiful. If you like to walk there are great walkable low traffic roads right outside. You will get a workout because it’s hilly. The kitchen is top notch. We did a lot of cooking and it was a pleasure. April and her team are extremely responsive and took care of all our issues promptly. On the whole a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend it.

What an amazing spot! This was one of the best locations I’ve been to so far. They provided everything you could possibly need. Such a beautiful clean home in such a beautiful location that was incredibly easy to get to. I would definitely stay there again! We had an amazing time.

Honestly, above and beyond cozy! Surrounded by giant trees and the kitchen is loaded with everything needed to make meal after meal. Enjoyed our day at the Boardwalk, but looked forward to coming "home". Tamara was always quick to reply with courtesy, and the beds are comfy. We didn't wanna leave!

Our family of four and two large short-haired dogs loved Steve’s place. Plenty of space for two dog kennels and amazing outdoor space for the dogs to run. The house is open and comfortably decorated with every item we needed. We loved sitting out on the deck listening to the waves crash along the shore, and walking the beach and the Marsh trail. Nearby town of Pescadero has groceries and restaurants, though we mainly used the well stocked kitchen and cooked. Steve was quick to help us with any questions and is the perfect host. We hope to stay again someday.

Place is just as described, if you like being out in the country more rugged and alone this place is for you, just be aware the bedroom has curtains but the rest of home does not at night this might scare somebody but I was fine

Beautiful & comfortable home, very friendly and helpful host. Quiet neighborhood and a short walk to the beach. Nice deck to relax on with comfy outdoor furniture. Very, very clean and nicely decorated. Provided helpful info on local points of interest, restaurants, grocery shopping, etc. very responsive host. I would highly recommend this host & home.

The house had a great surf vibe, with a nice sunny open living room and easy walking distance to the beach. This was a great spot for our family trip.

I had a wonderful stay at Linda’s Airbnb in Boulder Creek! It was the perfect peaceful getaway, nestled right by the creek. The home was spotless, quiet, and so serene—exactly what I was looking for. Linda was an incredible host, incredibly hospitable and attentive to any needs I had. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing retreat.

the cottage was nice and peaceful. It was spacious and comfortable. the kitchen was well stocked and had everything i needed to cook meals. overall the stay was excellent and worth the price.
