The apartment is beautiful. The side porch is charming and it was so nice to be able to open the doors for fresh air and sit outside in the morning with coffee. The shower is strong, hot and spacious. The neighborhood was great- you are just a walk away from tons of places to eat, drink or shop. Would stay here again!

It was a treat to stay in this lovely apartment! I chose it for the classy appearance, parking space and close proximity to restaurants and King Street. We were able to easily walk everywhere in Downtown Charleston, including to the waterfront. Communication was fast and always helpful. We were very happy with our apartment and CHC Vacation Rentals!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Important things for me are, comfortable bed, good water pressure, clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable, we had good water pressure, and the place was clean. We did not have coffee, but we survived -The beach access is nice, we enjoyed the screened porch and having a bed that faces the ocean with double doors that open made for a spectacular view. We would absolutely book this venue again. Enjoy your stay!!! RJ

My group and I had a blast visiting Charleston and CHC Vacation Rentals made everything extremely easy! They were responsive, very clear and overall a pleasure to speak to. We enjoyed the walkability and close proximity to King Street!

The space had an excellent vibe and a cozy, homey feel. Host was so easy to work with. The unit is well equipped and every detail was anticipated- ice molds, comfy blankets for the porch, and interesting reading material. We’re already planning a future return trip!

Great experience. Clear, proactive communication. Lovely, well-thought out spaces. And we were even able to check in a little early and store our bags before we left. Highly recommend!

The apartment was as advertised - great location one block away from King St. There were plenty of fantastic restaurants in the neighborhood in walking distance. The place had everything we needed to relax and enjoy Charleston!

Had an amazing 10 day stay at Joseph's place in Charleston. We were there for both work and play and the pad is perfect for a small family traveling with pets. In fact, we picked it literally because he allowed dogs which almost no one else in the area did. Easy to find, good located in North Charleston, super clean and fun vibe in the house. We loved the exposed interior brick and unique decorations which added warmth. The living room sofa is huge and super comfy. He just upgraded to a huge new tv as well which we enjoyed for movie nights. Joseph himself was awesome all the way with excellent communication and good recommendations. Would stay again!

We had the absolute BEST time at the Hampton House. The location cannot be matched, right at the end of the island it was a quiet peaceful spot for our family to enjoy. We kayaked and saw dolphins, walked down the beach and felt like we were on our own private island. Our kids made ever lasting memories with their cousins that are priceless. Derrick checked on us through out our stay and was very responsive to any questions! The house was just perfect for our vacation ❤️

Cathy’s place is great. As soon as you walk in you feel at home. Awesome outdoor area with a fire pit. Kids made s’mores. The place was clean and the Cathy left a bottle of wine and some baked goods. Fridge was stocked with some helpful necessities. Would definitely stay again

Our family enjoyed the house very much. We were celebrating my father in laws 75th birthday, my mother in laws 70th birthday and their 45th wedding anniversary. There was 9 of us and each of had a wonderful time. We are hoping to make this an annual trip.

We stayed a week in early April with 4 adults and 2 children aged 3 and 6. Brandy was very proactive with information so it was never necessary to contact her. The backyard was a nice place to rest at the end of a long day exploring Charleston. The house was very clean upon arrival and had all the dishes, glassware etc that we needed. Everything was also in working order. The only additional supplies we purchased was a box of tissues otherwise the house had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The downtown attractions are within relatively easy walking distance even with small children. As other reviews have noted you will hear the people upstairs walking around but we never heard voices. The unit had a reserved parking spot for 1 car.

Great location on inter coastal waterway, within walking distance to Folly Beach, 20 minutes to Charleston. Roomy, comfortable and well kept condo with wonderful sunset views over marsh area seen from back porch every night.

We took a winter getaway with our adult children. The location and views were great! We could walk to many shops, bars and restaurants, and did a bike ride one day. It’s About 30 minutes from downtown Charleston. We enjoyed walks on the beach each morning and the ocean view was beautiful. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. We’d highly recommend!

We had a great stay! The condo was clean and comfortable, and being in a top floor end unit meant less noise from neighbors. The complex was well-maintained and the staff was really friendly. This area is away from the crowds near Coligny, but not far from all the island has to offer. Colin was great about communicating and always responded quickly to messages.

Dawns place was great. Very clean and, easy access and super comfy. Thanks Dawn. We very much enjoyed our time.
