A great stay at Daphne’s. Location was perfect- a few feet from beach access, and a driveway away to the bicycle paths. The unit is warm, comfy, and the screened in porch is fantastic. Also, the bed may be the most comfortable Airbnb bed we’ve ever slept. This is a great, relaxing, friendly place. And Daphne’s service is remarkable, - stellar. She responds within minutes, and seemed extremely concerned that our stay was better than we hoped. Thank you.

Awesome Host! We were very pleased with the property. The furnishings were well thought out. It was minimalist while feeling warm and inviting at the same time. It was well-maintained and the surrounding property was very nice. We felt at home in the property and area. Small convenience stores (DT, FD, DG) were all within 1-2 minutes driving and so much more anywhere from 5 minutes or more. It worked out very well for us. *It is on the second floor (we liked that), but just a heads up in case stairs are challenging for you or someone traveling with you. As a host - very responsive, great instructions and clear rules. We definitely recommend this property and host, and we would book again.

We had a wonderful stay at Tyler’s place. The house was a beautiful mix of old Charleston with all updated features. He made us feel right at home. He left us snacks and a bottle of champagne. So thoughtful! It was an easy walk to the top of king st. We walked and was a 5-10 minute uber ride to the end of island. I would definitely recommend Tyler’s house.

I was really amazed how well the place was. The location was close to everything.The cleanliness of place exceeded my expectation. It was well worth it!

We had a fantastic stay at Laurie's place. The apartment is stylish, clean and very comfortable - we felt right at home, and it was nice to run into Laurie as we were arriving and get some tips on nice walks in the neighborhood. The area is beautiful -- bungalows and single family homes that have been renovated and are so cute and unique! We loved being able to walk down to the river, hearing the birds sing, enjoying the flowers and trees. The apartment is about a 10 minute car ride to many restaurants and the shopping and historic district, which was perfect for us - we were happy to stay a bit out of the fray of downtown and have a peaceful retreat. The amenities in the apartment were perfect - comfortable bed, great water pressure in the shower, lovely outdoor patio and thoughtful touches like snacks and a bottle of wine. There are a few nice restaurants and a coffee shop within walking distance. All in all a perfect stay - would be happy to return!

The place was easy to find, easy to access, and absolutely spotless. the host checked in with me to see if we needed anything, and was very polite and friendly. The location worked perfectly for us, only a short 30 minute drive into downtown Charleston, and at a much more affordable price than anywhere in town. We enjoyed the local flea market on Sunday that is just outside the neighborhood ad down the road a couple of blocks. We booked the day before we needed the place and everything was ready for us. Would totally recommend to friends and stay again!

Great location, perfect host, if needed will definitely stay there again

Melody was a great host, very responsive and helpful. The neighborhood was fine, but surroundings areas were not very nice. It was only 15-20 min drive to all the places we wanted to visit and easy to get around. The place itself was exactly what we needed. The outdoor street lights were pretty bright despite the window coverings, and Saturday night you could hear music and loud cars driving through but nothing terrible. They had many magazines and information about Charleston around that helped us plan our trip. The mini yard was nice to have with our dog. Overall good place, and decent price compared to being city center.

We had a wonderful stay with our baby and 2 small dogs! Beautiful home in a great location! It had everything we needed and more. It was so easy to get to downtown Charleston and the ride was beautiful and scenic. You can also walk to two great restaurants: Paisanos pizza and for breakfast the Smoky Yolk. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it!

We had a great stay! So cozy and “Beaufort vibes”. I was able to walk to downtown within 15 minutes down Bay Street, and it is a safe, beautiful walk. Also very close to parris island. Appliances and fixtures are very modern and quality. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved the home, it was perfect for two families to share for a swim meet weekend. It was super close to the pool and plenty of restaurants close by! The home is beautiful, spacious, clean, it was great, just wish we could’ve spent more time there!

Laurence’s place was perfect for our quick, family weekend trip to Charleston! Situated in a beautiful neighborhood, filled with young families we felt right at home. It was a quick walk to the Greenway which gave us a great path to walk to nearby restaurants/coffee shops with our young son. It was also perfect for us to be so close to downtown to come back and forth for naptime. Lastly, the home was very welcoming for our son and not only had 2 pack and plays but also an assortment of toys which he enjoyed. Thanks for a great stay!

The home is in an older, well-established neighborhood that is safe enough that neighbors leave bikes unattended in yards overnight. There are saggy spots and chips in the kitchen floor, but it was spotlessly clean on arrival. The wood floors in the bedrooms, living room and hall look original and are beautiful. There is a lovely fenced yard. We'd have enjoyed sitting out there if it was warmer. It would also be a great place to turn a dog out to run and play. The kitchen is huge and well-equipped, with tons of cabinet and counter space, and everything needed to prepare a meal, including a good selection of basic spices and seasonings. Mattresses were comfortable; there were small dressers in each bedroom, so we didn't have to live out of suitcases. Note: The listing says cotton sheets; the ones on the king bed were 100% polyester--not bad in winter, but would be hot in summer. There were plenty of towels for our group. Washer and dryer access was appreciated.

We had a great time and this was the perfect set up and location for a local family wedding. We were able to get in and out easily, and Meghan was the perfect host, always answering any questions that I had and was proactive by reaching out to check on us during the weekend.

This property has high end furnishings, very comfortable beds and nice linens. The kitchen is tiny but pretty well equipped. Location is great. We had a couple of issues that when raised were immediately addressed to our satisfaction. Parking is tight - would not recommend a large vehicle but it’s at least off street.

We really enjoyed our stay! The whole house was very clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Bedrooms were spacious with comfy beds. We loved the pool area though we had colder weather and only one polar bear guy took a dip

Great location adjacent to a beach that was great for birdwatching and beachcombing. It was preseason for the outdoor pools but the indoor pool was open and fun to play in for my kids. The view of the azaleas from the sunporch was amazing. The host supplies a beach wagon and some beach chairs—these were such a nice touch. About 10 minute drive to lovely swimming beaches. The kitchen is updated and has nice cookware, plates, glasses and silverware. The most lovely aspect of the unit are the hosts. They were so communicative and welcoming and helpful, responding immediately to any requests.

enjoyed our stay! The beach at the condo was very unique and beautiful in a different way from the other beaches on the island. It was about a 10 min drive to the closest beach which worked just fine when we wanted a change.

What a cute little place to stay. Very quiet. Sandra was awesome to work with. She was very responsive to all my questions and needs. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

The condo was great for my family's vacation. The secondary bedrooms are on the opposite side of the condo from the main bedroom giving teens and parents privacy. The patio is well furnished and comfortable to hang out on in the mornings and evenings. We had everything we needed for our stay. It was a short walk or quick drive to golf and other amenities (if you buy the pass, but it's worth it). Overall, great stay.
