My husband and I stayed at Daphne's place in Kiawah Island for a spring break getaway. It was exactly what we needed! This was our first time in Kiawah; we knew we wanted easy access to the beach, and Daphne's place certainly made that possible. The villa is just steps from the beach via a boardwalk. The beach was both private and peaceful. While spending time at the villa, we thoroughly enjoyed the screened in porch as we sipped our morning coffee. Looking forward to coming back again in the future!

Nikki's place was exactly as described; perfect in every way. Her instructions were very easy to follow for check in. And when we walked in, everything smelled and looked very clean. The view from our condo was beautiful, and the easy access to the pier and beach was so close and convenient. Coffee shops, grocery and restaurants were near and walkable. The Handbook was very helpful with listing everything inside the condo, and also good recommendations for restaurants and activities. Nikki thought of all the little details to make our stay so comfortable!

We had a great few days away at Carolyn’s place. Her place was clean and comfortable and had a wonderful balcony to enjoy the ocean views. We really liked making breakfast to enjoy on the balcony. It was in a great location, easy to walk to the shops and restaurants at Coligny beach (about 15 minutes). The beach out front was beautiful and the pool was wonderful too! Thanks for a lovely stay!

We had a wonderful time in Jim's beautiful place. Everything - the furniture and beds, the kitchen and bathrooms, were comfortable and worked well. The big picture window really was wonderful and especially so when we had some colder weather and rain; we could happily sit in the living room and the unobstructed ocean view was right in front of us. Of course, the view was from the deck as well. Communication with Jim and his associates Greg and Nicole, was excellent throughout, including when we were on-site. Nicole answered every question quickly by text and in a most friendly way. The location with the walkability to Cologny Square was perfect for us. We enjoyed all the restaurants and shops there and in the area. We enjoyed people watching at the park area at the entrance to Cologny Beach. For us, this was a relaxing-by-the-ocean vacation. Hilton Head certainly offers a lot more to do, but we enjoyed just 'being there' and Jim's place made that especially nice.

This apartment exceeded all expectations! It truly felt like staying in a 5-star hotel, but with the added comfort and convenience of a full house. The space was beautifully designed and impeccably clean. The location was absolutely perfect - nestled in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood, yet just a short walk to attractions, parks and a selection of restaurants but also few minutes from downtown Charleston. Rich and his family was incredibly welcoming and provided exceptional attention to detail. Highly recommended place!

Trina responded to the need at hand right away and found a solution quickly. She was helpful and understanding. It was very easy to reach her. Great communication! The location is great. Quick access to the beach without the premium price. There is a shower outside to rinse off the sand.

We had a fantastic stay at Brianna’s condo during our spring break visit to Folly Beach! We loved the location~ It was quiet and conveniently located. It came with all the amenities you could need. It was exactly as described. Breanna was extremely kind and responsive. We are looking forward to staying at her place again soon!

David’s home is beautiful and my family and I had a wonderful time here. The interior was gorgeous! The kids loved the hot tub too. A really lovely home and perfectly located to explore Charleston. In a brilliant position in the middle. We loved our stay!

We had the absolute BEST time at the Hampton House. The location cannot be matched, right at the end of the island it was a quiet peaceful spot for our family to enjoy. We kayaked and saw dolphins, walked down the beach and felt like we were on our own private island. Our kids made ever lasting memories with their cousins that are priceless. Derrick checked on us through out our stay and was very responsive to any questions! The house was just perfect for our vacation ❤️

The experience at Flamingo Cove was outstanding. The sunrises each morning were beautiful over the creek and the living arrangements made for a restful long weekend. We loved the home, the area, and the variety of things to do while we were in town. We would book this property again without hesitation!

My husband and I stayed at Johnny’s place and absolutely loved it. We wish our trip was longer than a few days. His place is just as described, quiet, serene, clean and felt like home. The house is fully stocked with whatever you might need. We cooked our meals and dined on the deck that overlooks the beautiful marsh and bird watched. The location is perfect, quiet and wooded and yet close to everything. We went to Hunting State Park everyday. Rode our bikes on all the trails and enjoyed the beach. After our long day of activities it was a joy to come back ‘home’ to watch the sunset. We would stay again! Thank you for being a wonderful host!

This place is so great especially if you have a dog. The location can’t be beat and we absolutely loved the big back porch and fire pit. The beds were super comfortable too!! Even in the dead of winter, it was a lovely vacation. We will definitely be back.

It was a very pleasant stay and like a cute cozy little place. We were pleased with the location. Communicating was easy and we got quick responses to any question we had. Thank you very much!

My husband and I loved this place on Goose River Reservoir. I picked it because it was on the water. It was peaceful and relaxing on the enclosed back deck. It is close to great stores and eateries. About 20minutes to Charleston and Mt. Pleasant. There is plenty for kids to do at the house. The Master bed was comfy and warm. Shower was awesome. What I liked: The house felt warm and cozy. I liked being on the river and listening to the bugs, squirrels and birds. We loved being on the back deck relaxing and drinking our coffee. House rules were not overbearing, but to just clean up after yourself, no dirty dishes left in the sink, take out trash and bring the towels down to the washer. I tried to sweep, but I didn't find a broom. I spilt coffee grinds, but was able to clean it up. Communication with the owners was great and quick response! We really enjoyed our stay and would book again!

enjoyed our stay! The beach at the condo was very unique and beautiful in a different way from the other beaches on the island. It was about a 10 min drive to the closest beach which worked just fine when we wanted a change.

Peaceful, great access for the teens to get to the pool and beach, lacking on the ocean was fun.. small hiccup during the stay but Sean and Jeremy from the mngmt team were on it and did an excellent job.

The condo was very clean and well stocked. It was just a short walk to the beach, and we enjoyed the indoor pool and tennis courts. Great location that was a short drive to the many activities on Hilton Head. We enjoyed our stay!

This was the perfect get away for my daughter and me. We had a great girls trip. The location was perfect for our needs. The owner was very friendly and reached out to check on us and answer questions during our stay. I would highly recommend this adorably renovated beach condo.

Turtle View Villa was perfect for our family's needs. Walkable to both the beach and Coligny Plaza which was great for our 14 and 16 year old. Kitchen was well stocked and clean. John was very responsive to our needs...we had a question at check-in and he responded with help immediately.

Great place to stay! Clean and comfortable condo, and minutes to the beach. Quiet community, close to Hunting Island State park. Plenty of places to eat within a 20 minute radius. Also enjoyed walking around Beaufort and the boardwalk at Cypress Wetlands in Port Royal. Would recommend staying here again.

Myra's place was wonderful and exceeded my expectations. The development has a gated entry, a pool and tennis courts. There are two balconies in the condo that overlook the water. The bottom patio by the living room was screened in and included a table and chairs which was nice for morning coffee. You can watch dolphins in the water at dusk. Her condo is in an excellent location. It is within walking or biking distance to Folly Beach and just a short drive to Charleston. There are multiple restaurants close by. There is also a Publix, Harris Teeter and a Walmart within a 10 minute drive from the condo. We visited over Spring Break week and although there were people visiting the island it wasn't too crowded at all. I appreciated Myra's little touches: coffee pods for the Keurig, a little bottle of laundry detergent, a first aid kit, toiletries in the guest bathroom, restaurant menus, etc. Myra was attentive and helpful when I needed her. Highly Recommend!!!
