Our location is fantastic! From here, walk to restaurants, shops, the beach, everything! We have ample parking, too. We ask guests to keep in mind that this is an older home, last remodeled in 1969! Please consider this when booking, while staying, & when reviewing. While the location can't be beat, expect to be staying in an older home if you choose our place. Due to COVID-19, please bring your own towels, sheets & pillows. We provide bedspreads. ALLERGIES: A dog & cat lived here recently.

The cottage is located in a quiet coastal community over looking Chauncey Creek, but is just minutes to all the seacoast has to offer. Short drive to many area beaches (Hampton, NH; York, Ogunquit, Wells, ME). Better yet, walk to Kittery's own quiet Seapoint Beach, paddle at the bottom of the hill in the two kayaks provided or just relax on the peaceful deck with a book, a beverage and the gas fire pit for ambience...

The apartment is the 1st floor of a two family home (our family lives upstairs). It consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, pro kitchen, open living/dining area. The driveway can fit 2 cars (tight). There is additional parking at the bottom of the street. Please see house rules settings for holiday minimum bookings. We are pet friendly, but require case by case approval.
