We enjoyed our stay in Jerry’s place on Miramar Beach. Jerry was very responsive and his onsite property manager handled all our requests quickly and efficiently. The property was as described and landscaped nicely. Very pet friendly. Miramar Beach is beautiful and you can walk there. Lots of restaurants around too. We were there for 4 weeks. We happened to be there for the historic snow of 2025 and it made it fun!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect location, perfect accommodations. We would definitely return.

Excellent location and hosts! Very responsive and a great neighborhood! Easy to access beach and other attractions. Spent most of our time in the backyard and the game room!

We had a blast at Angie’s house. The property was beautiful and spacious and fit our family and group perfectly. The house is close to the beach (3 minute drive) and would recommend a golf cart or car to get there. Lots of dining options around. We enjoyed Santa Rosa Beach which is a little less crowded than other 30a beaches. I would recommend bringing a few extra necessities such as paper towels, trash bags etc as we ran out of the starter supply. Also, pool/beach towels as those weren’t provided. The pool and hot tub were very convenient and a great spot to relax after the beach. Overall it was a fantastic house and I’d recommend!

Paul and Janet were amazing hosts! They thought of everything from beach toys, children’s books with a Narwhal theme, to bowls for the dogs. My entire family had a great time at the beach (only a few min walk) and in the quiet neighborhood walking the dogs. If you are looking for an amazing home that is pet friendly by the beach definitely consider staying at Paul and Janet’s place!!!

We spent the month of March at Joe’s place and had a wonderful stay. We loved everything about the house and location. There are many good restaurants and lots of good golf courses very near by. The golf cart was a great benefit to have even though the beach access is only a 5 minute walk. Joe was always very responsive and great at checking in to see if we were enjoying our stay. Joe’s place is very clean and he has a very well stocked kitchen with every utensil and pots and pans and dishes that you would need. Our 4 grand children spent a week with us and they loved the bunk beds and the basketball hoop and all the beach toys. It’s a beautiful area and plenty to do near by. We very highly recommend staying at Joe’s place and we will definitely stay here again.

Staying at this property was an exceptional experience! It is immaculate, with beautifully decorated rooms and top-notch amenities. The serene view and lush landscaping created a perfect retreat to include the Jacuzzi to relax at the end of the day. The kitchen is well-equipped, making meal prep a breeze, and the spacious living area is ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring Destin. Austin is incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring our stay was nothing short of perfect. The location is ideal, close to beaches and local attractions. Highly recommend for a luxurious, stress-free getaway!

Perfect Beach Getaway! We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cottage! The location was unbeatable—just minutes from the ocean with many amenities (tennis court, pickleball courts, heated pool). The house was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, and an outdoor grill. Communication with the host/Brad was excellent; Brad was friendly and very responsive. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with easy beach access, this is the place to be.

We stay at this condo every time we come to PCB because it’s awesome and right on the sand. Easy access to everything and free parking !

Gave very detailed instructions and made sure I understood everything. The owner also was very responsive and answered every question I had and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was very clean and looked just like the pictures and felt like we was at home. Would definitely rent again

This was a fantastic little spot for me and my partner! Very clean and homey, with nearby beach access. It was close enough to town to get there via scenic beach walk but still far enough away to feel cozy and out of the way. Lovely area, lovely vibe, and lovely place to stay! I wish we could have been there longer, but that's all the more reason to come back!

I don’t have enough words for how amazing my stay was!! Came with 2 bath towels and 2 wash cloths which was plenty enough for my stuff, but if needed there is a washer and dryer there to clean them. Plenty of pots and pans, i didn’t use any but they were there haha. Bed is comfy. Check in was super easy. I kept a key with me at all times and left one in the lock box which was very convenient for me. I will say there isn’t much of an area for dogs to use the bathroom BUT the back 2 units have a fenced in yard. I’m a big walker so i would just walk my dog down the street in the mornings so he could use the bathroom and then cleaned it up. 10/10 everything was perfect!! I will definitely be staying with them again!

My girlfriend and I went to Debbie’s and it was great. She responded quickly. The beach was in walking distance and overall just a great place to stay definitely will be booking with her again.

Our stay at the Surf Bunny was fantastic! The location was perfect, such a close walk to the beach and other local restaurants and stores. The place was spotless and well-maintained. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming and recommended so many great places to eat and things to do. It’s the perfect spot for a small spring break trip, and we’d definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay for our family of four! Right on the beach with beach chairs included. Fun pool area with Tiki bar. Convenient parking structure attached with store and great ice cream shoppe. Very clean too!

I loved the private access to the beach and i was very pleased that there were chairs and other activities that were provided in the condo for us to take to the beach. Two adults and two teenagers slept comfortably, and the washer and dryer came in handy. I would stay again for sure!

We loved every moment of our vacation at marinas place and will definitely be booking with her again in the future ♥️

I’ve stayed at several condos on this property but Caty’s was one of a kind! I feel like the pictures online don’t do the condo justice. I loved the decor and felt very at home there. I was literally blown away with all of the different things she had for her guests to use. Board games, beach chairs, wagon, sand toys, beach towels, coupons for local restaurants, lots of extras in the kitchen and even several extra throw blankets for those of us who stay cold 🥶 We all felt right at home and I couldn’t be more grateful for the generosity she showed to our family. We will definitely be back! Thank you 😊

Chris was a wonderful host who always responded in such a timely manner! He made sure me and my friends had everything we needed and we hope to stay here again!

The photos of Ada’s house didn’t do it any justice. It was very nice and clean and the neighborhood was very nice.

We enjoyed our stay here! Everything was clean, as described, and well stocked. There were plenty of kitchen & bathroom supplies to get us started. Communication was quick and easy, which we appreciated. We stay at Ocean Villa every year for spring break and Jae’s condo is hard to beat!

We had a great stay at Jessica’s place! The view was gorgeous. Everything was clean. Bed was comfy, couch was comfy. Having two bathrooms were great for a family of 6 using them. I like the simplicity of the decor. Loved having the beach service provided to us! Our family felt safe the entire stay. We took family pictures at St. Andrew’s state park which was gorgeous. Jessica was great to communicate with. She was very responsive and quick to respond back. We were last minute scheduling our vacation and was worried about not finding something within our budget and this place was perfect for us, the condo and the price both.
