We are a family of 6 and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for us and the host was very responsive. There were only 4 chairs around the dining table and we wanted a family meal so requested another couple of chairs which were delivered to our apartment in a timely manner without question. These little things make a world of difference to us. The parking is quite expensive in the car park across the way but if you go in and ask they will give you the opportunity to buy a pass to park in the apartment car park for a lot cheaper and that way you can come and go as you please. Loved our stay. Thank you!

A very clean, neutrally decorated, well heated place with comfy beds. Fresh clean bed linen and towels. Not too far from central Liverpool with some local supermarkets and takeaways nearby. Edge Hill train station is just a 3 minute walk away from where you can get a train to Liverpool Lime Street which is a 10 minute ride. Overall, it is a fab place to stay!

We rented this accommodation for visiting family during their holiday, as it was conveniently located nearby. The property was perfect—clean, tidy, and well-equipped with everything easy to use. We would highly recommend this place and sincerely thank the hosts for allowing us to use it.

Perfect ground floor apartment in centre of town, yet very quiet. Within a minutes walk of shops, bars and restaurants. Very dog friendly, lovely little enclosed garden. Apartment was spotless and had everything needed for a mini or even an extended stay. Comfortable beds and lots of linen, towels etc. Hosts very responsive and gave excellent directions/instructions for entering privates gated complex. Would highly recommend and we all agreed would stay here again if in area.

We had a great stay here. Mark was very responsive to any queries or requests. The apartment had everything we needed for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped and had a few extras we weren’t expecting. It was a great location for exploring the city, tucked away from the hustle and bustle, but just a short walk from the centre. Would highly recommend.

Such a beautiful home! A gentleman comes to look after the animals on site and I can’t remember his name but he was so lovely and helpful! Zoe and Julia are both really responsive and super helpful with everything. Definitely will book here again! The house was really clean and felt homely

It was a pleasure and privilege to spend a week (with good weather) in a modernised, comfortable Listed home in such a beautiful Conservation Area Village with much to explore there on foot. It is located in one of the best spots there too, overlooking the Dell yet only one minute's walk from the Station (which is not noisy at all). That did mean offcomers /commuters parking there (so making it less easy to park nearby) but there is a more private area to park which Matt commended to us. We have experienced various homes but Matt's was both amply and well equipped by comparison to some we have stayed at, with comfortable rooms and plenty of space and facilities. Easy quick and cheap to get into Liverpool by train, and to access the M53 for the rest of the Wirral. Very handy well stocked farm shop a few minutes drive away for goodies and treats. All in all a great stay, thank you Matt.

Great find. Beautiful and clean and did us right fine and proud. Kitchen was really well equipped and spacious. Rooms were all really light and comfy. Absolutely lovely gaff. Thanks for having us.
