Perfect Beach Getaway! We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cottage! The location was unbeatable—just minutes from the ocean with many amenities (tennis court, pickleball courts, heated pool). The house was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, and an outdoor grill. Communication with the host/Brad was excellent; Brad was friendly and very responsive. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with easy beach access, this is the place to be.

We had a great stay at Clay's place. The unit was nicely furnished with a well-equipped kitchen and a beautiful view of the gulf. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony and splitting our time between the beach and pools. Check-in was a breeze and Clay was a fantastic, super-responsive host. We would be more than happy to come back.

We stay at this condo every time we come to PCB because it’s awesome and right on the sand. Easy access to everything and free parking !

Great stay! SunBird is older, but clean and kept up. Our unit had a beautiful view. It was clean, the host Pam was very assertive, as described and we would easily stay here again!

We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect. The unit is literally right on the beach and steps away from the pool and hot tub.

This was a great place for my stay - very comfortable with a clean, well-equipped kitchen, strong hot shower, and great TV set-up. It also felt very secure. The car access to the beach parking was easy and effortless.

Beautiful house in walking distance to shops and restaurants. Easy access to the beach and the community pool. The house was perfect for our group of 3 families with young kids. The bunk bed room worked perfect for our little ones.

Aimee’s place was just as described and very lovely. She was very responsive and sent one item which we requested within 24 hours. The furnishings were more substantial than most AirBnBs in quality and felt more like a real home. The pool was nice and relaxing.

Wow! The wife and I absolutely loved this spot. So convenient! The beach is pretty much right across the street, it’s surrounded by food spots and stores, and it’s just private enough. So clean and well decorated. The only better than the spot was the host. Daniel is so nice, communicative, and accommodating. 5 star location, 5 star place, 5 star host!!

We loved our stay at Danielle ‘s place! The location was very beautiful in a really nice area! It was extremely easy to get back-and-forth to the beach even with all of our stuff!! The rooms are huge and there’s plenty of room to spread out across the house! We also loved the rooftop view as well. The kitchen was great and had plenty of space for us to cook nearby. Some really cool restaurants were nearby and it was a short ride if you wanted to drive into downtown Destin for more to do!

Such a great place to stay, close to the beach! Private & peaceful place, the house is beautiful. They were easy to communicate with & answered all questions in no time. I also loved the outdoor games & grill that was provided.

This was our second stay at Chris's place and we enjoyed it as much as our first stay. The accommodations are well-appointed and the location is ideal -- easy walking distance to the beach and a quick drive to the supermarket and a variety of restaurants. A beautiful state park is just a few miles away.

Anna was and is a fantastic host. This was our second year with Anna and she is always quick to respond to my messages. The condo is comfortable and makes us feel at home. She has everything we need and more when we arrive. We are already making plans to return next year. Thank you Anna.

This was one of my best rentals in Destin Fl! I enjoyed the view and the comfort of the bed! Everything was so amazing! They also have a cooler and other beach things to make the stay EVEN BETTER! My kids loved this trip because they provided us with extra stuff to keep them happy!

Beth was a great host during our stay. She provided great recommendations nearby and was responsive to any questions. The location is perfect! It's within walking distance of the beach and near many restaurants. The view is priceless and a true sight to wake up to. I would highly recommend booking with Beth. You won't be disappointed.

The apartment was great! We had a great time staying here. Beautifully decorated and organized. Had all the amenities we needed for our family. Oan was very responsive always helping us out with clear instructions. Strongly recommend the place

I loved the private access to the beach and i was very pleased that there were chairs and other activities that were provided in the condo for us to take to the beach. Two adults and two teenagers slept comfortably, and the washer and dryer came in handy. I would stay again for sure!

We had a great stay, the place is just like the pictures. The room was super clean and properly prepared for us. The location is great just a short walk to the beach which wasn’t too crowded and right across from sharkys and senior frogs both great places to go to while being there! The pool at the condo was clean and the hot tub was perfect after a long day of driving or at the beach. Host was very responsive and if we needed anything or had any questions he replied super quick! We definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again. Great place for a couples get away or for a small family as they do have a pull out couch as well!

Trent was a friendly and helpful guy. Flexed to let us check in early, which was appreciated. The apartment is ground level and pics are accurate. Bed was very comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. Kitchen has just about everything you would need for a holiday. Right on the beach with a 1 minute walk, so you can't ask for better than that. Read the fees closely, as the complex charges nearly $40 to check in and $80 and up if you have a pet. I didn't read closely and got stung, but that's completely our fault, and Trent was patient and friendly throughout. Easy to access lots of good food in very short walking distance (3 min), so no need to pack up the car and drive all over the place, which is nice. We went just before Spring Break, so it was still quiet and cool and we had a relaxing stay.
