I don’t know if I can put into words how amazing this condo was! Beautiful accommodations with everything we needed for a one month stay. Everything in the place was very nice from the decor to the dishes, pots/pans, utensils, coffee/keurig, and bath towels! Michelle is the best host I have ever dealt with, very responsive & helpful. And the view was out of this world, loved watch the dolphins and the sunset! If we ever come to PCB again, we will definitely book this unit. Michelle, thank you for everything!

When we got there the back porch was covered in bird poop and feathers but as soon as I told Carol she got someone to clean it. I wish the patio furniture was better. It’s seems a little old and not comfortable to sit on. Carol was a good host and I would stay there again.

We absolutely loved our stay here! This condo was beautiful. It was very clean and looked just like the pictures. This condo has everything you will need inside and out. Full kitchen with all accessories / cooking utensils. Washer & Dryer was nice. Condo location is very close to everything you need shopping, eating, and activity wise. Quick walk across the street to the beach. Spectacular balcony view of the beach, and Sunset. Lev was great at answering all questions we had. We would LOVE to stay again someday!

We enjoyed our stay while in PCB. This Location is perfect for walking to local restaurants. The experience of staying on the beach was a first for us and getting from the room to the beach was simple and quick! We mostly used the pool with the kids area, and my only negative for the facilities at this location is the kid area was FREEZING! Jodi was very informational on her place and it was everything like the pictures. We did move some furniture around to not have an accident with little kids- the glass doors on the TV stand, and we did put the thin piece of glass table coverings up so those wouldn't get broken. I did not notice in the pictures but there was not a tub- which ended up being okay in the end for us. All in all the place was great for us and we very much enjoyed it!

We enjoyed our stay at Doug and Mary’s place. The view from the patio/balcony was our favorite part! We had easy access to the pools and the beach was so close, just a few steps away! The kitchen was well equipped and had a parking pass, what more could you ask for :)

Cannot beat the location. It is a short walk to the beach and a great restaurant. It was clean and the host was friendly and responsive. The interior was minimalist which was very pretty but didn’t give off the coziest feel. The bedrooms are on the smaller side so it wasn’t the most convenient for a travel bed for our toddler.

Perfect location with easy beach access right across the street! Walkable to a few restaurants and local coffee shop. Definitely planning a trip next year to stay again.

John was an immaculate host! The room was very clean and supplied with everything we needed. There was an umbrella, chairs, beach towels, and 2 bikes that were also there for your using! A very short walk to the beach and a nice patio out back. John even checked on us before we headed back home, which I've never had a host do before. I highly recommend anyone visiting Destin to book with John, we will for sure be back!

Excellent apartment, location, the complex has everything, restaurant, pool, beach 3 minutes walk, you can go for a walk and breathe fresh air, everything well organized and clean, it's a 10/10, I would come back 100% recommend it, the host is excellent and always attentive to any questions.

I’ve stayed in Sandpiper Cove before, and the area is amazing. Very beautiful property with a private beach located across the road. You can either take your car or walk. This particular unit is close enough to walk, but we drove just to help with carrying things. The unit is located on the beautiful canal & you can see an AMAZING sunset. The place was very clean. The bathroom is pretty, but the shower/tub has paint that is chipping inside the tub & on the sides as well, but worked very well. I loved that we had a washer and dryer on site, some units have a community washing area, but beware to keep the door to the drying unit closed or the fire alarm will go off while the dryer is running 🙈! Overall, the unit had great storage, comfy furniture, a beautiful view, and amazing amenities!

We booked last minute and we're grateful we were able to get such a great place in so little time. The place is I'm a really great spot, close to everything from shopping, to the beach. First night we walked to the beach, was only a 12 minute walk. That was so convenient. The upstairs neighbors made some noise, but that was expected because of other reviews. The weather was a bit chilly so we didn't get to spend as much time as we hoped at the beach. The heated pool on the property helped remedy that. Would definitely stay again!

Jeff was a fabulous host and very communicative! We were getting in early to the area and found his beautiful space last minute and were able to book without any issue! We traveled with our 2 pups and they loved the space as well! The specific dog area on the property was very helpful and the “dog beach” in Panama City was within walking distance for our pups to enjoy the sand as well! Thank you so much for having us and we would definitely stay here again!

Condo was spotless. It’s conveniently located to the elevators, parking, trash chute and dog parks. Everything was exactly as described, perhaps better. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony and cooking in the updated kitchen. The beds and other furniture were very comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Had a lovely stay at Ragip’s place. We’ve stayed at many properties in the past and Ragip includes quite a few little extras that we normally need to plan a trip to the store to purchase or bring along on our trip. Typically we start the trip with one roll of TP so need to purchase more, soap, shampoo/conditioner, all supplied in the bathrooms and kitchen. Location is great if you need groceries with a Publix across the main road. Beach is beautiful, pools are kept clean and heated, Tiki bar has nice tasty drinks. What more could you need?

We had a great stay at Billy and Ivy's condo. The location was perfect right on the beach front. Waking up everyday to the ocean views were amazing. They provide a ton of amenities in the condo. Having access to beach chairs and umbrellas was a huge plus. They also provide a cart so you don't have to carry everything. They were also extremely proactive with communication and quick with responses. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place. There were 3 ‘littles’ with us and they loved the pool, beach and the bunkbeds. Very busy area, but we stayed on the premises most of the time and it was calm and cool. Would recommend!!

Kevin was awesome..Anytime I message Kevin he was quick to respond..if I needed anything..he made sure I got it..The place was so nice and peaceful the family and kids loved this place a lot..Everything you needed to cook for your family as far as utensils was in the home..They even had a air fryer which was new to me at a Airbnb.. I let Kevin know This family will be booking again.
