I recently moved back to South Shields and stayed here whilst searching for a permanent rental and would highly recommend! The apartment looked exactly like the pictures, was spotless throughout and had all amenities you could need. The location was ideal; walking distance to the centre of South Shields as well as the beach with shops and restaurants on the doorstep, yet extremely peaceful inside. The bed was extremely comfortable. Colin made my stay great, he responded quickly throughout and even had the heating on before I arrived so the apartment was cosy when I got there. I ended up extending my stay privately with him. Couldn’t recommend more!

Super clean, well maintained apartment by wonderful host. Right in the middle of town centre yet very quite which added to relaxed holiday experience. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay at Steph's during our next visit to Berwick upon tweed.

Really enjoyed our stay in Yvonne’s property. The flat was pristine, very spacious and the guidebooks and treats really made the difference. My mother and I would definitely return should we need accommodation in Newcastle again - thank you!

This was the third (or maybe the fourth??) time my family has stayed in Sophie’s lovely place, and each time they always feel so at home! Communication is super-clear at all times, and the welcome pack is so appreciated. The kitchen was incredibly well set-up for cooking Christmas dinner, too!

We stayed 3 nights in Karens apartment. The apartment is nice (perfect for 2 couples). The location is very nice, close to the beach, an easy walk into Sunderland centre, easy access from the Metro and a bus stop close by. Many pubs and restaurants in the area. We would like to comeback back to this apartment.

We felt thoroughly comfortable in Mariam's place. We used the metro from Newcastle train station (approximately 15 minute ride) to get to her place and then it was only a five minute walk to the apartment (in a quiet neighborhood). The kitchen is extremely well equipped for cooking meals. Lidl and Sainsbury are in easy walking distance. Good pubs in the area. We can't recommend Mariam's place enough!! If we return to Newcastle we would definitely want to repeat this stay! Thank you!!

What a great stay! The photos don’t do it justice it’s absolutely pristine. Really good location with onsite parking was a real bonus. The hosts were really helpful as well giving us a recommendation for breakfast and dinner. If we are ever in the north of England again I know where we will stay, felt like a home away from home.

The flat was perfect, everything we could have needed was available. It was easy to go around in Newcastle by foot or metro, and all in all we had a great stay! Thanks for hosting us!

Dean's apartment was clean, comfy and just as described. The location was perfect for us visiting relatives in the area. The metro is a short walk which gave easy access to the city centre. We would recommend Dean's apartment.

Really nice flat with lovely views over Roker Pier and the North Sea. It was very cold when we were there but the flat was warm and cosy. Peter / Helen were very welcoming.

My mum and I had a lovely stay in Suzy's gorgeous apartment. We would have loved to have stayed longer and will definitely book again!

Lovely apartment - exactly as described. Very quiet location in a residential area which was great to have for undisturbed sleep. Would have preferred TV in bedroom as I like to watch abit before sleep, however wouldn't have been an issue if I'd brought my ipad as there is WiFi available and this is just personal preference. Bed was extremely comfy, apartment clean. Lots of amenities such as fridge, cooker, kettle etc in Room One (the family room) Everything was thought of including free tea and coffee, spring and sparkling water and some yummy biscuits. Highly recommend for a one night stay like ours as a wedding guest at The Pumphouse Dalton or as a longer stay in Seaham. Thank you

We had an incredible experience staying at Billy's property! From the moment we arrived, Billy was an outstanding host, making sure everything was perfectly in place and ready for our arrival. The house was spacious and easily accommodated all 6 of us with plenty of room to spare. One of the highlights of our stay was being greeted with freshly baked blueberry muffins – a thoughtful and delicious touch that made us feel right at home. The house had all the amenities we needed, making it feel just like our own home. We particularly enjoyed the private access to the property and the hot tub, which was a great way to unwind after a day of exploring. I am thankful to Dushyant for his fantastic and friendly hosting. Dushyant's place is very secure and pleasing. The stay at this place is worth having good discussions and qualitative talks regarding the vacation around. I had a wonderful time at this place. The room as shown in the profile was the same, very up-to-date, crystal clean, and safe. The kitchen and washroom were clean and good to feel homely. Every aspect mentioned in the Airbnb Profile was the same as I experienced. This is rare to find. I would recommend him for the super host. He was genuine and supportive at times of any help. Great location in Jesmond. Close to metro and a lovely parade of cafes, restaurants and shops. Flat had everything we needed for a couple of nights stay visiting our daughter. Thank you!

Lovely place to stay. Directions were clear to follow but struggled to know which direction they were from. Outside area was great, lovely little sun trap! BBQ and hot tub were great. Hot tub had quite a bit of grit and dirt in it though which was a shame. Inside the arches was very cosy and had everything we needed for the short stay. Bed and bedding was comfy and clean, loved the thought of outside towels for the hot tub aswell as indoor towels. Not had this elsewhere and made such a difference. Bathroom was quite small but everything in it was great. Only downside was the boiler being noisy on and off during the night, even though heating wasn't on. We look forward to booking again for the apartment or cottage.

This is easily one of the best places I’ve ever stayed and I stay in Airbnb’s. Janny is warm welcoming. And amazing. The beds are comfy close to the city center. The neighborhood is absolutely amazing. Very chill unbelievably nice people but again it’s Newcastle so lol. But now if you want to stay in Newcastle, this is the place that you want to stay trust me!!

Amazing stay, felt at home and Tom couldn’t be anymore helpful. Would recommend him to anyone. We got egg from his chickens that he gave us, wood provided the first time of use and the hot was a bonus and heated up within 2 hours with the fire. Overall loved our stay and defiantly will be back to stay with TOM. Thanks again. The place was clean and easy findable with what3words.
