The place was just as described. Furniture was dates and uncomfortable but it was fine and i was there as more of a home and not a vacation. As being displaced from the fires. It served its purpose! It gets hot in the living room as there isn’t AC in the front of the unit.

Quaint Airbnb in a really nice part of Long Beach with tons of good food options and beaches not too far away

Would 100% recommend this place!! It was so cute and in the perfect location. You can’t beat the price for this location. Everything you could need is in walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

Had a great stay in Manhattan beach! The location was very convenient and just a few minutes walking to the beach and several great restaurants. Kristi was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic find! Perfect for our 2 night stay. Really comfortable bed and lots of little touches to make your stay perfect! We loved the soap & pillow spray. Will responded immediately and was extremely kind in allowing us to leave our luggage for a couple of hours after checkout. My only “con” was that the bathroom ventilation fan came on automatically when you stepped inside the bathroom which was very annoying/noisy in the middle of the night. But overall this was a 5 star experience!

Marie & Oliver's place is wonderful and cute, perfect for a couple on a short stay. The neighborhood is calm and beautiful. It's steps from the beach and places to eat. The hosts were very responsive and were clear in their communication. We had a lovely time exploring LA and walking on the beach, then walking back to this nice place. We recommend, and will definitely book it if we visit again.

We had an incredible stay at Bradley's Airbnb in Manhattan Beach! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, as well as multiple restaurants and shops, making it so easy to explore the area. The apartment itself was fantastic: well-stocked, clean, and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our family of five, including three teenagers. Bradley's father, Robert, was the main contact and is an excellent host. He was always available for recommendations and went above and beyond by giving us a personal walking tour of the area when we arrived. His knowledge of the local spots made our trip even more enjoyable. Overall, our experience was amazing, and we highly recommend staying here! It was the perfect place for our family vacation. We can not wait to return!

This is a great apartment in a great location. Being able to walk to see the ocean on either side of the apartment was fantastic! Very close to many good restaurants on 2nd St. I would definitely recommend.

I had a wonderful long weekend stay at Nick and Kristy’s place in Newport Beach. Great location, close to beach and walkable to restaurants and shopping. Communication leading up to and during my stay was excellent! Kristy and Nick were extremely helpful and responsive throughout. The apartment is exactly as described and fully equipped with everything you need for a stay at the beach. The private rooftop deck is the icing on the cake!! Absolutely beautiful and peaceful for sunrises and sunsets. I highly recommend this rental and would definitely book again for future travel! Thanks Nick and Kristy!

Staying in this home was so amazing. My daughter and I absolutely loved Udo, he was so kind. The house was done up so nice with a lot of thought put into it and Udo went above and beyond providing anything we needed from toiletries to any appliances or linen. The gardens in the backyard was the stand out though, it’s incredibly beautiful and it was so nice sitting on the private veranda in the morning sun literally watching hummingbirds in his water fountain. This place isn’t just somewhere to sleep it’s a little private sanctuary. And also under 5 minute walk to any good restaurants, coffee shops and the beach. We are already planning our next trip back it’s definitely now our staple for any future trips trips to America! Thank you so much Udo.

We felt right at home during our stay at the lovely studio. Mary and Kleber were fantastic hosts. We loved how peaceful and quiet the place was. It has a full kitchen and bathroom, a washer/dryer combo, a private entrance, and an assigned parking spot. I will certainly revisit when I'm back in town.

We had a great time in Wendy’s beautiful apartment and really enjoyed our stay. The location is brilliant for exploring Los Angeles, and there are nice supermarkets within walking distance. The neighbourhood is wonderfully central and very green, and the apartment is really comfortable, super clean and very practical in every way. All in all, great value for money! The building is located on a quite busy road, so there is some traffic noice. However, it wasn’t a big problem for us, given all the other pluses. Light sleepers may wish to bring earplugs though. Having said that, I consider Wendy’s flat a great base in Los Angeles, and would be very happy to stay there again!

This downtown Hollywood apartment was the perfect stay! The space was incredibly clean, well-maintained. The complex itself was great with amazing extras like pool and gym. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure I had everything I needed. The location was great, with easy access to restaurants and parking included. Highly recommend!

Nice place

The location is fantastic—perched perfectly for amazing views. That said, it’s still Los Angeles, so I’d highly recommend having a car. Checking in can be a bit tricky if you're driving, but the provided instructions are clear and helpful. The amenities are top-notch, and the layout of the place is very well thought out. The dimmable lights add a cozy, welcoming vibe that really makes the space feel like home.

The place was as pictured and described. Geri was extremely patient and responsive as I waffled regarding whether to make the trip. I experienced the apartment as a respite from what was a stressful visit and looked forward to returning each night to the comfort it provided. I highly recommend the place and working with Geri.

This was an absolutely amazing place to stay! The place was super clean, had the most incredible view of LA and the building is super SAFE and thorough which really stood out to us as travellers. Place was very close to public transportation, grocery stores, restaurants and cafes! James was also amazing to communicate with, quick responding, friendly and very accommodating. Thank you for making our first time in LA incredible!

This was a great place to stay as it felt right at home. I stayed here for a week and it was very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and soft. There were many shops nearby that weren't too far to get what you need. Joe was very responsive and attentive. I would definitely recommend this place but just stay out of the pool and jacuzzi as it doesn't seem too clean. I know Joe cannot control the community pool or jacuzzi, therefore the apartment was a great place to hang out instead.
