We have been staying at Marriott Newport Coast Villas for years. It is a beautiful family oriented resort close to Orange County’s est beaches, restaurants and malls. Can’t go wrong !

Paul was very responsive and the home was so spacious and clean! The beds were comfortable and the backyard offered so much shade and seating options and the pool was a big hit for our staycation and backyard family gathering. The kitchen was well equipped and there were items throughout the house available for use that made it feel like home (cozy blankets were available in the living room and loft which was a nice touch). The layout between the kitchen, living room and transition to the backyard was perfect to keep a watchful eye on our little one at all times. Thank you Paul for sharing your home with us… til next time!

Very nice place. It was clean and comfortable In a great location within walking distance to the beach and great shopping. Quiet and friendly neighbors.

Passamos ótimas férias na casa do Sogand! A casa fica em uma ótima região, próxima a praia, com um mini mercado e uma liquor a duas quadras e supermercados e restaurantes a 5 min de carro. Há o pier e um parque com pracinha para crianças bem perto também. A casa era ampla, toda climatizada e com muitos recursos para uma ótima estadia (cozinha bem equipada, lavanderia e itens de limpeza, banheiro amplo e banho bom, muitas toalhas e cobertores). A orientação solar é maravilhosa, aproveitamos o sol pela manhã na sala e à tarde no jardim. Sogand sempre foi muito acessível e atencioso. Com certeza recomendamos e voltaríamos!

The location was perfect and convenient to go anywhere for us cause California traffic is always busy. They have whole garage set up entertainment for kid and adult we really enjoyed it. Its a big house so everyone has their own space. Great team to work with, we got quick response from host everytime.

We had a perfect stay at Damon and Julio’s Airbnb! Our nonprofit was in town for work, and this home was ideal for our team. There was plenty of space for everyone, a wonderful kitchen that was fully stocked, and thoughtful touches throughout. A fun bonus was that there were magnetiles that helped keep the toddler in our group happily entertained! The house was super clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly well-equipped. We felt very much at home. Communication with Damon and Julio was quick and helpful from start to finish. Highly recommend for groups or anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to stay!

The listing was amazing and Nada was very helpful and responsive with any questions or concerned I had. Everything was very clean in the listing and was reflective of the description and the pictures! Overall it was a great experience and Nada was an amazing host!
