Loved this spot. We stopped over for a night of rest on our trip to Tulsa. On the way home we had planned on staying somewhere a bit closer to home. But we enjoyed the house and walkable Soma main street district so much, that we decided to stay there on both legs of the trip.

The place was what we needed for our stay in Little Rock. Good location. Very responsive host. Private parking.

As a first time renter this was the perfect one person stay. I enjoyed the spacious quiet setting with accommodating amenities. I will definitely be staying here in the future if they will have me.

This was our second time staying at Kristy’s house and we loved it just as much as the first time! The house is in the Hillcrest neighborhood, which is a super safe and family friendly neighborhood that is walkable to great restaurants, coffee, shops, bars and grocery stores. Kristy was Very responsive. The beds are super comfortable And the large chair in the living room is super cozy! We felt right at home and will continue to use Kristy’s house when we are in town!

My son and I had a wonderful stay at Britton's apartment! I especially appreciated his quick communications and helpful instructions. The apartment is in a safe and convenient location, and was also very easy to access. We would absolutely stay here again!

My wife and I have stayed here 3 or 4 times, and we really like this restored Craftsman home in a quiet residential neighborhood. It has always been clean and neat. The king-sized bed is exceptionally comfortable. The two Roku TVs (one in the bedroom and one in the living room) are nice to have. There are always snacks and plenty of K-cups for morning coffee. The kitchen features an immaculate gas range and a microwave, and it is well stocked with cooking pots and pans, silverware, cups, and plates. Why, it's almost like being at home. We are always disappointed when we travel to Little Rock and this AirBnB is already booked; it is the first one for which I search when headed there. Angela is a wonderful host and communicated with several times to make sure everything was ok or if we needed anything. On top of this, she was willing to work with me to correct a reservation error I made. The next time we travel there, we'll be looking to book this AirBnB.

What a great space in a very walkable neighborhood!!Everything you could need - very bright and spacious. Big comfy bed and little treats on arrival. Holly is a very attentive host and responds quickly to any questions. Thank you for a great stay Holly.

We absolutely loved staying at the river house! The little red river is an absolute gem. We enjoyed collecting sticks for fires around the property, sitting on the dock, swinging on the porch swing, and hiking the many waterfalls that are close by! This house was perfect for our family of 5 and wish we could visit every weekend to unwind.

We are repeat guests and as before- very pleased with our stay! So close to Harding University - perfect place for my family to stay while visiting! We will be back !

We had a wonderful & quick stay at The Baker’s home! We really needed a place to crash on our road trip from San Antonio to St. Louis and this was the perfect home for that! It was very clean and had everything we could need and we got to bring our pup with us! Highly recommend staying at this home if you’re passing through! Wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a great weekend visiting our daughter that goes to school at UCA. The place was nice and lots of room for all 8 of us! Beds and pillows are comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Thanks to Wesley and the Airbnb customer service!! We were supposed to be going to North Little Rock on the Saturday in middle March when that big storm was coming through. I contacted Wesley then Airbnb because we would have been driving right through that huge storm. Wesley couldn’t extend or days on the house we were in but offered us another house. I was also having trouble with my account and he sent me the Airbnb customer service number. Everyone was amazing. Airbnb kept calling me back until I was completely taken care of. It was a wonderful experience all the way around.

Crystal saved the day with one of the most reasonably priced places during a late-in-the-game eclipse visit. It turned out to be a perfect place, easy walking distance to a local park! The house was exactly as expected and everything was great. Comfy beds in a quiet neighborhood, exactly what my friend and I were looking for! Crystal was very responsive and friendly and left easy instructions. I also didn't expect to love Little Rock, but I did! And if I'm ever back, I'd happily stay here again!

Would recommend! A great space with 2 full bedrooms and a nice living room area. The view from the windows and deck is fantastic! This location was perfect for exploring Little Rock by foot and car and perfectly located for our walk to Simmons Bank for a concert.

Absolutely the BEST place we’ve ever stayed in. Clean, well stocked, everything we needed to have an amazing trip. It’s very well kept and so clean and cute!!! May your guests treat this amazing home as well as you do because it truly felt like being in a relaxing home and not at all like a temporary stay. The hosts were very communicative and we felt like we knew exactly what to do and where to go even before we got there! This is going on the favorites list and we’ll be back again just to stay at the condo again.

Wonderful stay and wonderful host! I had a fantastic time, and really enjoyed the condo. Everything was just as described and Dee is thorough and accurate with the instructions. She also provided great recommendations for activities and food in the area. I would definitely stay here again!

Rhonda went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home! She knew we were bringing our pups and had a had a dog bed, bowls, and toys ready for them. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed and then some! Communication was super smooth and Rhonda was so accommodating! We will definitely be checking to see if her place is available the next time we’re in the area!

Everything looked exactly the way it did in the pictures and the place was spotless and comfy! Would definitely stay again.

The location and ambience were perfect for a week of writing. Everything provided by John and Melanie made it easy for me to stay focused for 6 days.

This was our second stay at the Owl’s Nest. We had a pleasant, restful couple of days. It was cold outside so we stayed in and streamed movies the entire stay. We loved the huge TV! The Owl’s Nest is a ground floor unit and we had upstairs neighbors for part of our stay. The unit seems to be well insulated because we barely ever heard a few steps here and there. The mattress was firm, but supportive. The heater worked great and the ceiling fan operated silently! We had a great time!

My family of 6 stayed 3 nights at Residences during the Thanksgiving holiday. Prior to our arrival, the hostess inquired about our arrival time so she could coordinate the key fob pick up. Although we arrived almost at closing time on Thanksgiving Eve, the hostess waited for us in the lobby so she could put the key fob in my hand and escort us to our penthouse. Throughout our stay, our hostess was extremely attentive. I received replies very quickly when I had questions regarding parking, adjusting the thermostat, etc. The keurig wasn't working, so she brought us a new one within 15 minutes of being contacted. Our penthouse was clean, roomy, and peaceful with spectacular views of the buildings in the downtown area. We appreciated the ease of checking out upon our departure (we were only responsible for removing trash and cleaning out the fridge).
