Great location right on the beach with access directly from the shared garden (no view of the beach from the apartment). Lovely area with lots of pubs, bars and restaurants in easy walking distance and lots of choice of beaches to walk/run along. The property is only accessible on foot and with quite a lot of stairs but that was clear in the listing (but I would consider how much luggage you need!) and didn’t bother us. A lovely place to stay and I would recommend Broadstairs and the apartment.

Great place in central location close to shops restaurants and bars. parking in the car park is free after 6pm until 8am we paid for 3 hours after 6pm and parked till 11am for £5.80. the apartment was a pleasure to stay in, it was well stocked comfortable and clean. plenty of information in the folder about the area.

We had a very lovely stay. Ideally located at the seaside, great town with lots of great restaurants. The public transport connection to other cities like Canterbury and London is very easy aa well. Josie is a really great host. She was very responsive and gave some great tips. Really loved the stay! Hope to go there once more in the near future!

This is the 4th time we have stayed at Lisa’s place. It is an amazing apartment, fabulous views and so close to all amenities in Deal and the surrounding area. The apartment is spotless and really quiet. Great place to relax and watch the sea. Lisa is a great host. We will definitely be back for another visit.

This is a beautiful house and a lovely spacious apartment. The views of the sea, the lovely quiet position and the easy access to the beaches and centre of town make this place a great choice. It is glorious to see the sun rise from the sea early morning and watch it light up the beach. We had never visited Broadstairs before but were delighted with our decision to do so. We both felt we would be very happy to come here again to explore the area more. It was great to relax by the window and enjoy the view of the coastline from the comfort of our chairs.

We had a fantastic 2 night stay at Mark's apartment. The views are just incredible, amazing spot to watch the sunset! Location perfect, would 100% stay again, hopefully next time it will be a bit warmer and we can take advantage of the fabulous terrace! Mark was a really great host, we spoke on arrival and he always responded quickly. Can't recommend this apartment enough! Its perfect 🫶

Excellent communication and a lovely stay at Sophie’s place, which was a good walking distance into town along the lovely seafront. All double rooms were of a great standard and the communal areas were perfect for entertaining ourselves - loved the style of the place too, the host’s interior design background definitely shone through!

We stayed with Hayley and Tim for a couple of nights to attend a funeral. Hayley was so welcoming and sensitive making sure that we had everything we needed and recommended places to eat, which was especially useful as we arrived late. She even helped us out with some last minute print outs, which was amazing. The house was spotless, yet comfortable and welcoming and had everything that we could need. There was parking, which took our large car - this was particularly helpful as it was quite busy when we arrived. The property is just a couple of minutes walk to the beach, which was fantastic. To be honest, I don’t think you could ask for more from a host and I would recommend Hayley to anyone.

I booked Lorna’s house for my 50th birthday weekend away with friends and it was absolutely perfect. Beautiful house, perfect size, amazing sunsets and just a great location, the welcome basket was a lovely touch!! Lorna was so responsive and helpful when I messaged her and made everything so simple. Highly recommend and will be back. Thank you so much Lorna.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Margate Beach Apartment. The weather was perfect the whole time, which made being so close to the sea even more enjoyable. The apartment itself was beautifully arranged—mid-century modern, bright, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. We really appreciated having a designated parking space; it made getting around so much easier, especially when we arrived with all our luggage. Inside, the kitchen was impressively well-equipped, which was great since we love cooking and didn’t want to eat out for every meal. The beds were also amazingly comfortable—honestly some of the best we’ve slept on while traveling. Overall, everything felt thoughtfully set up for guests, and we’d happily return for another visit.

We had a great weekend stay in Ramsgate. Easy check-in and accommodation exactly as described. Great socialising spaces and would be happy to stay here again. Very convenient location in walking distance to everything. We would recommend the Ramsgate Tunnels if looking for something to do for a couple of hours.

Sheila’s house feels like a home the moment you step inside. It’s roomy and bright throughout. We all loved the place including the young grandchildren who spent ages in the garden amusing themselves. The kitchen is packed with masses of everything you could think of and as we cook this was brilliant. As all the adults have stressful busy lives this break was so relaxing, just what was needed. As a birder I highly recommend Pegwell reserve for a great walk and great birdwatching. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely time in Herne Bay. The house was gorgeous and in an amazing location. It was well equipped with everything you could need and was super clean. Any questions were answered quickly and they were super helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re coming to herne bay.

What a wonderful place, very clean and tidy and nice and quiet. it’s in a great location with great sea views from the balcony, the host are friendly and helpful with information and things and places to do and go in the local area. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful stay. We got engaged on this trip and the tranquil space of this Airbnb just added to the magic. Light and airy but also homely and warm. The bed was super comfy and everything was clean. Would stay again.

We absolutely fell in love with this beautiful flat. An architecturally beautiful flat which has been lovingly and tastefully decorated. Close to town. Sea Views. Opposite a great coffee/brunch/lunch spot (Forts). The host was friendly, helpful and responsive. We stayed with our 2 year old and the place had everything we needed for her. A lovely stay - we will definitely be back.

What an absolute gem of a place. Hands down the nicest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in, beautifully styled (we all had home decor envy). Cannot recommend enough. Super comfortable, it has absolutely everything you need and more. Fantastic location. I hope we’ll be back…it’s too good not to be.

We had a lovely Valentine’s weekend away. The property was spotless, cozy, and had everything and more that you could need. The attention to detail of what guests might need is on point. A beautiful bottle of fizz left chilling for us was a lovely gesture, even though we don’t drink 😘. We will definitely be recommending this to friends and family who want to escape the hustle and bustle of London. Even though it was cold, the walk along the beach was just what we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Magnificent apartment with such a warm and cozy living space. Kitchen extremely well equipped with the bonus of an air fryer which made having a bacon sandwich a breeze leaving no cooking smells. Bedroom lovely and restful with a comfy bed. Samantha really does keep a lovely place. Spotless on arrival and we were so lucky with the weather, we were able to use the balcony ! Easy walking to some lovely eating places. Billy hundreds is fab and Fermento a bit further toward Southend do the most amazing pizza. Gold Coast Chinese is steps away but you need to book at least 2 weeks in advance. We made do with a takeaway. This was our end of winter break and we both feel restored and re charged from staying at Estuary View penthouse.

We had an amazing stay here, the flat was beautiful and comfortable, and in a fantastic location (short walk from station and great view of the sea). Would definitely recommend and would stay in again!
