We had a brilliant stay at Nicola’s house. It is beautifully done and very clean. Easy to find and get in with the lockbox. Amazing location for Whitstable high street and the beach. Would highly recommend!

If you’re reading this review and considering making a reservation, stop scrolling, don’t bother looking at other properties and just book Painters Forstal. The house has been there for 478 years at time of writing this and on our trip here we’ve created more life long family memories that add to this incredible historic and amazing home. We had such a lovely stay at this apartment! It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The space felt welcoming from the moment we walked in, and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to explore. We truly enjoyed our time here and did our best to take care of the place as if it were our own. Thank you for hosting us — we’d love to come back!

My friends and I had a wonderful time at Katrina's place. She was very responsive from booking and flexible with our check in when we were running a little late. The house was pristine and we really appreciated the little touches. Would definitely recommend and book again!

The cottage is in a great location, an easy walk into Deal and to the beach. The garden was a bonus for us and our dog, especially as the weather was lovely. The allocated parking is also a real advantage. The cottage was exactly as described and was really cosy with all the touches that really made it a home away from home. Angela was a really responsive host and the information received in advance, was really thorough and detailed.

Lovely quaint house in the heart of Sandwich. The house is really well kept, with absolutely everything we needed. Location is perfect close to lots of restaurants. Claire was very responsive and super clear about everything. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in south-east Kent.

We stayed at the house with four adults and five children. We found the house to be exactly what we needed. There was plenty of cutlery and crockery, pots and dishes, towels and toilet paper available. The house was clean and we felt comfortable straight away. It was very well heated. The small children enjoyed playing with the Duplo and Schleich figurines.

Fantastic visit! Great apartment! Brilliant Host! Everything was as described and my family and I had a fantastic weekend. The beach was right on our doorstep and we could not have asked for more. We will be back!

Cute place, very close to the train station and the seaside. City Center is about 15mins away, but other than that we had a great time! :)

Wonderful stay, amazing location and comfy base for exploring Margate. This was our first little holiday with our 4 month old and we couldn’t have picked a better spot location wise, the flat itself was well furnished and comfortable, and importantly the bedroom had space for our travel cot. All I would add is be prepared to have to park in the public car park opposite as the on street parking wasn’t possible when arrived! Hosts responded quickly and patiently to any issues - which turned out to not be issues at all!

Antony’s place is a beautifully restored suite of rooms in a Georgian townhouse. Homely, spacious, comfortable, quiet. Welcome instructions were all clear and helpful. Antony was a kind and helpful host. Perfect place.

Great stay. The accommodation is very close to bus stop for the Thanet Loop. This bus travels around Thanet and is regular.

The flat was full of light in the mornings, and directly above the wonderful Windy Corner cafe, so easy access to breakfast! The location was great, quiet but convenient for the main high street. Spacious and well maintained. The kitchen diner was really comfortable for family times and meals. Rooms were good sizes and had very comfortable beds. The host was very responsive to questions and all information shared was clear making our time very relaxing. I hope we can return again very soon x
