Great location right on the beach with access directly from the shared garden (no view of the beach from the apartment). Lovely area with lots of pubs, bars and restaurants in easy walking distance and lots of choice of beaches to walk/run along. The property is only accessible on foot and with quite a lot of stairs but that was clear in the listing (but I would consider how much luggage you need!) and didn’t bother us. A lovely place to stay and I would recommend Broadstairs and the apartment.

The flat was lovely, just what we were looking for out of our long weekend in Margate. Having coffee on the balcony in the sun was a particular highlight! Lisa was a great hostess, with clear instructions, attentive to our needs, and leaving little treats around the place. I look forward to staying again in the future.

This is the 4th time we have stayed at Lisa’s place. It is an amazing apartment, fabulous views and so close to all amenities in Deal and the surrounding area. The apartment is spotless and really quiet. Great place to relax and watch the sea. Lisa is a great host. We will definitely be back for another visit.

Outstanding . Stunning place with all it had to offer and more. Lots of extra touches. Little lap blankets for seating at the chairs and window seats offering the most amazing views. Choices of tea, coffee, milk and biscuits on arrival. Condiments even spices if you wish to cook. Extra pillows and fans. Even the hand soaps and lotions smelt amazing. Absolutely loved the decor and views. Very spacious but felt warm and cozy. What a find. Not to be missed. Thank you Deborah from Deborah

Fantastic accommodation. Immaculately clean. Home from home. Tasteful and modern decor. Good quality fixtures and fittings, as well as decent toilet paper and washing up liquid etc. Beautifully fragranced bed linen. Close to train station. Friendly and responsive host. I couldn't give higher recommendation.

What a lovely couple of days away in Deal made possible by staying at Alana’s place. Was very easy to get to from the station, comfortable and a real home from home for my Mum and I. As a side note the electric diffusers smelt incredible making it a very pleasant place to relax as soon as you walked through the door. The welcome gift Alana also left was a really lovely gesture too to make us feel welcome.

We had a fantastic stay here—it truly felt like our own home! The kitchen was fully equipped with all the utensils needed for cooking, eating, and drinking. The living space was just as comfortable as home. The WiFi and hot water worked perfectly, and we never had to contact the host since everything was seamless. The place looks exactly like the pictures—clean and spacious. The neighborhood was also lovely, adding to the homely feel. It didn’t feel like a typical rental accommodation at all! I would choose to stay here again in the future if needed.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nancy’s house. It was in the perfect location for us after arriving from France. It was clean and comfortable and everything we needed was provided for us. Nancy was very kind and flexible with arrangements. The area was quiet and we had a lovely walk through a park and past the allotments. Thank you Nancy, we would love to return.

Lovely cottage style property. As I was away with friends we loved the fact that the bedrooms were all about the same size and had double beds. The house was clean and attractively decorated and furnished, felt comfy and at home very quickly. Great location for the city and there are so many lovely restaurants within walking distance. The hosts were very, very responsive and friendly and their flexibility was very much appreciated. Five stars for the service experience. Thank you, we would return!

Perfect for a large group of people with everything you need. Clean, cosy and felt like home from home. My friends and I had a fantastic weekend. Would definitely recommend and go back.

What a wonderful place, very clean and tidy and nice and quiet. it’s in a great location with great sea views from the balcony, the host are friendly and helpful with information and things and places to do and go in the local area. We will definitely be back.

We had such a fantastic stay at Melody’s lovely apartment. Perfect location right by the beach and to town, easy parking, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Lovely, quiet and cosy accommodation in great location with easy access to town and beach. Janey left a great welcome pack for our arrival. Beds were really comfortable and we were spoilt for choice with the gorgeous complimentary shower gels in the bathroom. 🙂

Second time in Margate, a great location and easily accessible to the seaside. Charming building and space. Parking can be a bit tricky but manageable, the best cafes are just 5mins walk, very quiet in the evenings for a peaceful rest.

We arrived just after 8pm and check in was easy to use on the two doors, flat was super clean and comfortable and we all felt at home straight away. It’s walking distance to Asda and the town centre so easy enough to go get some quick dinner and a nice walk down the harbour the next day for chips. We had a great time at George’s and we’d definitely be staying again - thank you!

Magnificent apartment with such a warm and cozy living space. Kitchen extremely well equipped with the bonus of an air fryer which made having a bacon sandwich a breeze leaving no cooking smells. Bedroom lovely and restful with a comfy bed. Samantha really does keep a lovely place. Spotless on arrival and we were so lucky with the weather, we were able to use the balcony ! Easy walking to some lovely eating places. Billy hundreds is fab and Fermento a bit further toward Southend do the most amazing pizza. Gold Coast Chinese is steps away but you need to book at least 2 weeks in advance. We made do with a takeaway. This was our end of winter break and we both feel restored and re charged from staying at Estuary View penthouse.
