This apartment was perfect. Everything about it was excellent. The amenities were superb, beds and linens were top notch, the kitchen well stocked, and very clean. Highly recommended! Parking was great. Very walkable to shopping and restaurants. It has two matching bedrooms and baths, perfect for two couples. Great showers as well. Awesome place.

Clean place in a great area. Kitchen was definitely a nice feature that we very much enjoyed. There’s a beach in walking distance. The whole place is cozy and homey. Cons: coffee maker wasn’t clean, expired food was left behind, the beds were bunk beds, which wasn’t preferred. Overall, it was a positive experience and was very comfortable for 3 nights

Amazing stay, the location is absolutely amazing. Great little beach getaway spot that makes you feel at home. Evan was very responsive and provided a great list of recommendations from restaurants all the way down to surf spots. Definitely will stay again.

Great place and neighborhood also liked that there was driveway space for us. Overall good experience for a short two person trip. :)

Lovely view! My friends and I were doing some Monterey and Santa Cruz activities over a long weekend, and this was a great halfway point. Comfy, spacious enough for our group of 5 plus my dog. Would book again!

Amazing location and beautiful home! The house was perfect for our family with young kids! The kids toys and dishes were a great help. The location was so convenient between grocery stores, the beach and town. Melí is a responsive and friendly host! Could not recommend enough! We will definitely be back!

This comfortable house worked great for two couples and our friends who dropped by for dinner. The location is wonderful - super quiet and an easy walk to the ocean, optionally through a beautiful park. Short drive to good markets and restaurants. We enjoyed the spacious hot tub and appreciated being able to bring our dog. It is more comfy and cozy than super glam, but that was perfect for us. Ian was a great communicator and shared some wonderful recommendations - don't miss La Hacienda Taqueria!

Arta’s house was perfect for our group of 6 (grandparents and kids included!). It was spacious and clean with great rooms to relax in. We enjoyed some time in the backyard, made dinner in the kitchen and got a great rest. We highly recommend it!

Had a fantastic weekend trip here. Had all the amenities we needed to feel at home. I would definitely come back here if I’m ever visiting the central coast again. Easy drive to Point Lobos, Carmel, and Monterey Aquarium.

Beautiful home super conveniently located for exploring Monterey, Carmel, Big Sur! We took my in-laws who are visiting us in the Bay Area to meet our new baby… I was worried the baby crying might keep them up at night, but the master bedroom stayed nice and quiet! Comfortable beds, clean and modern house, and extra bonus was the garage is quite tall and fit our tall SUV with a roof rack on. Victor was very communicative! Would def

Our 5 day stay was great. Felt right at home. Great location w an amazing view. Place was nice and clean. We found beach gear as well that’s provided by the host. We were greated with complimentary snacks and bottled bubbly water. Kitchen had everything needed to cook if need be. We will definitely be coming back once the opportunity comes around.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is well equipped, and in a perfect location for beach access. The view is breathtaking!! It's the perfect place to relax and recharge your soul. Cayla was a wonderful host! We highly recommend this house!

The location of the apartment is awesome. We really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and excellent view of the beach and ocean. Sleeping with the sound of the ocean waves was such a gift. Patti is lovely and kind with her communications. We did have some issues with the shower and bath sink in one of the bathrooms. We also wished we had paid attention to what was not listed in terms of provisions. For example, you’d have to bring your own coffee, teas, paper towels, and bathroom hand soaps (although napkins and bath soap bars were provided). Overall, a beautiful home at a great location with potentials for some minor improvements which I understand Patti will address in good spirit.

Soojin’s place is INCREDIBLE. I traveled there with my 2 kids and it could not have been better set up for us. The ocean is steps away, there were beach mats, towels and toys for us to use. The house is extremely well stocked with anything we could have possibly needed. I didn’t cook while there, but would have been able to make an elaborate meal if I wanted to. There were kids games, books and movies. The view is mesmerizing, and the house extremely clean. The location is perfect for the places we wanted to visit- Big Sur, Santa Cruz, the Bay Area are all accessible. It’s honestly the best Airbnb that we’ve stayed in in awhile. Soojin is a wonderful host. She checked in with us multiple times and was very pleasant. We all cannot wait to stay there again.

David was such a courteous and responsive host, and his condo at Seascape Resort was in a beautiful location. It was a short walk downhill to a lovely beach, and there was even a golf cart driver who drove us up the hill and back to the condo. That was a nice perk and a time saver! The kitchen had everything that we needed, and there were 2 mini fridges which had more than enough room to store our groceries. At the end of our day, it was nice to be able to relax and watch movies on TV in the living room. Netflix, Disney+, and Apple TV+ were available so we had many movies to choose from. This relaxing beach retreat was exactly what we had hoped for, and we look forward to staying at David's place again!

A wonderful place to say! The highlight of our stay was sitting on the balcony watching the gorgeous sunset each night! We loved the welcome book full of lots of information - check-in instructions were detailed and clear, and we faced no issues throughout our stay here.

This was the perfect place for my family and I to relax and enjoy. Plenty to do and a great little restaurant right on location. Sidharth was awesome to communicate with and was very proactive.
