We enjoyed a beautiful weekend at the beach in the off season. Great location to watch sunrise and sunset. Loved the bikes and beach chairs!

Russo is a great host! Very responsive and concerned with our comfort while staying at the rental. The rental itself was clean and spacious for my family. My only complaint is that the a/c is kinda loud but other than that I wouldn't change anything. The location of this rental is top notch with everything being less than a 10 minute walk. Parking is great. Our upstairs neighbors were very friendly. Sometimes the tv would have trouble staying connected to the internet but all of our devices had no connectivity issues. The internet was fast even with 6 devices streaming at the same time. Overall great stay and I would highly recommend this rental.

The location was easy to find and the beach access was great! It was better than expected and very cute!! Perfect spot for a vacation or peaceful getaway!

We had a last minute booking. The place is big enough for a family with kids or multiple friends. We stayed with a toddler and the place was safe for him indoor and the location is safe. I bet there is plenty to do during summer and this would be a greta place for that. Only thing we couldn’t figure out was how to tune up the heater; it was too hot for the Master bedroom, okay for the living room and kitchen but cold for the other two rooms. However Each room has AC window unit so it should be fine in summer.

Ryan's place was great. Ryan was super responsive and I was recommend his place to anyone that would want to rent in Seaside Heights for the week or weekend! We would 100% rent again from Ryan!

Robin deserves her "Super Host" moniker. She has a great space in an amazing location and thinks of the little things to make it that much better. I'm just worried too many people will find her Big Blue Beach duplex and I won't be able to rent it again.😥. Communication was always friendly, helpful and proactive. The apartment was perfect for our family get away. I loved that it was in the quiet part of Point Pleasant Beach. Walkable to so many things and a very short drive to anything else you could need. The beach wagon with umbrella and chairs was a great add on for us. Of course, the included beach passes were a must, but having beach towels too was terrific.

My family and I had a fabulous time at the beach. Toni's place was perfect and exactly as described. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. And we loved having our breakfast and coffee on the deck! We brought our bicycles so we biked for miles every morning. We spent our afternoons on the beach, which was just a quick walk from the unit. The area also has some very cute stores for shopping. We would love to stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Ron's home! His home is just lovely, and so comfortable. We loved the balconies off of every level and there was so much room for us all to hang out with each other! We so appreciated that the home was so dog friendly. Ron responded right away with any questions that we had and was so friendly as well. Definitely a great place to stay! We will be back for sure!

Bobs place was amazing, so close to the beach. 10 second walk and right by food places ect. Super clean, and a friendly family. We had a great time. A good amount of space for 2 people, bigger than expected. The only slight cons were having to find street parking, and that you could hear alot from the level upstairs. Everything else was great though- would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Very pleasant spot, loved the vibe of the back yard and the house was clean. Location was great, only 3 blocks from the beach! it suited our family of four perfectly for the weekend. Would definitely stay again

Super clean place, walkable to everything you’ll want to do. The pool is well maintained and parking is easy. Steve communicates quickly and the place is well set up!

Everything was perfect and exactly as described. I like that it's private and fenced in since I had 2 small kids with me. very clean and had stuff I forgot to bring so everything was perfect.

My family recently stayed in both units of this beach getaway, and the top unit was outstanding. The moment we walked in, we knew this was special. The photos don't do it justice. The space is even more beautiful and inviting in person, with amazing natural light and fantastic location. The exceptional hosts were communicative, and flexible. Style: The modern beach decor instantly creates a vacation vibe. The furniture is plush and inviting, with ample space for everyone. The comfy living room was perfect for movie nights. Cleanliness: The unit was spotless, showing the owners' pride in their space. Thoughtful Touches: From the well-stocked kitchen to extra beach gear, the owners anticipated our needs. The bikes and beach pins were appreciated. Location: A VERY short walk to the beach and boardwalk, with restaurants and shops nearby. Having family in the unit below was a bonus. We had a wonderful stay. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Jersey Shore. Highly recommend

Perfect location - can see the ocean from the porch! Playground was so close for my toddler and easy for us to get to a wedding venue as well.

Absolutely fantastic. Check in was easy, and checkout was even easier! Everything was clean and tidy, and the hot tub was amazing! I would recommend this to everyone staying in seaside heights!
