My sister and I stayed at Boris’ place for two weeks. It’s a nice cozy apartment with all the necessities you would want. It’s located in small quiet town, 10 min drive Princeton and 15 min drive to the Princeton junction railway station, where you can take a train to NYC. Very convenient. Boris and Rachel were very friendly and assisted us with all the questions and requests we had during our two week stay.

Very nice home right about 2 blocks from the beach. Dean was always very responsive. Easy to get in and out of the home and within walking distance to pretty much everything you could need.

Tobias has a great country-style house just outside downtown Princeton. Everything was spotless clean and we felt very at home. Cannot recommend enough!

Absolutely fantastic. Check in was easy, and checkout was even easier! Everything was clean and tidy, and the hot tub was amazing! I would recommend this to everyone staying in seaside heights!

I recently stayed at Michael and Paul's Airbnb, and it was a fantastic experience. Having visited Seaside Heights for 28 years, I can confidently say this is one of the best properties I’ve ever stayed at. Despite some previous negative reviews, I found them to be exceptional hosts. They were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. Their property manager, Carl, was also outstanding ⁹he provided helpful information and even notified us when beach flags were up to indicate no swimming. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction made our stay memorable. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house with a relaxing private pool. Very walkable location, easy to get to the bay and the beach as well as restaurants and shops. House was extremely clean and well stocked.

From the pristinely clean and organized home to the views of the water on the deck, there was not much we could have needed that wasn’t already provided at the house! This home made the perfect place for our yearly family vacation. Would 100% recommend this stay to anyone and we will be returning next year!

Very happy with our stay! Pictures are accurate and the space was very clean. The emenities provided were incredible. I rented this for my best friend's wedding weekend. The downstairs space was so open and bright. It was the perfect space for us to have makeup, hair, and dress all done with 6 of us in there. Definitely recommend for your Shore Weekend Stay!!

Fernando’s home had everything we needed to enjoy our time in the pool, crab off of the dock and cook inside or on the grill. The house was clean, organized and the beach decor was perfect to make you feel right at home! Thank you for having my family and I for our vacation, we had a great time!

Cindy’s home was absolutely perfect in every way! From the moment we arrived we felt right at home with all the fabulous amenities, ample space, great communication and overall amazing experience. I wish we could keep this gem a secret! The location was ideal for our multigenerational annual family trip. We had kids from 1-7 and adults of all ages. The beach and boardwalk were easily accessible for beautiful and rainy days alike. We can’t wait to go back! If you are considering this property do yourself a favor and book now!

The rental doesn’t provide a lot of extras but is a great size for a group and is beautiful with a great location. If you don’t mind bringing your sheets, towels, and toiletries, it’s otherwise wonderful with a great host.

We had a wonderful time! It was so nice being able to have everything we needed for our young children. They loved all the toys and the fenced in back yard. We were able to walk around to all the local restaurants and loved being so close to the beach! The beds were very comfortable, and the heating worked great. We will certainly look to book here again soon.

We enjoyed this stay for a quick weekend getaway. Susan is communicative, kind, and recommended some local hikes to enjoy with our dog. A great stay that is unique, spacious, and clean. Thank you, Susan!

Super clean, nice layout and well maintained. Walkable to beach and food in the area. Sofa bed not very comfortable for an adult but it worked.

The Condo was great, clean and comfortable. IT was also locally set to be right in the middle of Seaside, Toms River, Lavellette and all the action while being quiet and relaxing. Angie was great to work with. I would definitely suggest booking this location.

We have stayed at this property in past. There have been many improvements done to the upstairs unit. New furniture and updated bathrooms were a very pleasant surprise. The view is spectacular from many locations in the unit. I look forward to my next stay at this beautiful unit.

Leidy was a wonderful host. Available within minutes of ringing her phone. The apartment was clean, cozy and confortable. Everything needed for a fun walk to the beach vacation. The heated pool was great for a dip at the end of the day . The kitchen was well stocked with necessities...pots, pans, spices, oil and vinegar (if you wanted to cook). It was is quiet in the evening away from the boardwalk yet close enough to go there if you want the razzle/dazzle of Seaside Heights attractions. We would stay again for sure if our travels bring us back to NJ.
