Peter’s house was beautifully decorated, conveniently located and had all the comforts of home. Not to mention impeccably clean!! A walk up the block brings you right to the heart of Seaside Park for their flea and farmers markets. You can see the weekly fireworks perfectly from either deck. Crabbing is just across the street and the beach a short bike ride. The layout of Peter’s home is perfect for families with young children and can accommodate additional guests with ease. We were pleasantly surprised by the living/dining area which is even better than the pictures show - a great communal spot to come together after a day at the beach (the outdoor shower was another highlight for us). Overall, Peter was a thoughtful and responsive host! We hope to return and make more memories!

All in all a great stay, my only recommendation is if you are someone who likes to have a wash cloth pack some for your trip along with dish towels and extra paper towels. Otherwise a great location and Aron was very responsive and helpful!

wow, i feel so lucky to have found kitty’s place down the shore ◡̈ this was my last stop on my cross country road trip and i couldn’t have asked for a better place to show off new jersey. love the vibes inside the home, feels so cozy and exciting at the same time and the location is so close to the beach! would definitely stay again in the future!

This house was perfect for my family to all come together for a visit. It was spacious and cozy. We really enjoyed the decks and fenced in yard.

We loved our stay! We would recommend this for a big family ! We felt right at home and the place had everything we needed and more. The neighborhood is very peaceful , it was nice to come back from the crazy city to a calm home and there is the beach a few blocks away. There was a store down a few blocks that had everything we needed. Any questions we had we would message the host and he was very responsive and respectful. We would definitely come back on the next New York trip we do with our big family.

this was by far our favorite air BNB! Tina's place felt just like home. Close to great food and the beach but also a beautiful neighborhood to walk our baby and dog. close to downtown shops the other direction. The house was cozy, clean, and had anything we could think of - games, a grill, beach badges, and more. Tina was super responsive, and very nice! we'll definitely try to come back!

Great vacation rental! Unit very clean, comfortable, with all the amenities..The backyard had shower and large picnic table with comfortable outdoor furniture, separate private house in a quiet neighborhood , just blocks walking to the beach and stores. We were a multiple generational family and it served all of our needs. Perfect host! Accommodating to dropping off luggage and getting early start to beach, and also when leaving. Will stay again.

Just like last time, Kyle's place was great. We loved coming back to a familiar place and knowing what to expect. He is always super responsive and friendly. This is quickly becoming our go-to spot in Seaside.

Had a great time!!! Daniel was incredibly responsive to any questions we had. Perfect location. Was able to park the car and not touch it for the entirety of our stay. Looking to make this a yearly tradition!!!!

Michael was a great host. I asked if my check-in time could be earlier than 4pm; and Michael accommodated my request without any trouble. The place was very clean, and had everything we needed to get through the stay. Oh, and the shower is worth the price of admission by itself. I will definitely be staying here again. My family had a great weekend.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay while visiting for the Sea Hear Now music festival! Tami was very helpful and very communicative throughout our stay. The place was perfect and everything we needed for our weekend getaway!

Joanna’s property manager, Lori and daughter Tiffany were EXCELLENT!! Very hospitable and accommodating. The beach and boardwalk literally right across the street. The outside deck was an extreme extension to the apartment and was very nice to see the fireworks right from the deck patio! My grand children came to visit and it was very easy to travel back and forth to the beach and boardwalk!! Excellent!! Had a wonderful time!!

This is our 2nd stay with Chris and Nell, we love the location and the swim spa, the king bed and linens, the outdoor shower, convenience, location and parking. The unit itself is cozy, but modern, clean, perfect for our weekend stays. As hosts, Chris and Dell are very responsive and proactive. We hope to stay here again!

This was all we needed for two days at the beach. It was just right. Just cross the street and we were on the boardwalk and the beach. Parking was great! We walked everywhere. A very cozy home. I recommend it highly!

This place was perfect for us!! My husband and I traveled with our 3 month old baby and our 2 dogs and we truly felt right at home. This place even had a pack & play and a high chair to accommodate families traveling with their little ones. Super clean and a 5 minute walk to the boardwalk. The host was very accommodating and even let us check in 2 hours early. I highly recommend this cute, cozy apartment and will absolutely be using them again in the future.

Wil is a great host and responds promptly to messages. The condo is large and comfortably slept seven. It is in a great location! Walkable to the beach and boardwalk, but tucked away in a peaceful setting. There is ample parking. The 4 beach passes are a nice money saver! Our family would definitely come back to Wil's place.

My girlfriend I had great time there. We loved the view from the balcony. If we're every back at Seaside, I would definitely want to stay there again.

Location location location! Quick walk to the boardwalk and beach, and just around the corner from Cheesesteak Louie’s and Klee’s Bar and Grill, both highly recommended! Also just a few steps from Ryan’s Deli where we got some good bagels on our last morning. I’ll admit I was a little apprehensive at first, as it’s not much to look at from the outside. Directly across the street, there’s a large vacant home adjacent to a large, weed filled vacant lot, but that meant it was a little more quiet I guess? The renters/tenants of the other units were friendly enough, even invited my dad for a late night Scotch on the patio. The unit is nicely decorated with a lot of cute beach themed bric-a-brac. Kitchen had what we needed to make breakfast, even if the pots and pans were a little worse for wear. I slept on the bottom bunk and had no complaints or issues sleeping. My parents had the Queen and they seem satisfied. All in all Jessica’s place was a great value for what we paid.

Sea La Vi met all our expectations. It is close to the beach, close to the boardwalk and is easy to access. It is clean. It it feels like home. Dawn is a very good host and was in constant communication with us throughout our stay. This is really a great place for a family retreat. I would definitely return to this place and recommend to others.

Location, location, location! This place is perfect if you're looking for a week on the beach and the boardwalk. We loved the proximity to the boardwalk, waterpark, beaches, restaurants, etc. It was perfect for our family vacation with preteens. Paul is extremely responsive and friendly. The place was clean and functional. We're a family of 5 with 3 preteens. We had one that camped out on the couch and two in the bunkbed while we took the queen. It worked out well for us. I will say that it is louder at night than some of the other areas of Seaside heights that we've stayed in before. It's right next to the boardwalk and the waterpark though, so it's to be expected. We brought sound machines along and they worked well to drown out any noise. All and all, this was a great place and the perfect beach house for a vacation in seaside heights!

Jennifer's place was amazing. Very clean home and right by all of the things we wanted to do ! I stayed for a wedding with my mother and my daughter and it had the perfect amount of space. We will definitely bring back !

Such a lovely condo in a fantastic location! Roger's instructions were clear, the space was comfortable (2 bathrooms!), and we had a great time visiting family in Toms River while also enjoying Seaside/Lavalette. It was rainy during our trip, but the view from the covered balcony was still beautiful! The easy parking was a huge plus too. Thank you!
