We loved our stay at James’s place. The view is incredible! The house is sooo comfortable. We went to relax for a few days and it definitely delivered. Thank you so much!!

This is my third time staying (once with all adults and twice with families with varying ages of kids) and we plan to come back again. You can’t beat the views, beach access , large enough house for big group, and overall beautiful and clean home. The kids and adults have a blast in the game room and theatre. It’s close enough to town, but also far enough away to enjoy the privacy and quiet surroundings. The hot tub overlooks the ocean and was the crowd favorite. All in all a beautiful house, great hosts, and the making for a memorable trip every time we come! My kids always say this is their favorite trip of the year (even the year we went to Disney!).

We had a great short stay at Max's townhome. We were in town to bring out of town family to the beach, and this was the perfect location. Convenient to the beach and to shops and restaurants without having to move the car. Perfect for our overnight stay!

Our family enjoyed every moment of our 4 nights in this home. The vibe is super peaceful and cozy. The kitchen was more stocked than any rental kitchen we have been in. The view from the deck and the sound of the ocean was truly incredible. The walk to short beach is only a couple of minutes. We also walked to Oceanside beach a few times and it took about 22 minutes - you have to walk on the road but cars were super courteous. We discovered that the owners of the Market/deli in Netarts are vegetarian and they had some really great food options available - the samosas were super yummy! The Wi-Fi at the house worked great. We brought our two dogs and the gated deck was awesome for them! There are lots of puzzles and books to choose from too. Water pressure in the showers met the approval of our whole family ☺️. It was great to have the garage available so we could keep sandy shoes and wet towels there instead of in the house. We loved every moment of our stay and hope to visit again. ☀️

This home is absolutely perfect. Peaceful views of either the water or the golf course from all windows, plenty of amenities to make you feel at home, and within walking distance of the main portion of town. We loved staying here and definitely will want to return in the future!

What a delightful place to stay and restore yourself. The house was full of reminders that you are there to recharge and relax and can easily can do so with the amenities provided. The hot tub and ocean access were far beyond our expectations of creating a wonderful trip for our family. We will be back to visit in the future and letting our friends know of this hidden gem.

The place was perfect for our group of 2 moms, 4 young kids, and a dog! The house is set up with 2 different spaces so be prepared for that. It worked great for our 2 families and pet. The main house was set with amenities like dog beds, condiments, and all the towels you could need. The main house was comfortable with a queen bed, twin bunk beds, 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen. The upstairs tub is jetted and everyone enjoyed it! The 2nd house has a queen bunk bed, full bathroom, and kitchenette. We really enjoyed the deck and walking right to the ocean. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely fabulous place, beautiful sights. Amazing house. Loved the early check in and late check out. We will definitely stay here again if available. Easy walk to the beach. We really enjoyed watching the weather and having a fire.

Beautiful surroundings, very peaceful, heated pool. Perfect getaway for our family. We usually stay at the Worldmark just because of the outdoor pool, but will definitely start staying here. It’s only a 5 min drive and you have the peace and quiet, a pool Pickleball court, and then a five minute drive to downtown if you want the town. Everything about this house was amazing ours kids said they will never forget this trip. The pool was a blast. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep beautiful back yard and view of the lake. So close to the beach. Plenty of towels.host was great. Bbq grill for use in the back and fire pit. Absolutely will book again.

We had a great weekend at Marshall's Castle House in Seaside! The house is nice, comfortable, well stocked, very walkable to where the action is in Seaside, and is a great value! Oh, and the hot tub is awesome! We took our young adult children there and everyone had their own space, and the small suite with it's own kitchenette and bathroom was perfect for us to retreat to in the evening and early morning. This is great house for families, while the parents have a sanctuary to relax in when it's needed. This house instantly became our favorite go to house in Seaside! It's a great combination of being just far enough away from the busy parts of Seaside nestled in a quiet neighborhood, and close enough to be able to walk to all of the fun in just a few minutes. Being a few steps from the promenade sidewalk makes the walk easy and very accessible. We highly recommend this house!

This place was perfect for our multi-generational family getaway. Lots of toys and games for kids, easy walk to the beach, and plenty of space for three families. We had a toddler who had a hard time adjusting the first night and no one else could hear a thing--so bonus points for the wall thickness :)

We had a really nice stay. The location was excellent. Loved the short walk to the beach and town. The golf course and park being on either side made for a peaceful setting. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was fresh and clean. My husband and I traveled with my folks and our two teens - 6 humans and 2 dogs total. It was the max capacity for the home but very comfortable and a great setup.

My Mom, Sister, and I had an excellent stay at Hannah’s place! It was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Plenty of room for everyone and pet friendly. Walking distance to the beach as well as nice walking in the neighborhood. Hannah was a great host and super responsive. We will definitely come back!

This was the perfect house for three families with six kids total. Everyone had space and access to the beach was the best. The kitchen is well stocked (we loved the mug collection) and the beds were comfy. We would definitely rent this place again.

We spent a week at Jeff and Cathy’s home, shortly after check in we were greeted by Jeff with a thoughtful welcome gift! The home was very cozy and comfortable, all the amenities of home. The view was one of the best features! We saw deer everyday and everything was so peaceful. We definitely will stay here again and possibly for even longer.

We loved this house. We had a great time, even on the rainy days.
