This is my third time staying (once with all adults and twice with families with varying ages of kids) and we plan to come back again. You can’t beat the views, beach access , large enough house for big group, and overall beautiful and clean home. The kids and adults have a blast in the game room and theatre. It’s close enough to town, but also far enough away to enjoy the privacy and quiet surroundings. The hot tub overlooks the ocean and was the crowd favorite. All in all a beautiful house, great hosts, and the making for a memorable trip every time we come! My kids always say this is their favorite trip of the year (even the year we went to Disney!).

We loved it so much we wanted to stay longer! We have frequented Manzanita over the years and Nomi’s Ark is now a preferred rental for us. Perfect location on a quiet street and the house was well equipped for our small family. Our 13 month old loved The hot tub is super clean and well maintained and homeowners have thought of everything to make your beach vacation stress free. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay in Nehalem! The town is quiet and peaceful, just a few miles from Cannon Beach. Andre was a great host with very reasonable rates. The duplex was clean and comfortable. Loved having a hot tub and enjoyed the yard. Would stay again in the future. Thanks!

This was our family’s second time staying at the beach house and it was perfect for our family and two dogs! We love the privacy and location, the private beach walkway down to the ocean, the hot tub, and how homey this house feels. It has everything we needed to cook meals, and we enjoyed having the kids in the living room so we could spend time together as a family!

The peaceful surroundings and beautiful nature made it a perfect retreat. Our hosts gave us the best communication. My second time staying here and would definitely stay again!

This is a beautifully remodeled home on a very quiet dead end gravel road sitting above the town of Oceanside. It is a short walk to town to enjoy Roseanna's, Current Cafe, or the Blue Agate Cafe, all of which have great food, (albeit, with limited hours.) Be prepared for a workout, as it is a steep walk back up the hill! I cannot say enough good things about the hosts! Dee is clearly the type of owner who wants her guests to have a wonderful stay and she was very quick to check in via Air BnB to make sure we had gotten settled in without any problems. The house is artfully arranged to make it easy to find things, and the kitchen is more than adequately stocked with dishes, pans and accessories if you want to do your own cooking. My only complaint would be that they have an induction range, so our aluminium Bialetti espresso maker did not work on the stove top. Very comfortable beds, quiet, secluded and very clean. Perfect for a relaxing, restful get-a-way!

Beautiful home! You wouldn't even know its 100 yrs old, perfectly modernized and comfortable. This place has amenities galore, even things you wouldn't think about. Well maintained. All rooms were great! Pressure in the showers is spot on. Soooo very very clean, everything! Spotless! Comfortable. Very responsive host. Location was ideal for walking the beach and pomade. Very close to grocery store and a few restaurants. The bikes were a bonus and we had a blast on them. Hot tub was nice at the end of the day. Would definitely book this house again. Great space for 2 couples with privacy up and downstairs. Kitchen very well stocked, which was great as we had all our dinners there. The path to the beach was well tended but is a bit of a hike. Easy access to Seaside and Astoria as is located midway. Living room spacious for 4, well lit with natural light, nice TV and Dish Network service appreciated. Beds comfy too - thanks for a great stay

We've stayed at Kathleen and Dan's place twice, and loved it both times for its ease of beach access, accommodations for our puppy, and bright comfy living quarters.

This is our third time staying at this house. We always love it there. Can't wait to come back again. We enjoy feeding the deer's and watching them all walk by. The location is perfect just a 2 minute walk from the beach. Everything looks just like the photos. Great location for stores and restaurants. All in walking distance.

This place is an absolute treasure! We stayed with a group of friends, so a total of four adults and three kids all under the age of seven, and one dog. Having the beach right out the back door is amazing. The house is cozy and homey and really comfortable. We will be back!

Our family enjoyed every moment of our 4 nights in this home. The vibe is super peaceful and cozy. The kitchen was more stocked than any rental kitchen we have been in. The view from the deck and the sound of the ocean was truly incredible. The walk to short beach is only a couple of minutes. We also walked to Oceanside beach a few times and it took about 22 minutes - you have to walk on the road but cars were super courteous. We discovered that the owners of the Market/deli in Netarts are vegetarian and they had some really great food options available - the samosas were super yummy! The Wi-Fi at the house worked great. We brought our two dogs and the gated deck was awesome for them! There are lots of puzzles and books to choose from too. Water pressure in the showers met the approval of our whole family ☺️. It was great to have the garage available so we could keep sandy shoes and wet towels there instead of in the house. We loved every moment of our stay and hope to visit again. ☀️

Shhh…best everyone doesn’t know about this great, fun location, and laid back town. Dennis’s place was clean and located by so many accessible beaches and misty walks in the woods. Would love to come back and explore more.

This place is exactly as described. Very comfortable to be in. Great layout and a quick walk to the beach. Exactly what we were looking for. Kevin is an amazing host.

Beautiful surroundings, very peaceful, heated pool. Perfect getaway for our family. We usually stay at the Worldmark just because of the outdoor pool, but will definitely start staying here. It’s only a 5 min drive and you have the peace and quiet, a pool Pickleball court, and then a five minute drive to downtown if you want the town. Overall a great location for family vacation. Blocks to the beach, nice little deck with distant view of the ocean. Smell and Sounds of the ocean all day long. Next to groceries. Clean, updated place. We had a great visit!

Great stay, lots for the kids to do.

WorldMark resort is in the midst of things in Seaside. Walk to restaurants and beach. Apartment itself is nice and spacious and resort has a decent pool, games room and gym. Highly recommended for a young family.

Great spot, super clean,wonderful value for your stay! I highly recommend this location. Chris was very accommodating to our dates and easy to talk to.

This is my third time staying in the property, but the first time booking with Randi. I appreciated that she proactively contacted me the day before check-in to give me a little bit more information about check-in. Since the property is a timeshare, it’s done a little bit differently and she made sure to let me know it’s OK to say no to their offer for information. Although I didn’t see it in time and purchase the Internet package at the hotel, she did email me right at the time of check-in to let me know the password. The property itself is fantastic. Right on the beach and easy access to everything in seaside. I would definitely stay here again, and would be happy to book through Randi again.
