The condo is lovely and spotless. Getting to it from the parking garage is also easy. We loved the condo but didn’t love the sales pitch for their timeshare at the concierge during check-in. Also the pool and hot tub was super busy and not appealing. We enjoy more private places usually so this may be your thing if you are into cruise ship type of vacations.

Magical place with ocean view and walking distance to restaurants, stores and of course the beach! Friendly host with fast response, my fam was visiting overseas and we enjoyed the beauty of Manzanita :) I'm so glad we chose to stay here! Can't wait to come back soon.

The condominium was fun and nicely decorated. We loved the access to the beach and ocean. There were lots of amenities at the site. We utilized the pool and hot tub as well as the washer and dryer in our place. Thank you for sharing your place, we enjoyed our stay. We really liked walking down to the cute aquarium and we also took a spin on the double surrey bikes which was a great work out. I highly recommend this place.

This place was AWESOME! It was perfect for us. This is a beautiful beachfront condo with a great view of the ocean. It was super clean, comfortable, spacious, and had a well-equipped kitchen. The pool and hot tubs were incredible! The location was excellent with easy access to the beach, the prom, and downtown shops and restaurants. Chris was wonderful to work with. She was quick to respond and very nice in our communication. I look forward to staying here again!

The location of the unit and view were not ideal. Prefer a unit closer to the beach. We don’t know the exact location until check in.

This is my third time staying in the property, but the first time booking with Randi. I appreciated that she proactively contacted me the day before check-in to give me a little bit more information about check-in. Since the property is a timeshare, it’s done a little bit differently and she made sure to let me know it’s OK to say no to their offer for information. Although I didn’t see it in time and purchase the Internet package at the hotel, she did email me right at the time of check-in to let me know the password. The property itself is fantastic. Right on the beach and easy access to everything in seaside. I would definitely stay here again, and would be happy to book through Randi again.

Great spot for family holiday, short stroll to town and beach but quiet and private. Nice and clean on arrival, well laid-out with large bedroom suite on second floor and two bedrooms (queen and twin) on first. Large kitchen, a bit dated but well-equipped. Loads of games and puzzles kept everyone busy!

We loved this house and location! After going to many of the towns in this area (including Astoria, Seaside, and Cannon Beach), I wouldn’t stay another other than Manzanita. Quiet beach and town, but still with things to do and places to eat. Easy drive north to the more popular towns and south to Tillamook, etc. Lots of space in the house, clean, comfortable beds, great views, very easy walk to quiet beach, and awesome sea breeze through the house. We’ll stay here again!

The Classic Cottage gave our family of 7 (plus our dogs) plenty of room to spread out, relax, do puzzles, and cook our meals. The kitchen is very well equipped. It was a quiet street, and walking into town and to the beach was easy and fun. The home feels loved and well cared for. The art on the walls (and the sheep!) was delightful. The beds are very comfortable. Would absolutely stay again. Thank you so much!

Felt like home, but in a beautiful location. Minutes walk to the beach, or into town for coffee or a meal. Great base to explore up and down the coast. Deer roam right outside on the golf course, and we watch three young elk graze in the dunes one evening. Spectacular sunsets at the beach. We hope to return someday.

I don't normally leave reviews but WOW! This property is absolutely stunning, a total escape in a relaxing beach town. Super quiet and yet literally steps (I'm meaning 1 minute max) to shops and restaurants. The back yard is a zen haven and the spa/hot tub were clean. The house has a quaint vintage cottage feel that is endearing, but updated/well appointed in the places where you need it. Great price too - can't recommend highly enough.

The host was great! Check in, check out, and communication was straightforward and easy. The house is older and a little funky but the location, views, and dog-friendliness were perfect for us! The ocean views from the dining table were enjoyable, as was the homey and comfortable living room. Mattresses were comfortable. Yard was fun for our dogs and kids. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The home was just as described and very clean. The view was beautiful and it was comfortable for our large family. The only minor issue was the temperature was not able to be adjusted and we were all cold at night and in the morning. We also couldn’t turn on the fireplace which would’ve taken the chill out. Otherwise, it was great! We enjoyed our time there!
