This house was everything that is claimed to be. We were beyond satisfied with the space and the location. The owners have done a great job with remodeling the kitchen with nice stainless steel appliances and a gas range. The only thing we found is that the hot and cold water in the kitchen sink is reversed but once we figured it out, we were good. Parking is tight but the description is clear on that. We have a one ton duelly that was the only thing we could park but that was fine because the four of us rode together and we walked everywhere! Never even needed to take the truck out. Close to both sides of town such as the Osprey cafe, the Golf Course and all the way down the promenade to downtown Seaside. We got our steps in! Great place and would highly recommend. Thank you for a great experience!

We absolutely loved this house! The location and the beach cannot be beat! Dog friendly rentals right on the coast are hard to find and this place is a dogs dream! The outdoor shower was the nicest I’ve seen at any beach house and was so nice with lots of people and dogs! The house has such amazing views and was stocked with everything we could have needed including beach chairs/towels. Charlie was very responsive and helpful! Would definitely stay again

Best airbnb I've stayed at in a long long time! This is the airbnb experience I've missed since it became so commercialized. Truly amazing experience. The home is perfe located and well equipped without feeling cluttered. It's as if someone stayed in each room and made it perfectly habitable prior to renting it out. Thoughtful. The furniture itself was a conversation starter. We were 11 minutes walk from the main drag with tons of restaurants and 2 minutes walk from the promenade. The jacuzzi was spotless, hard to do in a bnb. I don't repeat stays but I would actually stay here again.

Enjoyed our visit, beaches are close and the home is very clean and modern. Would definitely stay again!

Timely communication before arriving and during our stay. Reached out twice about something and very prompt response. House in excellent location, nicely furnished, great little neighborhood. Gentleman at the front desk was very nice and helpful when we stopped by on Saturday.

Chelsea‘s place was perfect! It was exactly as described and exactly what we were looking for. The house has all the necessary amenities, including a very fully stocked kitchen. Would stay again and recommend to friends.

This was our family’s second time staying at the beach house and it was perfect for our family and two dogs! We love the privacy and location, the private beach walkway down to the ocean, the hot tub, and how homey this house feels. It has everything we needed to cook meals, and we enjoyed having the kids in the living room so we could spend time together as a family!

Stayed a week and we couldn’t have asked for a better host! Super responsive, clear instructions, and lots of amenities! 10/10 recommend staying at this lovely home.

Beautiful place, lots of beds and couches and very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with just about anything you will need. Amazing master suite with incredible view. Great yard for the dogs. Only issue was we thought it was on the beach. It is not, there is a path down to the river/bay but you will need to drive (about 5 mins though) to the beach.

Loved the location, great experience, perfect for a recreational getaway. Will be back for sure!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Erica’s Airbnb, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet neighborhood at the edge of town with beach access and secluded yet conveniently close to local attractions and restaurants! The home is beautiful! We enjoyed our weekend away with friends. Lots to do to entertain kids and adults alike while we were hanging back at the house. Jennifer was proactive with all communications and very clear.

We had a wonderful time at Pete’s place! Went to celebrate my 40th and my husband got to wake up each morning and go fishing right out the front door! Pete and Annie were very friendly and gave us some great fishing tips for out there! The little cabin is well stocked and so cute inside! The hot tub was a huge bonus and having a little fire next to you! We are already looking forward to our next visit! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your place!

We had an incredible stay at this stunning cabin tucked away in the lush Oregon forest, just a short stroll from the beautiful beach. The inviting hot tub was a total standout, perfect for soaking after a day of exploring. The cabin was impressively well-stocked, with thoughtful personal touches tailored to our trip—like a sweet birthday banner and detailed guides to the surrounding area that made our adventures even better. It was a serene retreat, offering the ideal space to relax, unwind, and soak in the peaceful vibes of nature!

Great place. Great views. Great stay overall. Stayed for a couple nights and had to extend an extra day because we did not want to leave! Very comfortable and clean. No tvs and no curtains! We loved out stay at the cabin!

The Surfline loft is simply incredible and we can recommend it enough. Not only does it have a lovely view of the ocean, but it’s newly refinished and was the perfect getaway. Netarts is a great little Oregon Coast town, outside of the hustle and bustle of other coast towns. The hosts had wonderful communication and had the home stocked with everything that you need. The rental was also spotlessly clean and we felt right at home instantly. Thank you again for a wonderful time.

This is among our top Airbnb stays… what an incredible place! Tucked away and private but so close to the coast and many beautiful things to see and do. The host was great and had so many amenities. The view, the hot tub, the location—it was all 10/10!

Ten of us stayed for a long weekend and the home couldn’t have been nicer. The beds were comfortable, the house spotless, the hot tub was inviting and the proximity to and view of the beach were wonderful. We will be back!

This was a beautiful home! If you are on the fence and not sure if you wanna book this location, book it! My husband and I find it really hard to relax when away from home, but being here just made us feel so at home! So many thoughtful touches to the home Fishing is literally right at your footsteps. The home was clean, we had everything we needed, a fully stocked kitchen, bed was comfortable, lounging in the living room was comfortable. We highly recommend this location. Karie was so accommodating and helpful in every way a guest would hope their host would be. We will return!

Wonderful second time at the cabin for my birthday. Kimberly was wonderful when we had change our dates due to my husband’s back injury. Love the beauty and the peace of the cabin. Look forward to visiting again and try a different season. Thanks again!
