The house was cozy and perfectly situated in Seaside. Only a couple minute walk to the beach and promenade. If you’re a runner this is perfect location for a morning jog along the prom or beach. Two families stayed here, 4 adults and 4 kids. The kids had so much fun in the bunk rooms. The double beds were a little small for adults but there was plenty of space and other beds for us to sleep on. Some of the beds were a little squeaky but comfy. I highly recommend this space. Check in was a breeze.

We had a great time at Our Plaace. We didn't realize that the beach will be somewhat like a private beach which was a very nice surprise and super easy access too. The house has an open layout with an amazing view from the main area (living room, dining room and the kitchen). Although the house is a bit old but we felt comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The house smells nice and not musty like most old houses. My only feedback is to renovate the bathrooms and the cupboards in the kitchen. Other than that, we have no complaints. We actually wanted to stay longer but unfortunately the day wasn't available. Thank you for letting us enjoy your house! We will definitely come back.

Tialen’s place was great! The kitchen was truly stocked with everything you’d need to cook your own meals. The home was very comfortable, our favorite feature were the wall of windows facing the ocean! We stayed over Christmas and loved watching the storm roll in. Stepping out onto the beach from the back door was also awesome. Our kids loved being able to run outside and throw the football around during breaks in the weather. When being outside wasn’t an option we had plenty to entertain us inside. Between the pool and ping pong table we always had a game going. The Xbox and tvs made sure everyone had a place to relax and do what they liked. When we had questions their response time was great, so fast. Our first morning there we were trying to cook breakfast and had some questions. They didn’t miss a beat, everything was answered and our whole exchange was taken care of within 5 min. We’ll definitely be back!

This was our second time staying at Mel’s, and it was another spectacular experience!! Our whole group had a wonderful time!! Beautiful home, thoughtful amenities, and beautiful ocean view! We love how we walk out the back door, and we’re on the beach!!

Beautiful oasis! We have a two year old and four year old and truly enjoyed this special place. If you have littles be warned that there is a cliff drop off from the deck to the beach which wasn’t totally clear from the listing/ pics. Also there’s no pack and play or plastic cups/ plates etc for kids so bring your own and plan accordingly. Overall incredible experience and memories for a lifetime.

What a great stay for our family to celebrate our late mother’s birthday! Room for all 12 of us, and I’m happy to say we used every room/amenity in the house: bedrooms, spa, game rooms, hot tub, bbq, theater and more! Extremely clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, love that there are two fridges for all of our stuff. We appreciated that there were so many towels and bathrooms and the beds were comfy. And gorgeous views! Definitely recommend.

The perfect spot for a few moms and kids to be close to the beach and a great house with all of the amenities and fun for the kids. We were all comfortable and had plenty of space for each family and loved the large living room, playset out back, and the toy selection for the kids to entertain themselves.

Beautiful setting and the home was just as described and fit our needs perfectly. The host was easy to work with and we had no issues. Great vacation.

Nice place for rod run. Just out of town but right on main street. Perfect for what we wanted. Little older place maybe some would say dated but its a beach house.

Wonderful house, great private location. We met Robbie and not only was he friendly, but he asked what we would improve or add to make the place even better. A true sign of someone who takes pride in their rentals and strives to improve them. The house itself was large, well-stocked and overall great for our family group. The game room was a huge hit for all ages. Would absolutely go back again!

We had a great stay here. The scenery was spectacular. The deck is a perfect place to read or just sit and watch the waves. If you don’t want to be outside, you can sit in the cozey front room and watch from the large picture windows. The house was clean and comfortable. We love it here! 😊

Our extended family trip with 4 adults and 3 kids had ample space to cook, do puzzles and work on art projects. We forgot glue for one of our projects so the craft drawer was extra handy. Kitchen has everything you could need - even sharp knives. We will stay here again if we return to the area.

This is the second time we have stayed here. Love the location, close to town and the beach. The house is comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed and it was very dog friendly!

We spend Thanksgiving at this wonderful home. Lots of space and fun things to do for everyone. Just down the road is the beach, fun little store, and great food. The host was amazing and responsive. The holiday was amazing thanks to great weather and the perfect place to stay.

We stay a full weekend at the beach atleast once a month. we usually get on the app and look for a reasonable rental that meets our needs. We have decided that we will literally never rent from anyone/anywhere else, and if our desired days are already booked, we will change our plans to be able to stay here. Best rental we have stayed in by far.

We love staying here. So close to everything, yet feels so private with the fun fenced back yard. The fire pit is cozy, and the open concept home is perfect for our large family gathering. So many cute touches made our stay relaxing and even with a houseful didn't feel cramped or crowded. We really loved the extra at home touches from the games and camp chairs, to the extra cuddly blankets and coats in the closets. This was our 2nd visit to this home, but won't be our last!

Beautiful surroundings, very peaceful, heated pool. Perfect getaway for our family. We usually stay at the Worldmark just because of the outdoor pool, but will definitely start staying here. It’s only a 5 min drive and you have the peace and quiet, a pool Pickleball court, and then a five minute drive to downtown if you want the town. Everything about this house was amazing ours kids said they will never forget this trip. The pool was a blast. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep beautiful back yard and view of the lake. So close to the beach. Plenty of towels.host was great. Bbq grill for use in the back and fire pit. Absolutely will book again.
