Great space for 2 couples with privacy up and downstairs. Kitchen very well stocked, which was great as we had all our dinners there. The path to the beach was well tended but is a bit of a hike. Easy access to Seaside and Astoria as is located midway. Living room spacious for 4, well lit with natural light, nice TV and Dish Network service appreciated. Beds comfy too - thanks for a great stay

We love this Airbnb so much that this was our second time staying here! We loved being able to walk to the beach, we enjoyed the open layout kitchen/dining/living room which made it so fun to hangout and cook meals together, the beds are so comfy, the hot tub and sauna were used multiple times to warm up after a day of getting soaked at the beach and we enjoyed eating at Wanda’s for breakfast each morning. We hope to come back again next year, this is the best spot to stay in Rockaway Beach!

This place is amazing! It was just two of us on this trip so we had more room than we needed but felt like it was the perfect place for our visit to the Astoria area. We are already thinking about who to bring with us next time and will definitely stay here again if it is available. Nate was very responsive and checked in regularly to see if there was anything we needed. We will recommend this to friends and family traveling to the area and will be back again in the future. If it was possible, I’d give this 6 Stars!

We couldn’t be happier to offer a 5 star review. Our host was so easy to communicate with and proactive, thinking ahead and providing for our wants and needs. The home is beautiful and spacious for our extended family trip. There were plenty of both inside and outside toys for the child in our group and the fenced yard (access is through the garage side door) helped with our pups tremendously. Just a short, easy walk to the beach and a quick drive to town where we never had trouble parking. I highly recommend this home.

A beautiful property. Beds were comfortable, pillows were nice. There were 3 full bathrooms which was great. The street is extremely quiet. Kitchen was well-stocked. Would absolutely stay here again.

This was a lovely place to stay. The beds were comfortable, there were extra blankets, lots of towels, and a fully equipped kitchen. There were plenty of games, a Sonos speaker, and a karaoke machine! We were comfortable the entire time. I also greatly appreciated the little things like extra paper towels, cleaning supplies, and such. Too many houses at the coast keep things like that and toilet paper to a minimum. Mo's place had everything we needed and more!

My group and I really enjoyed staying at Sarah's place. The place was clean, easy to access, and was cozy to stay in, especially during the rainy days. Important to keep in mind about how the beach is a drive away, not walking distance, but even then, it was less than ten minutes away so not that bad. Most importantly, she is great at responding and so whenever we have questions or concerns, she would respond on a timely manner :)

Would stay here again! I appreciated the large kitchen with lots of amenities and a great shower/bathroom. The electric fireplace was cozy in the living area. The location is a short walking distance to the ocean and all the shops and restaurants in Seaside. The off-street parking was easy.

Probably couldn't be better located, right in downtown Astoria! very cool apartment with a lot of classic charm! I would recommend this place you anyone wanting to stay in the Downtown area of Astoria!

A relaxing week with my pups in December. Short walk to the beach, fully equipped kitchen, and most importantly, met my standard of clean. Super tidy! Comfortable bed, cozy faux wood stove. Will definitely return for our next stay at the coast.

A lovable little getaway spot with lots of places to work and enjoy the scenery. We really appreciate the furniture and desk space and lots of USB power ports all over the unit. A great place to be creative and write and work.

My wife and I stayed here for her birthday. It was a lovely place, with a great view, and steps to the beach. The property manager was fantastic, very communicative, and responded instantly. We will definitely come back.

We had such a good time staying at Red House Roost! Great amenities, wonderful view of downtown Astoria, and convenient walking distance from restaurants, museums, etc. Patti was a lovely host... Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was very peaceful, had great views, and our hosts were a perfect blend of friendly, attentive to what we might need and respectful of our space. It was close enough to town, yet far enough away to feel very private. It is not far from Cape Lookout State Park and the trailhead up the road. Our dog was very welcome and got along swell with with their really cool, dog, Biggee! Based on the description, I thought I might hear the living quarters above us, but that was not the case. It was very quiet. They have an amazing selection of books and comfortable seating for reading. The bed was very comfortable and the place was clean! Outside, there were chairs overlooking the bay, it was only a short walk through little forest to an overlook. All in all, quite perfect.

This is a beautiful location! Perfect for couples and families looking for a base camp to explore Astoria and the surrounding communities. 5/5 would recommend.

Super pleased! We were very happy to spend a night here. Exclaimed "WOW" upon entering. Spectacular views. Big windows. Spacious unit. Well equipped large kitchen. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Nice touch to have extra bathroom amenities. Terrific showers. Responsive host. We would like to return and stay several nights. Definitely a new favorite spot on the Oregon coast.

We had a great stay at Victor’s! Waking up to the sound of give waves and view was serene! I’ll pick this place again if I return and I’m planning to comeback more often bc we couldn’t see everything around because of the rain. This place is located perfectly to explore both northern and southern coast..

Beautiful getaway site right at the beach with stunning views from the living area featuring super comfy seating to take it all in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the beautiful artwork and furnishings. Kitchen has everything you might need and the layout makes this a perfect spot for couples or families to spend great time together. Brian was super responsive and had easy to follow instructions for entry and check in/out. With the beach across the street we could enjoy the sea air, great walks, surf and sand. There are lots of amenities for a stay any time of the year. Thank you, Brian!

Staying at Annie’s was the perfect choice for my friends and I this weekend! We will definitely be considering staying again. They were super accommodating and amazingly thoughtful. Little to no issue with checking in, and let us leave our bags while checking out so we could explore the city a little longer! Completely gracious owners and staff, thank you endlessly!

Lovely condo with a view of the ocean from the outside deck. Fully stocked home with plenty of towels. It was clean and had a lot of additional blankets and pillows if needed. We enjoyed our stay very much! The 3 minute walk to the beach was everything. We spent a lot of time out on the deck .... such a beautiful spot!

Our stay was incredible. The location was perfect, an easy walk to the ocean. The beds were comfy and the place was immaculate. We never had any problems with communication and we will recommend this place to any of our friends.

What a lovely location. We enjoyed hours of family time watching the ocean from this fifth floor condo. The two bedroom, two bath unit was clean and contained everything we needed for a wonderful stay. I especially appreciated the covered parking accommodation and well written check in instructions considering we arrived during a particularly hard downpour. If we visited the area again we would definitely want to stay here. The small touches mattered; from extra blankets to restaurant recommendation and a well appointed kitchen.
