Great overall, clean great location close to northgate station - but (not the hosts fault) beware that the city’s taxes and fees add a lot to your total stay!

Alyssa’s place is perfect for 2 people. There is a small hide a bed but we didn’t need it. The place is compact but comfortable. Nice kitchen. We didn’t eat in but it’s well equipped so we could have. Beautiful view of downtown Seattle. Alki beach is a short walk. We had breakfast at Harry’s Beach house twice. We enjoyed our stay.

Such a beautiful area to stay in. Homemade bread was so moist and delicious. What a treat. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, Keurig pods and such. We have kids in the area and hope to be back when we need a place to stay.

Coming to Seattle for my boyfriend and I’s 3 year anniversary was spectacular. Lisa made it even more spectacular. She was so sweet and made sure we have everything we need. We saw that it was raining and I asked for some umbrellas and she gave us some! My boyfriend’s favorite part was the bed, he said the bed was so comfortable he fell asleep so quickly lol. I recommend this place to anyone! Thank you Lisa! ❤️

I love staying here. Also a wonderful place to have friends and family stay when they are visiting. Close to downtown snohomish! Ryan is super responsive and helpful. If it’s available this place is always worth it.

The room was very inviting and had an easy-to-use layout. Privacy was nice and accommodations were very comfortable. This is much nicer than any motel that we know of in Everett.

We are so glad we found a great place to stay for 2 months. Martha’s place is super clean, a great host, located in a beautiful part of Lake Washington. We loved that she takes care of her guest and responsive. We had-a beautiful stay and I highly recommend her place. Thank you Martha for an enjoyable stay.

Location is excellent & apartment matches the photos exactly as listed. Area is secure and offers a variety of nearby amenities. If you have large luggage, it is advisable to take an Uber from Westlake Train Station, as the walk takes approximately 12 minutes. I would rate my experience 5 stars.

Tim’s place was a perfect spot to stay. Quiet & peaceful neighborhood. I had everything I needed & it was very comfortable & cozy. I appreciated the Nespresso machine & pods that were provided! Tim was very communicative & let me know he was available if there was anything I needed during my stay. Thank you for the great experience & I would recommend Tim’s place to anyone!

As Alaskans I fly to Seattle pretty often. This was our best time, because we stayed in the best place with the best host. Private apartment with a deck and a very beautiful view of the lake and mountains, and incredibly beautiful garden! Definitely, next time if Karen’s place is available this will be our first choice to stay there.

This is a very comfortable place to stay. There's a large main room with a kitchen and living area, as well as a separate bedroom and bath. The place is not cluttered, and the kitchen has pretty much everything you need. The off-street parking was invaluable. The hosts were very responsive and we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Very easy instructions to follow for check in, the place was clean when I got there, and it was a nice distance between downtown and the airport! Perfect for the few days I was there!

I moved to Seattle recently and stayed at Katya and Lee’s home while settling in. I could not have been happier with this decision, and felt right at home during my stay. Katya was highly responsive throughout my booking process and stay, and checked in with me to ensure everything went well. I also had to adjust my booking dates at one point, and she was very understanding and supportive. Her home is exactly as described and offered everything I needed (and more) for a comfortable stay—from her fully equipped kitchen, to the heated bathroom floors, to the memory foam bed. Her thoughtfulness and attention to detail were evident. The residential area was also peaceful, safe, and walkable. For anyone in search of a cozy and well-equipped home to stay in, look no further. I would happily recommend Katya’s to my friends/family, and would be delighted to stay again!

Our communication with Artem was excellent from the beginning. Truly helpful, & I can't say enough about the spacious, cozy, clean & wonderful apartment. It felt like a cozy cabin in the woods surrounded by the most beautiful trees & amazing emerald green moss & grass. At the same time, you can literally walk to a great Diner, Starbucks & a mall area. Could not be happier with our stay & our hosts. Would definitely book again.

If I could give Jill's place more than five stars, I would do so in a heartbeat. This lovely, well-equipped, very spacious place is located in a gorgeous neighborhood of Queen Anne. The space is beautiful, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. I don't think the pictures do it justice. Kitchen is well stocked, and there are lovely spaces throughout the house for rest and gathering, whatever one would prefer. It has everything a person would need, yet without clutter - a blanket here, a pillow there, if one wants to curl up with the book (and BTW Jill has a great book selections around the house). Spacious bedrooms with very comfy beds. Many attractions are walking distance away and so are several grocery stores. Jill made recommendations for local restaurants, grocery shopping and sightseeing. Jill was a wonderful host. She respected our privacy but was quick to respond to all our requests and questions. Worth every penny, we had a lovely time, and will be back if in the area again!

Such a beautiful view, great space with everything you could need. The surrounding neighbors were friendly and inviting. The host Jeremy was very easy to contact and responded very quick. We loved our stay!! Thank you so much for the getaway.

Great location! It's very close to everything you want to see in Seattle; the pier, Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, etc.

We loved our stay here! It was even more beautiful and peaceful than anticipated! The hot tub was super nice and clean. The only thing is that the bed was a bit uncomfy and it would’ve been better with a mattress topper. Other than that it was lovely

I LOVED staying here… felt snuggled in by the forest. So many extras to make me feel so comfy and welcome. Extremely comfortable and slept really well, which is unusual for me. Also had a great hike from their property to the state park! Highly recommend!

The spa are was incredible! We loved our time relaxing in that beautiful spa tub. Filled it up and spent 4 hours chatting and looking for shooting stars, water temp was perfect the whole time.
