A perfect stay! Great location, very comfortable and well well maintained! They were so responsive, great hosts. As mentioned in previous comments, there is no natural sunlight since the windows overlook at walkway (so you'll have the blinds closed) but it was a wonderful stay nonetheless!

We’ve stayed at Mike’s place several times over the years and never had a bad stay. The loft is a perfect peaceful setting that is close to amenities but also has the setup that you don’t need to leave if you want the night in.

Had a great stay while in town for a concert at the Tacoma Dome! Only had a small issue with the parking. We had payed extra to park in the secure garage and the instructions said there would be a remote fob and a permit on the table when we checked in, however they weren’t there! Sounds like it was a minor mix up with a new cleaning person. We contacted Andy and he responded right away and brought us the pass and the fob we needed in one hour. We preferred to park in the garage for safety reasons, but had no problem leaving our car in the free street parking right in front of the building while we waited for him to arrive. It worked out great! Just a heads up that this Airbnb is located at the top of a fairly steep hill, so keep that in mind if you’re planning on walking to access the light rail/food.

Cool, comfortable, amazing view. This little gem is centrally located in downtown Tacoma. The bed was very comfortable and the place had everything you need. The host is responsive, helpful, and very accommodating. We were only able to stay one night, but we wanted to stay longer! Make sure to check out the host's guide for restaurant recommendations- we went to Hob Nob for breakfast and it was divine! 10/10 recommend this spot for a weekend in Tacoma.

The Oasis Stay was everything we wanted in a downtown location. The two story condo was amazing. The views of the Puget Sound from all rooms were beautiful. I would stay here again and highly recommend this property. The host was very nice, quick to respond and provided thorough instructions.

A great place to stay as it’s close to coffee and shops and food. The apartment is small but has everything one might need and was quite clean! Ellie was also helpful with some packages I had delivered. Thanks:)

We can't say enough about the Ballard Gallery AirBnb. We have stayed there multiple times while visiting family in this Ballard neighborhood. Candace and Nate are wonderful hosts and their AirBnb is comfortable, quiet, and very clean. We look forward to being able to stay there again in the future.

We felt very much at home at Jocelyn& Steve's home. The moment we entered the location, with the beautifully displayed of lights on the walkway, to the lovely touches of chocolate on our pillows and clearly written instructions, we were comfortable . The appliances, amenities and view were fabulous. Perfect location in the Queen Anne community with plenty of restaurants nearby. Looking forward to returning again.

Accessible and quiet place, has everything you need and super walkable/close to bus stops. Has everything you need for a long-term stay, the kitchen and bathroom are well stocked. Rooftop is beautiful for sunrises and sunsets.

Super nice host who was super accommodating and responsive. She was very helpful and her place was very clean and nice. She was flexible and kind through the whole process. The place is only a 15 minute walk from the Link and lots of restaurants and shopping. It is also very easy to access places like capitol hill, UWash, and the ferry dock from the apartment. We felt safe walking back to this place in the night as well. It also has a beautiful rooftop view of the city and space needle. Highly recommend!

Great spot in Belltown. Faces in toward the courtyard and is on the corner of the building. It can be very quiet and peaceful unless it’s trash day as it faces an alley below in the master bedroom window. Other than that it was very secure, had multiple restaurants within walking distance, fit my big truck in the garage and they were amenable to getting us in a few hours early so my wife could hold a zoom meeting

This place looked exactly like the photos, it was SPOTLESS, comfortable & the location was perfect. I would absolutely book this location again for a city stay. The building was nice and I felt safe. Host had very clear instructions from start to finish, along with local recommendations.

Great 1 bedroom in a nice and secure building with courtyard, gym and small indoor pool. Apartment has washer/dryer, everything you need to cook, coffee pot, soaps, etc. nice size bedroom with small desk, open plan living room/kitchen with small table and bar/barstools. Plenty of room for a couple with 1-2 small kids on the pullout. I was warned about potential street noise on weekend night but didn’t find it loud at all. Fan/white noise machine would have taken care of it anyway. Nice coffee shop and bar/restaurants right downstairs. Easy walk to market, art museum, etc. 2d time staying in this building and would stay again. Greeted by property manager, who made sure I knew where to find everything and could get in and out easily. Good value for the $.

Absolutely beautiful views from this waterfront home. Plenty of room for our family of 5 plus Nana to spread out enjoying indoor/outdoor living. Well appointed including fun water toys ie paddle boards and kayaks. My husband commented this home being the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. Excellent communication from Mike and Eva. Definitely would stay here again.

This was our second stay here. The house is very cozy and clean, and has a fabulous view. There are lots of good bars and restaurants within walking distance, though the neighborhood itself is very quiet and street parking is wide open. Definitely recommend!

This is one of our top airbnb experiences. The house was very spacious and our kids really enjoyed the yard. There’s a laundry room and kitchen amenities that made it really convenient for our party (5 adults and 4 kids). Usually when we are in Seattle, we eat out, but we ended up eating at home most of our visit. Would highly recommend this place for large groups or families.

Thank you Jeffrey for possibly the best Airbnb experience I've ever had. For starters the house is beautiful and spacious, I could have stayed in the guest suite all weekend and never even went to the other floors. Jeffrey and his group quickly responded to my one message over the weekend but there really was no need for any clarity because everything we may have had questions about was addressed prior to arriving. I 10/10 would recommend staying here and would return.
