I really enjoyed my stay at this centrally-located apartment! The place was bright, clean, and had awesome views of Puget Sound and Mt. Rainier. The kitchen was updated with nice stainless appliances and had everything you’d need, plus the complimentary coffee, tea, and spices were a nice touch. Both bedrooms were cozy, with super comfortable queen beds, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. The private rooftop deck was definitely a highlight, with beautiful views of the city and even a peek at the Space Needle. The smart door lock was convenient, and even though the apartment is on the second floor with no elevator, it wasn’t a big deal. The location was perfect for exploring the city. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Our stay at this place was amazing! The view of the water was absolutely the best part. The unit is in a beautiful neighborhood, conveniently close to the airport. There’s also a small park just down the street, which was a nice bonus. The place felt cozy and private—everything was perfect. We’ll definitely be back!

This was our 2nd time staying there. Jerry & Sara are excellent hosts. The property is lovely and the views are gorgeous. Very clean. We had a wonderful stay. We are hoping to return again soon and will definitely stay there again.

This place was perfect. Close to the water. Peaceful with beautiful views. Close to Gig Harbor that has many cute stores, restaurants, and breweries. We would stay again!

The perfect stay for a couple who wants to easily explore Seattle! Very nice place and again perfect location. Will absolutely be staying here again.

Great view obviously, especially for what we paid, and the beach was pretty serene and quiet on the weekend evenings and mornings we stayed. Neighborhood seemed safe. We heard a couple annoying cars revving their engines to race one night, but it was well before bedtime. Maybe I didn't check all the cabinets thoroughly enough, but I couldn't find a kettle to make non-Keurig coffee, which was minorly disappointing. I also would have appreciated clear instructions in the welcome email that the fireplace is tied to a thermostat, as I tried fiddling with the gas valve behind the machine after the flame automatically died down and wasn't able to turn it back on.

This is a wonderful cosy and serene location at the water. Linda is a fantastic host that makes you feel welcome from the first moment. Sitting at the water overlooking the water with the mountains on the background is amazing!

Wonderful little oasis. Very comfortable and fully stock kitchen everything you needed to cook a nice home cooked dinner. Make sure you are home to catch a sunset absolutely stunning. Hosts very responsive.

What a cool spot! So much wildlife nearby. We even saw a bald eagle swoop down and make a catch right in front of the boat launch. Our two dogs were in heaven. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks again!

This place is magical! I truly felt like I was on a vacation where I could just stay put and not leave the property whatsoever. The views are to die for and the marine life was sublime! Hope to come back again. I took my 20 something daughters and they both felt the same way. They kayaked and were kids again examining all the seashells, crabs, etc.

Booked this place for a girls weekend. We were thrilled to find this place because it had 7 rooms which meant everyone got their own bed/room! The views are gorgeous and the house was very comfortable. The couch was huge and there were 4 comfy chairs so there was ample space for all of us to lounge. The dining table also had enough chairs and space for all of us to sit together. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking tools/pans/utensils and spices. Dave was very responsive and hospitable prior to and during our stay. Thank you, Dave for sharing your home with us for the weekend!

We had an awesome stay! I booked the place just for my young daughter and I and when we arrived inside I said WOW! it was full of fun games and toys and had such a cozy and clean vibe. I immediately thought I had to have my nephews come play while I was in town and the hosts were very accommodating and encouraging of us to make great family memories. We followed all of the visitor rules and left the place tidy. One thing that really stood out to me was the labels on things such as how to start the dishwasher, trouble shoot the TV input/power, etc. Since all of these devices are different in every home it really took a lot of the confusion out of the first day of settling in. We felt so at ease here. The beds were awesome and had heated mattresses with separate controls for each side. Amazing!!!! The laundry closet was incredible as well. Had an awesome time. Thank you very much.

Great space! Loved our time there. Already looking forward to making this a yearly getaway and going back. What a gem! Great communication on everything and quick to respond.

We just purchased a home in this area and needed a place to stay close to it while it gets furnished and this was perfect! It was so quiet and peaceful. The view of the lake is great! The house was very clean, decorated beautifully and super cozy. If we didn’t live just down the street we would stay here again! Mickey was a great host and answered my messages quickly. I had forgotten my purse here after checkout and he worked with me so I could retrieve it. Really great experience. Highly recommend! (I don’t recommend forgetting your purse though 😂).

Celia, thank you for a wonderful stay! The place was beautiful outside and in, while also being comfortable. We were able to find what we needed fairly easily, and spend time with our friends. The kitchen had almost everything we needed (Please add a bottle opener!). There were instructions to get down into the boathouse and dock, door keys, etc. Loved soaking up the views!

Pictures as described, relaxing yard and the views from the master bedroom, living room, kitchen and back deck are stunning. Perfect place to drink your morning coffee watch the sun rise.

We have been to Seattle a few times already and David's place is by far the best we've stayed at. The aesthetic was very appealing, a modern take on the Jazz Age. The place has a very welcoming, home-like vibe. Very spacious for a small family with amazing views of the city and the water. The location is one of the biggest draws as well, being right across Pike's Place is great but also dangerous because you want to spend so much time and money there haha. Not to mention, the Target underneath is a huge convenience. I highly recommend David's place.

We stayed in Bindu’s charming condo for three weeks in December. Loved every minute and look forward to another visit. The place is well decorated, very comfortable and the views over Elliot Bay are spectacular. Enjoyed the new Pier 62 waterfront park and the proximity to the new aquarium exhibits. Bindu is an amazing hostess and unbelievably responsive. Both she and her place are special.

Perfect location for exploring the heart of Seattle! The apartment provided the perfect balance to the hustle & bustle of the Pike Place Market. I loved having the dedicated parking in the safe parking garage and being able to explore the neighborhood. Thoughtful touches and all the amenities we needed. I would stay here anytime I’m visiting this part of Seattle!

Check-in was super easy as Jeri leaves very detailed instructions for everything. He’s also very communicative and often messages you before you have a chance to ask him something! Make sure to check out Jeri’s list of recommendations as it provided us with plenty of places to eat at.

Très beau séjour, l’appartement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Très bonne situation. Nous avons pu organiser un départ tardif très pratique avec un petit bébé.

Everything was AMAZING! House was fully stocked, super clean, beds were comfy and nice corner view of the water. A greeter was outside waiting when we arrived and helped us get all checked in. Location couldn’t get much better, walking distance to just about everything. Building itself felt very safe for being in downtown. On the note about downtown it is very loud, but that is to be expected. We had such a pleasant time. Gale was very responsive and helpful in every way. We would recommend to everyone!

This place looked exactly like the photos, it was SPOTLESS, comfortable & the location was perfect. I would absolutely book this location again for a city stay. The building was nice and I felt safe. Host had very clear instructions from start to finish, along with local recommendations.
