The house was gorgeous and such a high standard. Eachensuite bathroom looked brand new, and the whole place was just beautiful! Would absolutely recommend and stay agai .

Had an incredible stay. The house is stunning with amazing views of the sea from the lovely living area and upstairs bedroom. Beth left us eggs, butter, bread and orange juice which was a lovely touch.

James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I can't think of anything else that any potential guest would need to know above the information on Airbnb and reviews already left.

It was a lovely place, a very good wide space for everyone to enjoy the evenings in. Lovely location for our needs with a very responsive host to answer all questions we had. Will 100% recommend.

Had a lovely few days in Selsey House had everything we needed for 3 adults and 2 kids - very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is well kitted out too. Other pluses for us were the nearby playground and we loved the fish & chips shop and the fishmongers over the road. Lovely walks along the promenade and popped to West Wittering for a sandy beach day.

Julia, was a very helpful and responsive host and I felt at ease with my booking. The house was lovely and a great location for a family long weekend get away. This house is lovely and was perfect for a short stay for us 4 adults. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped and homely. An easy walk into the centre of town made for a very pleasant evening stroll along the canal.

Had a long weekend with the family and it was a great base. The apartment was clean, comfy and had a well equipped kitchen with a large fridge which was great as we had multiple family groups that all bought lots of food. The main house is fabulous to look at and we could appreciate it's beauty. The pool was beautiful too, warm and relaxing...although personally we would have rather paid more at booking and the access be bookable but included in the price but understand this wouldn't suit everybody. There was lots of outdoor seating, garden games, ping pong and a large chess game and small climbing frame which were welcomed touches. We were left to our own devices despite the building being connected to home owners which we appreciated. Our only criticism was there are signs put out to show private garden areas but with dogs and children this can be a bit harder to control so some clearer boundaries might be more helpful for future guests. This is a beautiful flat in a great location with stunning sea views. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Lots of great places to eat a short walk away from the property and beautiful coastal walks.

Tides is an absolutely beautiful apartment with a stunning balcony that has the best sea views! It was spotlessly clean with lots of little touches that made it feel very homely! Debbie was the absolute perfect host who was extremely helpful & friendly, & responded extremely quickly to my communications. Thank you Debbie we had a truly fantastic stay!

Wow we've just come back from a great little trip in Portsmouth with our two small children. The flat is spacious and well thought out with everything you could need for a stay. The bedrooms are a great size and perfect for us as a small family visiting friends. the location is really central so we could walk to most places including the seafront, numerous restaurants and places for coffee and lunch. Parking was also a bonus! We'll be coming back in the summer! Thanks so much!!

We had a wonderful stay. The location was excellent, with easy access to bus stops and local shops. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches from the hosts, including tea, milk, and some snacks.

I would say this flat is charming and very welcoming and very clean and beautiful inside lovely bathroom very comfortable beds ,location perfect walking distance to nice restaurant’s I would recommend the haven on the harbour lovely food and service I would recommend to my friends and would love to come and stay again a lovely relaxing stay in comfort

This is a beautiful apartment which is in a brilliant location. It is super spacious and we had a wonderful stay there. You are right in the heart of Lymington and a short walk to the pubs and restaurants but the place is quiet and not noisy at night. I would absolutely recommend staying there.

We loved our stay at Jackie’s place. It was spotlessly clean and very spacious and comfortable. The bed was comfortable with good quality bedding too. Within walking distance of Hamble Quay and lots of great restaurants and pubs. We will definitely return! Thanks again for a lovely stay!

Loverly, clean and bright apartment with fantastic view overlooking the beach. We could have spent hours on the balcony just watching the world go by. Location is within easy walking distance of centre and local amenities are just around the corner. Finn was an excellent host and even provided breakfast goodies to kick start our stay. Would definitely recommend.

We had such a wonderful time at Rob's place in Elmer. The beach is on your doorstep with the most beautiful blue water! There are plenty of places to eat and drink both within walking distance and a short drive. Rob was fantastic with communication and also with recommendations on places to visit - we highly recommend taking a beach walk to Felpham and stopping for lunch at the Lobster Pot or taking another beach walk in the opposite direction for a roast at the Black Horse! The place itself was comfortable and clean and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

We had a great time at Angela's place. Great location in the middle of the New Forest and wonderful apartment. Angela was incredibly helpful and flexible even if we had to change plans. highly recommend!

We had such a lovely long weekend. The flat was spacious and impeccably clean. The beach was 30 seconds walk away, and there were other beaches and rock pools within a 5 min walk. Our two daughters, 6 and 9, loved the beach, going crabbing, having a barbecue on the beach, and getting ice cream from the ice cream shop. We’ll be back!

Just perfect for what we needed, large and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, small and secure yard to allow dog out in. Quiet area and building, a plus for a fireworks nervous dog on NYE!
