Perfectly placed on my favourite street in Portsmouth. Great bars and restaurants. Beautifully presented accommodation. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Short walk to Portsmouth. We will definitely stay again.

We had a fabulous stay at Jonathan's apartment. Met up with our son and partner for a few days break, and the apartment suited us perfectly. It's cool and stylish interior was also very comfortable. Its well-equipped and for us, it was the perfect location.

Sam's place is a really amazing apartment and we had a lovely few days on the coast. We know the area quite well and have stayed in a few different places and this was definitely one of the best. the views from the living room and dining room make the place and are worth every penny. would recommend to others.

Great place to stay in Ventnor, bang on the beach, superb views, next to bars, coffee shop & the Spyglass pub. Loved it.

Thanks for a great stay. Super location in the centre of Brockenhurst. Very responsive host who gave clear instructions on how to enter and where to store bikes. Lovely flat which was perfect for a few days in this area of the New Forest.

There was everything that we need. Clean and a peacefull property. Chen is responsive. It will be a great option to stay if you have a car.

I had a great time at this place with my 3 friends and my dog. Beautiful and quiet surroundings. Friendly village and lots of great Restaurants like the Royal Oak and the Lion’s Den. The house was clean and I love the decorations. Mark kept in touch and left some goodies too.

Lovely stay at Jim's! Had a slight issue with heating but Jim was quick to respond and sort it out. Clean house with good wifi. Would stay again if we visit the area!

A really well located little house. Small but enough room for our little family. Excellent location for the ferry and Yarmouth. Parking is a pain but the local carpark is not far and there is so much to do on the Island you could easily be out for the day or not bring the car. There were a few niggles with the house but Bree communicated really well and was super helpful. It had everything you could need to be self-sufficient for a few days stay. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic house, so so close to the beach and short walk into village with everything you need. Stayed with three families with older teenagers and it was perfect. We will return!

So glad I booked The Perch for my first stay in the New Forest! Louise was incredibly helpful prior to mine and my husband’s stay, sending over highly detailed instructions on how to find and access the parking space and the apartment, as well as links and a document of her personal recommendations in Lyndhurst and the surrounding area. When I had a question regarding what kitchen cookware was in the apartment a few days before our trip, she responded very helpfully which I really appreciated. The hospitality displayed by Louise and Richard was nothing short of first class. From the impeccable condition of The Perch, to our very comfortable stay due to its modern and thoughtful design features and the incorporation of local and plant-based/biodegradable products, to our hosts’ generosity (surprise gifts upon check-in!), it’s very clear that they deeply care about their guests feeling looked after and having the best possible time. We were SO impressed and hope to return next year :)

The flat was beautifully furnished and clean, the atmosphere calm and peaceful with a view over the park. All the facilities and equipment were easy to use, clean and well maintained, and looked new, the showers were heavenly. It was an absolute joy to stay there. Richard was a wonderful host, so friendly and welcoming, and he even came to find us on the first day when we took a wrong turning. He also helped carry our luggage on arrival and when we left, which I hugely appreciated.

Great flat. This is the 2nd time I have stayed here and its ideal for local marina restaurants and ocean Village. Its easy to find and the onsite parking is great. Will be staying here again

We had a lovely time staying in Lymington, such a great area, so close to everything! The town is absolutely gorgeous, with lovely independent shops and cute coffee spots. It was also just a short walk to the beautiful marina and a quick drive to the breathtaking New Forest National Park. The flat was perfect and very pretty! Would defiantly like to come back x

We had a fabulous long weekend here. The apartment was in a perfect location at the bottom of the high street as well as next the Quay. I had reservations about the parking before our trip but found it v easy to park close to the property and the complimentary parking permit was a nice bonus. The apt was in the Centre of everything but also quiet at night. Thoughtfully furnished throughout and a lovely welcome pack with nice treats on our arrival. We would definitely recommend and will be back 😊

We had a great time at Angela's place. Great location in the middle of the New Forest and wonderful apartment. Angela was incredibly helpful and flexible even if we had to change plans. highly recommend!

We had such a lovely long weekend. The flat was spacious and impeccably clean. The beach was 30 seconds walk away, and there were other beaches and rock pools within a 5 min walk. Our two daughters, 6 and 9, loved the beach, going crabbing, having a barbecue on the beach, and getting ice cream from the ice cream shop. We’ll be back!

Check in would have been faultless but that was down to human error on my behalf not reading the check in process before arriving. Check in was easy after that. the apartment was tidy and clean home from home to be honest. peaceful at night. would definitely use again without hesitation.
