Great place, very clean. Incredibly close to anything you could want to do in Portland. As mentioned in the listing, it is above a restaurant in a busy downtown area, falling asleep to the sounds of a busy city was fine with us, but it does tend to get a bit noisy, but is pretty quite after 1am. Excellent place, great for a weekend out on the town. The shower was the best part of the entire trip.

Everything was great! Roger was wicked responsive and had provided some print out recommendations which were super helpful and even museum passes! Place was located in a quiet back road about a 20 min walk to old port.

Great spot near Portland! We were in town for a quick weekend and loved have an easy and convenient spot that was also pet friendly so our dog could join us! Would definitely stay again.

We were remodeling our home and needed a place to stay for over a month and this place did not disappoint. The home is welcoming and super clean and neat. There were plenty of amenities for cooking and it was well stocked with paper products and a few toiletries as well as plenty of linens. It is so close to many great businesses and walkable to an excellent Gluten free bakery. The host was extremely kind and responsive to our needs- my son (7) said this home felt just like our own home. His favorite part was the “fancy fridge” that we could play music on and see different pictures according to the weather haha. Definitely a great place.

Scott's place was perfect for our small family's ski trip! It was exactly as pictured, had everything we needed for our stay, and was so close to Sunday River (~10 minutes) and right down the road from restaurants in Bethel Village. We would love to stay again on our next ski trip!

Our stay was lovely we had all we needed in kitchen supplies and the place was clean and quiet, I will be recommending this place to friends and family !

My family and I stayed at Michael and Naomi's home in Falmouth and we had a blast! Their home is lovely and comfortably fit 4 adults and a toddler. We visited in August and had a couple of sticky days and were so happy that they had AC units throughout the home. This allowed our toddler to nap and us to relax in comfort. Their kitchen was well stocked with various coffees, creamers and all the cookware we needed to make our meals. The home was a short walk away from Mackworth Island and a quick 5m drive to Portland. It made getting around so easy! Michael and Naomi were very responsive and flexible with our arrangements and we would absolutely stay in the future! We loved it.

This home was so charming. Once we were inside, we felt right at home - everything was so wisely laid out, clean, and fit my family of 4 plus 2 furry animals perfectly. The decor is beautiful! The outside had a good size yard with a runner for my dogs which was so thoughtful. The house is only 12 minutes away from Sunday River and very easy to get to. Our host was wonderful, I really appreciate her flexibility and accommodation to my several requests!! We had a blast - thank you so much!!!!

This was our second stay here, and it was just as great as the first! Super clean, well-appointed, and equipped with everything we needed for our 16-month-old. Jennifer even had the high chair and pack ’n play set up when we arrived—a fantastic home base for exploring Portland!

The place was exactly as described. It was super cute and cozy. Everything was tidy and in working order. The instructions for getting into the home were easy and had no issues. We did drive by when first looking for the home, but that's because it was dark outside, so not an issue from the instructions. It is on a busier road, but we knew that as we are familiar with the area. If you get nervous backing into parking spots, this home may not be for you because you do have to hurry to get out of the road for oncoming traffic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the host was very responsive. The check-out list was also the shortest list I've encountered at any Airbnb I've stayed in, so that was a nice plus! It was an enjoyable vacation and would definitely rent again.

Wife and I had a great time at Fairley’s place. Condo was as advertised, clean with all the utensils you need. The resort has a clubhouse with all great amenities. Location is great! We would definitely like to rent again.

We enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean. The hosts were responsive and helpful. The train does go right behind the place at an intersection. The horn is very loud, which was hard for our toddler. Just something to consider if you’re traveling with infants/toddlers. Overall, would definitely recommend!

We loved our stay and couldn't have felt more at home. Condo has everything you need and the hosts were so kind. Plenty of space for our family of 4 but could easily fit 6. Location is ideal for families to explore all Bartlett has to offer. Highly recommend and can't wait to come back!

This was our second stay at Dave’s place and we were not disappointed! Very comfortable apartment with great amenities and Dave generously provided toiletries. The recent kitchen upgrade completes the well-thought out homey appeal. The dog-friendly beach is a short walk and there is a nice local bakery across the street. We will definitely be back!

Our 3rd time staying here....great location and reasonably priced. Love the view out back to the trees and a peek of some mountains. Also great snow cleanup - we were here for a big storm and the plows cleared the car park and the paths were shoveled quickly.

I stayed at Jared’s place with my parents and elementary aged son. The place was a great deal and we would definitely return. Kitchen had everything we needed and having two full baths was great. Beds were comfy and the living room had plenty of seating. My son LOVED the clubhouse, especially the pool. It’s super convenient to Attitash, a five minute drive to the parking lot.

We love staying in this resort and this condo was immaculate! The views are amazing and the Pool area is lots of fun.

We had a great day! The place was perfect for our small group, and very convenient to the mountains for skiing. The condo had all the little things needed. And it was very comfortable. I would definitely book again.
