House was cute. My girls loved the room upstairs with the swings. My 2 year old loved the play kitchen. Convenient location for downtown. We were there for the Fort Smith marathon, and it was perfect for where the start of the race was.

We had a wonderful stay...the villa is absolutely wonderful and cozy for my family and fur babies. We love the location and MaeLeigh is a fabulous host. We stay in a lot of Air BnBs and this one is by far, one of our favorites!

Spent a long weekend in Fort Smith for the nearby half marathon. This place was perfect. It was clean and spacious and looks just like the pictures. It was walkable to the race as well as many local restaurants, coffee shops the Farmers Market as well as the Fort Smith Historic Site and the Arkansas River. The host is super responsive and friendly as well.

It’s beautiful, peaceful, and picturesque. During my stay the WiFi was down. I do recommend being cautious when reaching the top step of the loft. My mother and I both hit our heads on the beam at the top of the stairs a few times. I am 5’9 and my mom is 6’2. Other than that I definitely recommend staying here.

This was the second time we stayed at this property in Fort Smith and it was lovely both times! The cottage is extra cute and charming, and Debi is really helpful and responsive. 3 bedrooms with 4 beds makes it big enough to bring all the kids.

We so enjoyed our stay. The house was so well furnished with everything we needed, especially the kitchen. There was a great selection of coffee and creamers (even though we don't use them) Ample towels and linens, extra blankets and throws. I appreciated the full length mirrors in the bedrooms and the supply of necessities in the hall closet (forgot my hair spray & found some there) If we are in Van Buren again, we would definitely stay there!

We arrived after driving all day, the porch light and interior lights were on, welcoming us to a very nice clean space. Cathy was very helpful and responsive with the few questions we had. It is a duplex side by side but please don’t let that fool you, it is a very quiet and peaceful unit! We could not hear our neighbors, but the bonus of that was were were able make good friends with our neighbors in the next door unit!! If I come back to Fort Smith next year, I will be staying at Cathy’s place again for sure!!
