Great place! Very comfortable and clean, kitchen had more amenities than any place I have stayed. Cindy was great to communicate with, she responded very quickly to any question I had. We will be booking in the future as we return back home to settle my parent's estate.

This was exactly as described in the description, fit all the needs for our weekend trip, would definitely stay again if the need arises.

This place was convenient to downtown Sebring, this place is exactly as the picture show. Everything was wonderfully prepared everything you need. Would definitely stay again.

Candy and I enjoyed an awesome Sebring vacation thanks in large part to our stay in Alice’s villa. The location is great … shopping, golf, and really good restaurants are near-by. The villa was neat and well laid out and that makes for an efficient and cozy atmosphere. We really enjoyed the screened in porch and lounging the around pool…. This was our second stay here and we are very much looking forward to our third !!!

Was a nice and quiet place after long hot days at the Sebring Racetrack.

We enjoyed are stay immensely. The home was clean, secured and felt like home. The host was very communicative and responsive. We truly enjoyed are stay and will definitely book again.

We chose to stay at this home with elderly clients. Fred was accommodating in that he allowed us to set up a temporary ramp for the guests. It is a very spacious, clean and peaceful home. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals throughout the week. There was a guest book with a lot of helpful information. Fred communicated well and checked up on is throughout the week. We would definitely stay here again!

This home was everything anyone could want or expect.The pictures are not deceiving it's that and more.I would recommend this home to anyone and the neighbors are awesome.

I have stayed in several places around Lake June. This is one of the nicest. The house was so comfortable and had extras for water activities on the lake. Extremely relaxing stay. Its down the street from a good local Mexican restaurant and Publix is about a 10 minute drive. Along US US 27 there are several places to eat. Absolutely quiet & comfortable.

We are repeat guests to this lovely home. Eric and Autumn are just the best hosts, always great communication. The home is always spotless and fresh. It's a great location (we are there for the Sebring 12 HR Race), love the area and the peaceful backyard is such an awesome relaxing place to kick back for some quiet calm after a long day at the track. This is our fourth year staying in this home, we will be back and highly recommend. THANK YOU Autumn & Eric!

Dustin’s place was the cutest! So clean, private, and safe. I was traveling with my two small boys and felt very safe here. We had everything we needed and had a great stay. Would absolutely stay here again!

10/10 stay! I booked last minute for a night to see the rodeo with my dog, my sister, and my 5 year old nephew. He was so excited about the decor details he didn’t even want to leave the room! In his words, “wow, this is cozy and cool!. The welcome basket was a beautiful touch it even had a bone for my dog! It was so clean and the details were very appreciated. It was a quick walk to the rodeo and park and a great sleep in the comfortable bed. Thank you for providing us a beautiful getaway!

This was our first time to Westgate River Ranch so we didn't know what to expect. I am glad we found this listing instead of booking through the Resort directly - as it allowed us to go directly to the Suite instead of checking in at the Main Lodge. And it was better equipped for less money. The owners were very friendly and responsive, and everything we needed was right there. The separate bunk bed room for kids was a huge plus! Also, we thought the apartment actually felt nicer and cozier than we expected based on the pictures. If we ever go back to WRR, we'll be staying here again!

Trevor was an awesome host! I reached out to him with some questions and he responded immediately. He also gave clear instructions on what was to be done and expected. His place was very clean and tidy. We loved the view from the balcony. There were some very nice sunsets. It is practically right in downtown and very walkable. I definitely recommend staying at this location if you’re going to be traveling to Sebring or the surrounding areas.
