Everything about Bret’s place and our stay was perfect. The location was great super quiet and easy to walk everywhere. The unit itself was very well appointed had everything we needed and was very clean and stylishly updated and furnished. The outdoor spaces were lovely with the upper and lower deck and patio areas available. Sadly, it was a little too chilly to enjoy the outdoor patios. All of Bret’s communications were proactive clear and complete. Check in check out was super easy. We really appreciated the offstreet parking. I highly recommend Bret place and would happily stay here again!

I had an amazing stay! The place was clean, well-organized, and had everything we needed. The location is great, just a short walk to lots of restaurants and coffee places, making it easy to explore. All the pictures are accurate. Highly recommend!

Location, location, location! What a wonderful place to stay! A block from the best beach in Massachusetts. Plenty of space to feel right at work. Supermarkets and restaurants are nearby and the host is amazing! You can’t go wrong renting at 18 Buttonwood! Thank you again!

I've been going to Ptown 2-3 X a year for over 30 years to visit with friends who live there year round. The original hotels where I used to stay are now condos. With the arrival of AirBnB, Booking and so on, prices are not what they were, but on the flip side, the range of accommodations and amenities is much better nowadays. With that preamble out of the way, I have to say that Jason's apartment is beautiful, modern, well equipped and furnished. Because the ferry is not available in winter, I drove and needed a place to park. In addition, due to the cold weather I was glad to have the luxury of a gas fireplace. There is a park behind the property and it is on a quiet street. There is a Gulf gas station a few minutes walk away that sells basic necessities. Also, I was able to walk into town very easily. The showers get plenty of hot water. I cooked breakfast (cheese omelette) and one dinner (soup) and found the kitchen had everything I needed. Excellent experience.

Our stay was magical, cozy, and peaceful—we only wish we had more time! The house is a piece of history that was once in a lifetime for our family to stay in. Our family enjoyed the charm of the home and sitting in the sunroom overlooking the pond together since the weather was rainy. The house is stylish and extremely comfortable, even with the quirks that come with the age, like the low ceilings and slant. We were thankful that Stephenie provided many personal recommendations for the area. Based on the host's recommendation, we booked the private "Sea Salted Chef" to prepare appetizers and dinner in the kitchen while we began happy hour. The chef had all that she needed there. The meal was incredible; sitting at the round table in the beautiful kitchen having dinner was so special. We highly recommend doing this to fully relax and enjoy the home's and the pond's charm even more. The surrounding area is quaint and beautiful. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Perfect & easy.

The Swiss House is an ideal retreat for families seeking a harmonious blend of comfort and connection. The expansive open-concept living area downstairs fostered a sense of togetherness, while the well-appointed kitchen made preparing family meals a breeze. Nestled away from the hustle, yet conveniently close to amenities, the house offers a perfect balance of privacy and accessibility. A quick drive to Mayflower Beach added to the allure, making our stay nothing short of delightful.

Stayed here with a few of my friends for a wedding and the place was perfect! Really close to the Barker House wedding venue, walkable to downtown Scituate. Beds were very comfy and the place was very clean. Overall, a great stay!

We had an incredible stay! Very accommodating and welcoming space. Right in the thick of downtown and close to pretty much everything in Provincetown, very central. Just keep in mind the bedroom is in a loft, so you have to be able to climb steep stairs to get to the bed. Also if you’re taller than 5 foot expect to hit your head on the beams a few times. Solid deal for a great place!

Our stay at this lovely Scituate Coastal Retreat was fabulous. The house was immaculately clean and the decor was perfection. The common areas were cozy, but spacious and the kitchen was well stocked with any tools/utensils we needed. Beds were comfortable and our party of 4 adults had plenty of room. The hosts left great suggestions for local dining and the house was only a 2 min drive (15min walk) to downtown Front St restaurants and shopping. Host Andrew was very responsive and wonderfully accommodating, allowing for a later check-out when requested. We were staying in the Winter, so perhsps check out time may not be as flexible in the warmer months. Check-in & check-out was a breeze! We hope to rent this property again.
