Pietro was an incredible host. We started asking questions months before our trip and he was always friendly and helpful with great recommendations and tips for things to do and places to eat. He gave us easy to follow directions to the loft and made arrangements for a taxi when it was time to leave. His suggestions for how to enjoy Carnevale were perfect. The loft apartment was spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The vaporetto stop was convenient and it was easy to walk to major tourist sites. We certainly felt we had a friend in Venice! We highly recommend this property.

Nous étions 6 personnes, un couple et 4 amies pour un séjour de 6 nuits. Cet appartement a répondu à toutes nos attentes. Il est à 5 minutes à pied de la gare et de la Piazza Le Roma et déjà en plein quartier vénitien au bord d'un petit canal. L'appartement est très spacieux, très calme et tout à fait conforme aux photos. Il est situé au 3ème étage avec ascenseur. Dans l'appartement, un grand couloir dessert les pièces, alors nous avions à la fois nos espaces privés et des espaces communs comme le salon/salle à manger et la grande cuisine. Les deux salles de bains et WC sont très pratiques. L'appartement est très lumineux, décoré avec de beaux meubles anciens. Le canapé - lit est très large et très confortable, de ce fait , y dormir à 2 n'a pas été un soucis. Le Wifi fonctionne bien. Dans le quartier il y a un supermarché et des restaurants. L'accueil a été ponctuel .

Wonderful apartment. Not cheap, but worth the splurge. The convenience of an elevator cannot be underestimated. Sunsets along the Giudecca are spectacular. Thank you to Giorgio!

Il nostro soggiorno di 2 notti è stato davvero piacevole, Twenty è un appartamento nuovo e moderno che offre tutte le comodità. Gli Host sono stati veramente gentili e disponibili. La posizione dall'appartamento è eccellente dato che si trova in una zona tranquilla e vicino a locali e ristoranti tipici veronesi; ed è anche a pochi minuti dal centro, raggiungibile a piedi.

Antonio and Roberta are amazing hosts! We received detailed instructions for check in and were also greeted in person by Roberta. She made us feel welcome and gave us tips on what to do locally. I highly recommend staying at this property! It is clean and in close proximity to transportation and groceries. Lastly, you can easily make it to the islands in about 15-20 minutes between walking and taking the bus. Kids will love this property also there is a trampoline and toys.

Il soggiorno presso la Casa del Castagneto di Sandro è stato piacevole e rilassante! La casa rispecchia perfettamente la descrizione e le foto presenti nell’annuncio, confortevole, calda e dotata di tutti confort necessari per riposarsi un po’. Ci è piaciuta molto. Il giardino è ben recintato (ottimo lavoro del proprietario) la nostra cagnolona anche se ha tentato più volte la fuga per via degli animali selvatici non ci è riuscita! Sandro il proprietario, è una persona squisita, molto disponibile e attento al benessere del cliente. Ci è venuto a prendere in paese e accompagnati fino alla casa, ha spiegato tutto in modo preciso (stufe, internet perché il segnale telefonico nella zona è assente, ecc..) e ci ha dato indicazioni su passeggiate e svaghi nei dintorni. È stato molto gentile e simpatico. Qualora ci fosse la possibilità torneremo sicuramente, magari nel periodo estivo per il bel week end tra amici! Grazie mille!

Skvěle dostupné. Ubytování přímo nad kanálem, dokonalá atmosféra jak si užít Benátky. Misto je klidné, ale přejdete o ulici dál a jste v centru dění. Byly to úžasné čtyři dny. Děkujeme.

Ein schönes und großzügiges Appartement! Schöner Pool! Ruhig gelegen, gleich daneben befindet sich ein Pferdehof, was natürlich den Kindern sehr gefallen hat. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Silvia und ihr Mann haben uns sehr freundlich bei sich aufgenommen. Leider waren wir nur zwei Nächte da, aufgrund der Lage sind Ausflüge nach Treviso, Bassano oder Marostica ohne Probleme in kurzer Zeit möglich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The apartment was exactly as described: spacious, with a view of Rialto Bridge and conveniently located. Orsola was extremely helpful in getting transport for us from the airport and to the train station. She was also always quick to answer questions. It was a wonderful experience staying at this apartment.
