Very supportive and cooperative host. Good location, only wish that the place was calmer (the construction sound near by was quite loud). Otherwise, the location was very convenient and located very close to the hitech city area. The view from the place is quite beautiful (because of the nearby lake). Maid service was good. I wish there were more dishes in the home. The WiFi worked quite well downstairs but the signal didn’t reach upstairs. Overall a nice experience. Would stay at one of Mr Avinash’s properties again in the future.

Had a great stay. The house is very clean, nicely furnished and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with standard and fully functioning appliances. The beds are cozy and comfortable. The air conditioning was also working very well. Bathrooms are big and were thoroughly cleaned. The place is in a very quiet neighbourhood with a very well maintained garden. Mr Mirza is very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Would highly recommend this property - 10/10.

Neat and cozy 2 BHK in a reasonable neighborhood. Good for budget solo/couple travellers in the area. Apartment was fully furnished, and the price was fine too. Harsha was very prompt in communication as well.

I had a great stay at this apartment! The location is fantastic—it's in a nice, safe locality and just a short walk to the nearest metro station, which made getting around the city super easy. The flat itself was very clean and well-maintained, exactly as shown in the photos. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay, always quick to answer any questions I had. The only minor issue was the jet spray in the bathroom—the water pressure was a bit low. It wasn’t a big deal, but fixing that would make the place even better. Value for money stay at a homely place , had a 4 night stay with family including kids . Have to commend on the friendly nature of the host , very helpful to arrange the required commute and knowledgeable on tourist places and prompt responses and going out of the way to help us out. Anyone looking for a good value for money stay with relatively easy access to popular tourist destinations and have a good homely experience and a helpful host , consider this stay. Had a good fulfilling experience with no issues felt whatsoever. Thanks for the experience.
