We easily found Anatoly’s place and walked into a wonderfully clean and comfortable space! The bed was comfortable, the sofa was comfortable, the heat was easy to control, and the building was very quiet. The shower was great with plenty of hot water and lovely towels. The decor is restful. We had everything we needed for our stay. Anatoly was very quick to respond with several questions we had. We hope to stay here again!

Cozy place to stay, love the recommendation booklet. Walking distance to many places. Definitely would stay again when I return to visit family.

Great stay. Telma had an excellent place and communicated well. Right next to a coffee shop, food place and downtown. Would highly recommend.

The Whistle House is our favorite place to stay in Sedalia. It’s really perfect in every way. Christene is a fantastic host and walking into the Whistle House is like walking into our home away from home.

We were staying for the weekend to visit our son at UCM and the location was excellent--a residential neighborhood super close to UCM. The place was quite comfortable, especially the beds. The bathroom was small with a rather tight shower, but it was all very clean and updated. I would stay here again.

The location was nice! We were able to walk to stores and restaurants. The apartment was clean, comfy & cozy, and felt like home. We loved the booklet they had, it gave you what delivered to the apartment, restaurants in the area, & things to do in the area, most places do not have this & we absolutely loved it! Great idea!! They even had coffee, creamer, & sugar for you to enjoy! If we are ever back in the area we would 100% stay there! We loved it! Thank you!

Plenty of space and well laid out. The water pressure from the bathroom sink was very weak but that's about the only complaint. Great location with plenty to do near by and still in a quiet location.

Great place to rest your head. We were in town for a youth tournament at the Mathewson Exhibition Center and found this place. Very reasonable pricing and close to our destination. Be aware you are in the apartment attached to the home. We were 100 and knew what we were getting into. Maybe not a place for the honeymoon but perfect spot for passing through.

We stay for one of the event to attend. It was very near to event place and the house maintained very neatly and all furnitue and kitchen very well maintained. Irena also provided details very well and timely manner. Over all we had good stay in this house.

The hosts were extremely helpful and nearly instant responses when i would message them. I arrived to town early and they approved an early check in. The unit was immaculately clean and the building itself looks to be brand new. Definitely better than any hotel within a 50 mile radius.

Hannah’s Place was a perfect little gem tucked away in a Matured Neighborhood. Place was as described & we felt very safe & at home. Will definitely book again if the opportunity presents itself! You will not be disappointed in this wee gem!
