We had a great long weekend away for a family Birthday. The place was very comfortable for a large group and located close to the beach and the newly built shopping centre. The pizza oven was great addition that everybody enjoyed. The house was quite hot, but there were some fans provided that we could use

Maria made us feel right at home. The place is incredible, and the furniture is equally impressive. We mostly followed the recommendations they gave us. The house is situated in a very safe area, just a 5-minute walk from a restaurant and a coffee shop. The beach is just a 10-minute walk away. It’s the perfect place to stay with a baby. We used the barbecue and beach chairs. Knysna is an ideal break on the Garden Route. We would have stayed longer if we could have!

A really beautiful and safe place to be. Everything is close by and so much to do and see in the area. The hosts are beyond generous and the unit has Everything you need and more. The home is luxurious and comfortable all at once with the most beautiful view. Leaving was very hard to do because you simply want to stay forever.

A beyond five star stay! The stay was the most comfortable I have ever had with my elderly mom who has special needs for her mobility. Owen and his support are incredible and helpful. We literally never needed for a single thing. It is comfortable, clean, well located, all the possible utilities you might need. If you are going to Knysna, you have found your dream accommodation right here!

Rustic bliss! This is our second stay. Picturesque beauty surrounds. The home is simple old school and well appointed. It is a quiet and lovely area great walks to be found near by. Good quality beds and linen. Hope to stay again!

Ein wahres Juwel – viel mehr als nur eine Unterkunft! Wir haben dieses Haus sehr spontan auf unserer Durchreise gebucht und hatten eigentlich keine großen Erwartungen – wir brauchten nur eine Unterkunft für eine Nacht. Doch was wir hier vorgefunden haben, hat uns komplett begeistert! Dieses Haus ist mit so viel Liebe gestaltet, dass man sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen fühlt. Es ist nicht nur das sauberste, ordentlichste und schönste Haus, das wir auf unserer gesamten Reise gebucht haben, sondern auch noch das günstigste – ein echtes Highlight! Jedes Detail ist durchdacht: Zwei wunderschöne Bäder mit einer freistehenden Badewanne und einer großen Dusche, ein traumhafter Blick bis aufs Wasser und ein liebevoll angelegter Garten, der zum Verweilen einlädt. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der Außenbereich mit Schaukeln und sogar einer Seilbahn – unser Kleinster wollte gar nicht mehr weg! Diese Unterkunft ist ein echtes Juwel. Home away from home. A well equipped, large but cosy, family home with breathtaking views, perfect for our peaceful family getaway. 10/10

The venue is beautiful designed so much space with different areas yet not huge. Host was always helpful and responded quickly. We loved the house it was a home

This is the place to stay in Wilderness. Right in the center of town. Minutes to the beach and lagoon. Even less to all the restaurants. Very helpful directions which included a photo of the accommodation so it was easy to locate. Then through the security gate and a parking space right outside front door. A nice big kitchen fully equipped which led into the lounge area with 2 settees and the TV. 2 bedrooms which were big enough with plenty of wardrobe space. A fantastic location in a really lovely town. Big shout out to Kady from the letting company who helped make our stay so perfect. If you choose to stay in this accommodation you wont go far wrong.

Wonderful farm setting. Ample of space for groups. Modern space on equestrian smallholding. Before setting off, just confirm exact location due to maps not quite accurate. Approach from airport side. Other than that- perfect!

Beautiful beautiful spot, really well thought out and all nice touches. The view of the valley and sneak peak of the lagoon are awesome.

Home away from home, what a Gem of a place. This is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit. You hear the ocean, you see the ocean. The unit is set out perfectly not to many things, movable. Felt like home. This is a great place for a holiday.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich wunderschön. Man schaut direkt aufs Meer und kann den großen Balkon zur Wohnung hin fast komplett öffnen. Hübsch eingerichtet. Nur wenige Meter zu Fuß zum Strand oder in die andere Richtung in die Stadt. Auch die Kommunikation lief super nett und unkompliziert. Unbedingt zu empfehlen!

Truly nestled beneath a mountain range. The garden and pool were a welcome cool spot after a day in the sun. The accommodation is lovely, with a well equipped kitchen. Very quiet at night. Easy walking distance to a few restaurants. Wilderness and Knysna are a short beautiful drive away. Herolds Bay is also a beautiful spot which looked popular with body boarders. We spent a lovely morning at the George Botanic Gardens which are walking distance from Zelda's. We loved our stay with Zelda and would recommend it.

What a place and what a couple! Marinda and Mario were extremely helpful, kind and friendly to us. The stay is private, secluded and very peaceful - waking up to the birds every morning was a treat! The cottage was in pristine condition and the attention to detail blew us away. We can’t fault a single thing. We also loved the ‘boma’ area with all facilities available to have a relaxing braai and we were provided with a ‘boma basket’ which was a very nice and thoughtful touch. They and their son were incredibly insightful about the area, gave us great recommendations and were always available if we needed anything. They also have a kayak that is available to rent and can guide you on where to go. We will be back 100% and can recommend this amazing place and couple to anyone. Well done to you both!

Mooi, ruim en gezellig huisje. Met een echte keuken waar je goed kan koken en een heel lekker bed. Daarbovenop is het water uit de kraan heerlijk en is de omgeving mooi en privé. Ook heel leuk voor mensen zonder honden en een hele fijne plek om tot rust te komen! Het voelt erg huiselijk aan en ik zou het iedereen aanraden.

What an amazing place! We just wish we had somewhere similar in the UK. The cabin was perfect for our family of four - beautifully designed with everything we could need for our short stay. The Farm, where the cabin is located is such a special place. Loads for the children to do - playground, bunnies, bikes etc - and a wonderful cafe that serves delicious food. Leo and Sheila were delightful and couldn’t have been more helpful. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Cosy little spot with a beautiful view. It had everything we needed and the firepit was very nice. Everything was pristine and clean.

HIDDEN GEM!! Immaculately maintained place. It's so quiet and private, in a beautiful garden. I enjoyed the chic living experience in this "tiny house". Lots of outdoor space too.

Sooo much better than pictured! This house is a dream! The views are amazing, especially from the hottub :-) We could see the improvements that were made, eg the bathroom. Only thing I would add is curtains, as I’m a light sleeper. But hey, now you wake up to a beautiful sunrise, so it’s not that bad ;) We’d loved to stay here longer!

One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at! Amazing attention to detail, from fire lighters to little chocolates on the bed. Views to die for, peace and quiet for days! Already planning my next stay, 100% recommended.

Davide was incredibly communicative throughout our stay. He arranged for Warren (super friendly) to meet us at the gate and guide us up to the house. From the second we stepped inside, we felt the bliss. The place is magical and meticulously maintained. Everything we could ever need was there; it was clear the thought that had gone into the place. Chopped firewood for the BBQ, lovely bars of soap for the shower, spices in the cupboard, and coffee on the counter. Waking up in the main room with a view over the ocean and mountains was special. Morning tea in the sunlight on the wooden deck was a treat. We loved the BBQ spot down the hill at Ballots Bay...treasured memories were created there for my son and I. We will definitely be back to bask in this tranquility. Thanks!
