Great for our family spring break trip! 4 adults and 7 kids fit comfortably. Plenty for kids to do and loving are was comfortable for adults to hangout in. Deb was very accommodating for our last minute reservation as well. We hop to be back when the weather is warmer so we can enjoy the pool! Also this is the cleanest Airbnb any of us have stayed in. Thank you!

This is our third stay at Poplar place. She has updated one of the living rooms this year, turning it into a game room, which we all enjoyed! We hope to stay here again when we’re in town.

The house was clean and decorated very nicely! It was a very nice house! I loved all the trees in the area and the street was a very quiet neighborhood! I can’t remember if I just didn’t notice in the pictures and or the description areas because sometimes I don’t read all that thoroughly but there were a lot of stairs in the house. Which made it a tiny bit harder because we had my dad and he does not get around as well, but we managed and it was worth it because the house had everything we wanted. A pool, a grill, and a pool table!! We had a great time with this stay and will book again for the next trip we take here!

We had an amazing stay. super comfortable beds and the living room tv is pretty epic. My whole family loved the piano and cute chalk boards. the back yard is a peaceful oasis 😌

This property was exactly what I had been looking for we needed four bedrooms. All four bedrooms were lovely with king beds. The location was exactly where I requested. The neighborhood was quaint and quiet quiet with lots of beautiful holiday decorations! I will absolutely consider staying at this home again!

Such a great location! We were in town for a work event, and this provided a relaxing retreat after a long workday. If you choose to stay here let me assure you that your hosts are some of the most responsive, I have had the pleasure of interacting with. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful; plenty of sidewalks to walk the dogs and feel safe while doing so. Highly recommend!!

Communication was seamless! The host was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish, he provided additional requests even though he does not have to. We truly appreciate him as a great host, Run into very minor issue and he came almost instantly👍 Location is near downtown, quiet neighborhood. I needed some help with the thermostat as well as getting something sent to me in the mail we accidentally left at the home. She went above and beyond for explain things to me and help me get settled it and went above and beyond again to help mail those items to me. Loved the home and amenities!

Ava was a top-notch host— quick to respond to questions, helpful, and friendly. The home was just as it was described, and everything in the home was organized and clean; it was very well-furnished. It definitely had that College Hill charm that we love. We give this home our highest recommendation; it’s comfortable and inviting, and it’s well located, with walkability to a lot of shops and restaurants.

We were in town for the NCAA Men’s basketball tournament and were looking for an affordable and convenient to Inbank Arena. This place fit both criteria. Comfortable, easy to get into, and out, a short walk to the arena, clean and comfortable.

We traveled to see our family that lives in the same neighborhood. We felt at home, safe, and comfortable. Our 3 dogs loved the fenced in backyard. It felt super safe and the internet was fast. The hottest hot water and loved the beds. Amelia was quick to respond and had great recommendations. Planning our second stay soon.

We had a fantastic stay at Lexington's place for a family Christmas gathering! The home is immaculate and the hosts did everything to make us truly feel comfortable and at home. The Christmas decorations and Christmas tree were incredible...they were even kind enough to put an early package we had delivered by the tree in the living room. We would absolutely stay here again!

The house was perfect for our party of 8! It was very clean and spacious and we had everything we needed.

We absolutely loved our stay. The hosts were amazing and they really thought of everything. There was even a pack n play and crib sheets for the baby we had with us. This host really thought of everything. This was the perfect place for our bowling team family weekend getaway. Thanks for everything! We will definitely try to book again on our next trip to Wichita!

This place was perfect for our family! The provided cinnamon rolls were Delicious and a great touch. They even offered bikes for the kids! Kept us all close but we had our own spaces if we wanted privacy. The outdoor space was phenomenal! Fire pit, grill, and all kinds of outdoor games provided. They also had several games inside for plenty of family time, even Pass the Pigs, which I hadn't played in a very long time! They even brought over another tank of gas for the grill so we wouldn't run out if we decided to use it. If you like coffee they provided several choices and even had beans so you could grind your own if you preferred. This hidden gem is perfect for a family getaway or even a private romantic hideaway for you and your significant other! We are planning to visit again and maybe even have a birthday event here. THANK YOU Don & Betsy for everything! Amanda's place is PERFECT and you are doing a great job in her honor! We look forward to seeing you again soon!

Tanner’s place was great for our family of 6. The kids loved the little park at the end of the street and there was plenty of space to spread out inside and play games. Tanner maintained communication throughout our stay and checked to make sure everything was going well. Recommend!

It is a beautiful home that accommodated the group of people we had, especially with such short notice! Beautiful decorations throughout the home!

I found the house to be very comfortable felt right at home. Very clean, located by gas station and grocery store. Jonathon's directions were clear and descriptive.

This was just what we needed to let kids have space to run around and also have their own rooms to sleep. We appreciated Travis’ helpfulness. The kitchen and bathrooms are nicely updated.
