The home was very well-equipped and beyond ordinary expectations. Home was very bright, private and in a very nice quiet neighborhood, Back yard had nice shade so we could enjoy the deck, grill and hot tub even in hot weather. Would stay again and would highly recommend to others.

We had a fantastic stay!! All involved hosts were VERY responsive, easy to communicate with, and understanding. Check in and check out was super easy. the place was spotless and loved how they were pet friendly. The yard was fully fenced in which was perfect for our dogs. Comfortable beds and good water pressure! Close to town/restaurants but private neighborhood. Highly recommend to anybody thinking about staying in Flagstaff!

The layout of Holland House was perfect for our family. 2 Master suites provided privacy for grandparents and parents while a children's wing provided space for 3 teens. The common space was large enough to accommodate everyone for dinner and games. Really enjoyed having this space after traveling the great state of AZ for a week in a van! Host was very responsive to our needs - especially when we had a dead battery and even the across the street neighbor pitched in to get kids and grandkids on their way to the Snowbowl!

Tiffany was very responsive and a great communicator. We really appreciated her recommendations. The beds were so comfortable at the end of a day enjoying the beautiful hikes and local restaurants. Three of us worked easily from home one day with extra room at the kitchen table and outdoor table.

It always takes me a moment to get used to a place, make it home. And after we settled in and spread out it was home. I was there with my daughter for a mom/daughter road trip. We were there for the hiking and not the touristy part of Sedona. Getting up early is so beautiful here and listening to the birds chirp as we drank our coffee. The shuttle locations were close so we could catch the first shuttle out. The place is perfectly located and on your way in and out you can hit Safeway or Whole Foods. The neighborhood is so peaceful that you don’t remember you are in a touristy place. So thankful to be staying here over a hotel with crazy people. After a 7 to 10 mile hike we came home to the jacuzzi which my 61 year old knees appreciated. The place is very clean….my white socks were spotless on that tile!! The decorations were fascinating and I made friends with many animals and icons. Careful driving home at night as you may come to see Boar crossing the road. So cute. Loved it.

Very nice place, worked great for our group. Enjoyed the backyard, I didn’t notice the hammock in the pictures, so that was a nice surprise. Very enjoyable backyard. The fire place was a little smaller than I expected and you had to be really close to it to feel the heat, but other than that, it was great!

Our stay was amazing! All amenities mentioned in the listing were accurately described, and we really appreciated the notes left throughout the home for how to use the steam shower, light switch color coding, even outdoor blankets to relax on the deck with! The hot tub and steam shower were perfect after our long hikes, and the evenings were so serene under the stars and in seclusion. I accidentally locked us out of the house when we went to use the hot tub late at night, but John was so responsive and helpful to get us back inside in no time! Very clean home but also felt cozy and welcoming. Definitely recommend and we’d love to come back again!

Absolutely loved my stay and would have liked to have stayed longer. Place was spacious, nicely decorated, bathrooms were stocked with great smelling products and very clean. Thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and the large soaking tub. Beds were tempurpedic-ish, so if you prefer a spring mattress keep that in mind. I prefer springs but still slept like a rock. Centrally located but felt private due to the gated front patio. The complimentary laundry room was much appreciated for our long road trip. I will definitely look for her properties for future stays in Sedona.

We completely enjoyed the space. This is an incredible home! It was perfect for all of our needs. It was close enough to town to feel connected, yet far enough away to feel like we were in nature. It was perfect for our large group. The yoga room was great for morning yoga with the group as well. Fits 17 max. John and Leah were responsive, kind, and very helpful with every request. It was amazing coming home to the hot tub and swimming pool in the evenings, after a long day. Everything was as described in the listing and John and Leah were great hosts.

The home was beautiful and perfect for our 14 person family gathering. The most warmly decorated for Christmas and super cozy. The kids ranging from 5 to 15 oh enjoyed the game room and the variety of games as well as hiking around in the pines and playing volleyball on the sand court. Claudia and her husband were wonderful hosts and answered all our questions almost immediately. We stayed three nights, but everyone wanted to stay longer.

This house checked all the boxes. Everything was well thought out for the amenities. The home was extremely clean and beautiful. It made the stay very convenient because it had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful girls trip in Sedona at this beautiful property. Great property and great host. Highly recommend!

This place is even more lovely in person! The house spaciously accommodated our 8 family members really well and everyone felt like they could spread out and relax. We used the kitchen quite a bit for meals and Vic had about everything you could want for a kitchen including amenities and the grill outside was also nice. The larger living room was a great place at night for us to all spread out and have family movie nights. the backyard was well received by our teens and they loved the pool and hot tub. There are many places to sit and relax, read a book/enjoy your company. If you forgot a book, don't worry as he has a couple big book shelves! I was able to catch the amazing sunrise right through the dining room window while sitting there sipping my coffee! The neighborhood was nice and quiet and was safe that I felt comfortable allowing my teen daughter to go on her own and run each morning. The beds were super comfortable and sleep was great in them! I would choose to stay again!

I had a very peaceful time at Amy’s. She is a great host and made me feel at home since the moment I entered her place. My room was very clean with a beautiful view of the golf course. The bathroom was nicely decorated and the kitchen was pristine and literally spotless. Amy’s house is located near a lot of popular trails and there are a lot of good restaurants close by. Going to Sedona uptown and noticing the traffic and crowd I was very happy that I stayed far away from all that in a quiet area. The drive from her place to uptown Sedona was very gorgeous and I was happy to see all of that beauty every time that I drove on that road. Going back to her place after all my daytime explorations, I felt as if I was going back home to my family, and most of the nights I had a nice conversation with Amy and Rick her Fiancé which was a great way to end my day. Thank you Amy for being such as pleasant part of my trip to Sedona :-)

We had a great stay in Sedona! The cabin was perfect for 3 women, with all the amenities we needed. It was cozy even when the temperature was much lower than we expected. The hot tub worked great (something that's been an issue for me with other airbnbs) and Suzi was always communicative in case we needed her. The neighborhood was walkable to shops and restaurants and also to the Stupa and other good hiking trails! The view from the airbnb was gorgeous! Thank you for the great stay!

Great nights sleep in a very comfy bed. Very quiet. We were greeted by a small group of elk at the corner! Nice spot!

We enjoyed our stay at this Cabin in Munds park. It was an easy drive to Sedona, Flagstaff, Montezuma’s Castle, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and the setting is beautiful. The cabin perfectly accommodated our family. The kids loved having their own room downstairs. The pellet fireplace along with the hot tub, made the cold nights something to look forward to. Overall we had an enjoyable time and created some fun memories.

Very beautiful we loved everything about it. Looked just like the photos. Sarah was very easy to communicate with and responded right away. We booked this place again for July and will be booking from now on. My kids loved it we felt right at home.

This was a beautiful cabin! A perfect getaway. The cabin was in a perfect location to explore the beautiful state of Arizona.

We really enjoyed the Toho Treehouse. Totally recommend this place as a calm, peaceful alternative to Sedona. Perfect for a retreat. The house was comfortable and spacious. Quiet street. We didn’t spend much time on the deck but I can imagine in warmer weather it would be wonderful (fire pit, dining table, lots of seating). There’s a nice hiking trail just down the street, and lots of towering pine trees. And very cute squirrels with interesting ears!

Our family was looking for someplace to stay where we could explore Sedona and also Flagstaff and beyond, and Jamie’s place was a great midpoint. Her home is comfy and has great extras that my family loved such as the pool table, hot tub and a short drive to Odell Lake. We were gone most days and it was so nice to return to a cozy home where we could relax and unwind before getting an awesome nights sleep. We’d definitely return and would recommend Jamie’s place to anyone looking for a place that’s a little out of the tourist destination areas but still very close and accessible. The cabin was absolutely perfect for our weekend stay! Loved that there were 3 levels so that each family had their own private space. The kids had plenty of space to build puzzles, play twister, and dance it out. The views on the back deck were beautiful and grilling out there was terrific. It was easy to get to downtown Flagstaff and Sedona from this location. We had no issues with check-in and check-out instructions were simple and clear. Would definitely book again!
