This was a very comfortable place for our group of 5 to stay--nice sitting areas inside and out, a good dining area and well equipped kitchen. I'd recommend it.

Wife and I brought the family - toddler, infant and dog. The house had everything we needed and was in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood with wonderful people/neighbors. Would definitely stay again.

The Hot tub was lovely, the location is great. It was a pleasure staying in Marcia's lovely home. There were some issues with the property management company that Marcia took care of promptly.

Great space for multiple people with 4 bedrooms and 2 lounge areas. Ideally there would be a bathroom upstairs, but we made the 2 downstairs work. Everything was clean and kitchen well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Location is beautiful. Just ensure you know the area of Sedona you will visit to ensure this location is best for you. Very easy to get to West Sedona and Upper Sedona. We had to go to Oak Creek every day which was farther than ideal (~30 minutes). Overall, this was a great place for us.

Julie's place was hands down one of our favorite Air BnB's ever! The moment we opened the door we felt at home. The place was VERY clean, and super comfy. Julie thought of everything when it comes to thoughtfulness of making guests feel welcome. AND she is the nicest person, so helpful and a great sense of warmth in her communications. We don't return to the same place twice, but because of Julie and her home Sedona is a must return. Thanks for everything Julie!

I don't think I could have found a better place close to Sedona that was affordable. It had everything I needed to make whatever kind of meal I wanted. It had a full-size bathroom with a great shower. The bed was very comfortable. The deck was a very nice place to sit and relax after hiking. Also, there is a duck pond right up the road. Tamara was very quick to respond when I had trouble with the lockbox one time, and she let me know where a key was hidden in case it happened again. I plan to visit the Sedona area again and this will be the first place I check for availability.

It is hard to imagine how our stay could have been better. There are fantastic views right out the front door, a well landscaped yard with wonderful art and sculpture, restaurants and shopping within a short walk, and the interior of the home has a great vibe. We really relaxed and enjoyed our stay.

My family of 4 enjoyed a weekend stay in Tommy's beautiful home. It was everything we expected it to be. Should we choose to visit Sedona again in the future, we will certainly plan to make arrangements with Tommy again.

Maggie's sweet airstream, Flo, is like nowhere I've stayed. It is cozy and homey and peaceful and unique. Maggie has made it easy to be there with cooking and bath essentials, all sorts of great lighting, great heating and cooling options, and an easy charging station for your phone and other electronics. Maggie left fresh eggs from her chickens in the fridge! It is still like camping in a comfy little hobbit home. There is a lot of creative garden space and sitting areas outside but I couldn't take advantage of these because of the unexpected rain and snow, but the location is beautiful in all weather. Flo is in a pretty remote location and the road in has some washboard sections and a couple rocky patches so you will want a rugged car to get to and from the site. I thoroughly enjoyed the solitude and adventure of being somewhere new and so different from my small city on the east coast.

The place was amazing! loved all the complete amenities, from utensils, essentials and everything. we also visited Sedona which is near. Enjoyed the heated pool even if the weather was cold. Couldn't ask for a better host. Responsive and always easy to talk to. Worth the price! will book again next time.

This home is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood, the house is a very interesting architecture design. It is better suited to sleeping 4 people than the stated 6 but we did sleep 6 people here. The master bed is broken and really squeaky, and the really nice hot tub lighting doesn’t work which is disappointing. The other disappointment is the pool isn’t heated. We knew this from the reviews before we went, we didn’t figure it would be that big of deal but when we arrived and actually got to the pool and seen how big and beautiful it was it was quite disappointing not to enjoy it. But it was 53 degrees at our first of March spring break stay. We would definitely stay here again if the pool was warmer and or we could come later in the year. The other bummer is the hot tub times out overnight so if you want a nice warm sit first thing in the morning sorry, it’s cold and takes a loooonnnngggg time to reheat.

This home falls in one of our favorite Airbnbs we’ve stayed over the years. The views from the living room are breathtaking! The home is super clean, very well stocked and very spacious. We loved that though it’s in a private community and surrounded by homes, it’s nestled in a good spot that provides privacy. The place has lots of games, toys and other entertainment for kids which was great! A baby high chair, pack and play made things easy for us with our toddler, very thoughtful and accommodative by providing those amenities. Location is very convenient and has many restaurants, stores etc. close by. We loved our stay and would definitely come back here when we are out in Sedona next time. If I had one suggestion for the owners, I’d say add a small nespresso machine to make some espresso without having to take a drive out to the nearest coffee shop. enjoying a nice espresso early morning with that sunrise view from the living room, that would be perfect!

We had a great stay at the house for a quick family trip. Everything was clean and well kept and our group of 7 was very comfortable. The kitchen was really well equipped which made it easy to do some cooking during our stay. We appreciated that so much was provided - laundry soap, bath toiletries, extra pillows, blankets, etc. The location was great as well. We enjoyed the nearby hikes and quick access to the rest of Sedona. Thanks for providing a great home for us! We’d recommend and/or come back for another visit.

Athena’s Place made our trip extraordinary! We loved cruising along the scenic route between Sedona and the village daily—what a treat. The view of the red rocks from her home is exactly what we wanted: peaceful, stunning, and memorable. Whenever we returned, it felt like an oasis—quiet, private, and perfect for unwinding. Communication was flawless, and Athena and her partner were incredibly attentive. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay—thank you, Athena!

We loved the location. The backyard was just the escape we needed. There are two kayaks provided and we had a blast with the kids going down the "rapids". The house is very nice and spacious. The appliances are top of the line and the kitchen is fully stocked. The two fireplaces are wonderful. My only complaint is the outside cushions were not on and the outdoor furniture was not clean.

Lynn was very proactive in making sure everything was going well. The location was reasonably close to Sedona and it was a very easy drive to Flagstaff. It felt much more peaceful and off the beaten path than being in a larger town.

Mike and Amanda were gracious host. Their place had everything you need. Clean, comfortable and lots of space to spread out. Plenty of linens and a well stocked kitchen. Toys and baby proofing if traveling with young children. Due to the weather we did not use the porch, but it had a nice sitting area and table to enjoy a meal outside. The fenced in yard was also a big plus. The cabin is nestled in a nice quiet neighborhood, great for a nice walk. Pretty close to perfect, if it only had a hot tub, that would be the icing on the cake. Overall a great cabin in the Pines.

My adult son and I stayed about a week at Edie’s place. It is situated in a very quiet and pleasant neighborhood. The unit itself is compact, but cozy and very clean. Personally, my aging eyes would’ve appreciated a bit more lighting in the living area. We found the small kitchen and its appliances very useful. The adjoining courtyard was nice for a cup of tea or a beer after a day of hiking. Speaking of hiking, there are a number of nice trails immediately behind the house, so take advantage of them! All in all, it was a very pleasant stay.

If you're looking for a beautiful and peaceful get away, book this AirBNB! It looks even better than the photos and is very tranquil. The property attendant, Amigo, and the 5 alpacas really made the experience for us! (Unfortunately, we did not get to meet the tortise but we heard he is great too!) We sat by the fire pit one afternoon just relaxing. Plus 30 min north are some great wine tasting rooms. There is a great coffee/breakfast place 2 miles away (Thanks A Latte). We would absolutely come back!
