very comfortable apartment - we stayed a week but you could easily stay here for a month. spacious (two bathrooms, big kitchen, lounge and bedroom), well-stocked kitchen for cooking and a 24/7 supermarket on the ground floor of the building. pool and small gym on the rooftop. TV with Netflix. comfortable bed. balcony. AC. self check-in, which was helpful since we arrived at 5am. we really enjoyed our time here. thanks, Mohammed!

I loved staying in Ahmed's place. Mainly because he was so responsive to my messages and his flat was too big and clean. The flat had everything we need and i have no issues at all. Even when i told he that i have to check out a night earlier becuae i had death in the family, he asked me to amend the check out and get the last night refunded. I will come back to his place in future. Thanks Ahmed. Love from Bahrain.

nous sommes très contents de notre séjour à Qantab. Le logement est moderne, pratique, propre et confortable et à à peine 5 minutes à pieds de la jolie plage de Qantab. on la voit même du balcon ! merci à Vincent et à son équipe et en particulier à Samantha qui a été super réactive, conciliante et bienveillante. si nous revenons à Oman nous n'hésiterons pas à louer ici de nouveau.

Super schöne Whg, toll eingerichtet, im neuen Viertel Al Mouj, am Hafen. 5 Stock, Blick auf Pool und ein Stückchen Meer, Balkon. Ruhig. Stets sehr schnelle und freundliche Antwort von Vermieterseite. Am Hafen viele gute Restaurants, 5min zum Schnorcheltour-Anbieter. Absolut empfehlenswert!

I loved staying at Naila's apartment, it was cozy, clean and had many added amenities.

A really stunning light apartment - felt at home as we walked in. Everything worked, and the location is a real jewel with many walkable stylish restaurants! We swam in the beautifully warm and well looked after pool which the balcony overlooks. The place is quiet and calming. Would recommend and will use again when next in Muscat!

Abdullah’s place is a little gem.. situated @ Juman, the building has much higher standard than other buildings at the Mouj. What is so unique is the view, which you can enjoy from the very big balconies, Albudllah is a great host, and he planned everything to make the place a home form home : water bottles, great coffee machine, essentials at the fridge , all you need to clean/ use @ the kitchen, some fabulous touches all around the flat, that make it such a great experience. I had asked Abdullah to arrange extra items that were required specifically for us, and this was done so well and kindly. Abdullah does respond very quickly and always available for any requests… We shall be back… as we were very sad to leave!!! Oman is such a fabulous place and what makes it so special is the kindness of Omanis. Abdullah is a true reflection of this… kind, helpful and a pleasure to talk to.

Overall a great stay! Spacious villa with spacious rooms and clean in a safe and quiet compound. Although it was slightly far from certain places, it wasn’t a huge issue, very well worth it and would definitely stay here again!

MK and his brother were very welcoming. We truly enjoyed our time at their place. Wish we had stayed longer at their place. Highly recommend this place for your stay in Muscat. Waves is 5 mins away, our family truly enjoyed and place was super clean. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Muscat next time again.

If you want a private and beautiful location which is away from everything, this is the place. The villa is clean and everything works. You are living amongst the locals and everyone is welcoming. Do not think this is a place where you can dress in bikinis and have loud music playing all day long. Respect the locals. What makes this place even more special is the host who is better that a butler and resolves all your problems instantly. Nice local restaurants and a mini market to buy small snacks. Just to point out there is no front or rear garden at the property. You are within walls, which is a good thing as it is a hot country. The pool is within the building so easy access all day long for kids. If you have kids or stupid adults with you be careful you don't brake anything in the villa as you will be paying for it. Basically respect other people's stuff.

Can't recommend this place enough, even better than the pictures. is very big and spacious. We found everything we need (and more). the house was very clean. The house carer was always there if we needed anything. the location and the view are super. thank you for having us!

Mieszkanie znajduje się na pięknym, luksusowym, strzeżonym osiedlu. Jest z niego bardzo ładny widok na morze, ogródek jest zadbany, z ładną trawą. Z apartamentu jest blisko na rewelacyjny basen i plażę, a w 20 minut można dojść z apartamentu do małego portu, gdzie są restauracje i sklep. Łóżko w sypialni jest wygodne, kuchnia i łazienka są duże, klimatyzacja działa bardzo sprawnie. Mieszkanie jest estetycznie urządzone. Komunikacja z gospodarzem przebiega sprawnie, a zameldowanie jest łatwe, bo klucze wyjmuje się z małego sejfu przy drzwiach. Co do miejsc do spania, ważne żeby wiedzieć, że kanapy w salonie się nie rozkładają, zdejmuje się z nich tylko poduszki, jednak dla jednej osoby są ok. W sypialni oprócz podwójnego łóżka znajdują się dwa cienkie, rozkładane materace do spania na ziemi. Poczucie luksusu było by jeszcze większe, gdyby mieszkanie było jeszcze lepiej wysprzątane.

My spouse and I stayed at this home, and Bader was incredibly precise, responsive, timely, kind, and patient. He guided us through every single detail. Beyond just the trip and the flawless home we experienced, I’m truly happy to have met Bader. This was my best Airbnb experience, and I sincerely appreciate him. As for the house: He had left some snacks and cold water for us before our arrival. Very clean. Fully equipped with all necessary amenities. Khalid really is a great host! I got recommendations where to eat ,which places to visit and what to be aware of in Oman. He is way more than a host and really cares about his guests! I really enjoyed my stay at his place.

the place was amazing .. much better than the photos .. the beach was near. we accessed the Jumeirah muscat bay hotel with a paid daily pass since we didn't brought an umbrella with us .. still anyone can use the free beach.. much recommend

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely 2-bedroom villa in Muscat! The host was incredibly friendly and professional, accommodating our very early check-in request and frequently checking in to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The villa is in an excellent location, making it easy to explore Muscat’s attractions and offering convenient access to the highway for day trips outside the city. The property was well-equipped with all the essentials and more – from a TV, excellent air conditioning, and WiFi to extra kitchen appliances like an air fryer and sandwich maker. The parking space right outside the villa was also a huge plus for us. Overall, this is a fantastic option for a small family visiting Muscat. It provided everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it!

Oturma odası çok güzel ,LED TV, kitaplar ,müzik aletleri ve yeni insanlarla tanışabilirsiniz arkadaşlık ortamı var. Çok tatlı bir Scottish Fold kedisi var.😇 Marketlere ve Restoranlara yakın.İlk gün yolları biraz şaşırabilirsiniz mutlaka Harita uygulaması kullanın ilk gün. Yeni insanlarla tanışmak sosyalleşmek ve havalimanina yakın yerde konaklamak isteyenlere tavsiye ederim

We had a pleasant stay at Sukoon's apartment. We had a very fast and smooth communication, and we got answers and thoughtful guide to our questions. The apartment has a very nice view to the city and beach, and is a short walking distance to the beach.

Nadia’s place is amazing and clean with a nice pool view located in the middle of muscat. Would definitely stay again!
