Top Wohnung top Lage in Garmisch-Partenkirchen

Du kannst unser mit viel Liebe zum Detail neu renoviertes und hochwertiges Apartment in bester Lage mieten! Aus dem Schlafzimmer hast du einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Berg Kramer sowie die schöne Loisach die dir direkt zu Füßen liegt. Zum Zentrum von Garmisch sind es nur wenige Schritte. Das Apartment liegt sehr ruhig, der perfekte Ort um abzuschalten. Und doch ist man mittendrin! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäckerei, Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Bahnhof ca. 10 min. zu Fuß bis zur Wohnung. Die Wohnung wurde von uns mit viel Liebe renoviert. Hier finden bis zu 4 Personen Platz, ideal für kleine Familie, wie auch für ein Pärchen. Babybett und Babystuhl ist vorhanden so wie auch Waschmaschine.(ist alles neu) Die hochwertige Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Die dazugehörige Tiefgarage und Trocknenraum befindet sich ebenfalls im Haus. Direkt vor dem Haus fließt sehr schönner Bach (Leusach) , wo man schön entspannen kann. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, das Haus hat nur drei Treppen was ganz praktisch ist für Familien mit Kindern wie auch für ältere Gäste. Die Gemeinde erhebt Kurtaxe 3 Euro pro Person pro Tag. Dafür erhält der Gast ein Ticket für kostenlosen Ortbus, sowie Ermessigungen für Schwimmbad, Partnachklam, Museum, etc.

Sunny and central apartment in Seefeld

With a beautiful modern décor filled with natural elements and soft colors that give you such a peaceful vibe, this lovely studio perfect for 2 guests is waiting for you to arrive and enjoy. It has an excellent location, as you will be only 5 minutes away from the center, the train station and a large supermarket, so you do not have to go too far to enjoy all the places of interest. Fully equipped with all the necessary amenities and with breathtaking balcony views, what more could you ask for?

Charming vintage flat in the heart of the city

Well equipped apartment in the heart of the city. The 40m2 flat is situated in a historic building and most of Innsbruck's sights are in walking distance. As part of the tourism region Innsbruck, we are able to offer you the Welcome Card. The apartment is cosy, welcoming and charming. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a wooden high plateau, which hosts an extra double bed in a cosy atmosphere thanks to the low ceiling. Wifi and a TV with Netflix is also provided for cosy evenings.

Frisch sanierte Einzimmerwohnung in guter Lage zur Innenstadt. Genieße das einfache Leben in dieser ruhigen und zentral gelegenen Garconniere. Die Kleinwohnung besteht aus Vorraum, Bad mit Dusche und WC, Hauptraum mit Doppelbett und Schlafcouch (ca. 20m2) und getrennte Küche. Wer Ruhe in der Stadt sucht, ist hier richtig! Als Gast ist man gleich in der Stadt, auf der Autobahn oder an der Wertach mit viel Grün. Wunderbare Rückzugsoase mit Küche, Balkon, TV inkl. Netflix, King-Size-Bett und ausziehbarer Couch für eine dritte Person. Ein Bäcker ist um die Ecke. Das Apartment ist ideal für zwei Personen.
