We loved staying here. The view is spectacular! The hot tub and pool were an added bonus. The house had good, positive energy and we all slept like babies. The windows in the living room are amazing.. especially during a lightning storm. I enjoyed how easy going the entire experience was. We did not run into any issues. Thank you Sean for hosting!

Staying here was an incredibly serene experience. The views were stunning and it felt so peaceful to be surrounded by nature. The Airbnb was spotless and had everything we needed and more. Sally was a wonderful host- super thoughtful, responsive, and flexible. She was even kind enough to give us an early checkin! We had such a relaxing stay and would definitely come back!

Loved our stay! Such a nice clean house with breathtaking views! Would love to stay again when there isn’t work being done to the lake! We had to walk a good way to get to water but still was able to fish and spend unforgettable time with family!! Even caught a fish out there yards away! I would definitely stay here again and again and again! It was like a dream home for us! We loved every bit of it!!! Thanks for the quick responses to any inquiries we had and the last minute later check out approval! This kind couple and their home. Home was very clean, accommodating, and close to several local San Antonio destinations. House stood out in the neighborhood but didn't feel unsafe. Lots of good space and the master bathroom shower was great. Lisa offered local eatery suggestions and provided clear instructions. Highly recommend.

Maryann’s place was very peaceful and beautiful! We had an occasional bug, but that is to be expected staying in a house with big trees around. The house felt very cozy. Thank you for a pleasant stay Maryann!

This spot was amazing for me and my friends to get away for the weekend. Mr. Doug was amazing and reached out immediately when we had questions or needed help. The house itself is also amazing and has everything whether you want ot go out or stay indoors and hang out. I will definitely be booking this spot again!

The place was absolutely beautiful. A gas stove, a very nice hot tub, plenty of seating for the group, and the amenities were lovely. The river was very shallow but that was transparent from the beginning on the listing and it was still beautiful and peaceful to be outside. The host was very responsive and was able to take care of or give instructions for pretty much everything whilst we were there. I truly think the price was absolutely worth it for such a beautiful space.

We loved our stay here! We had six adults plus a dog in our group. The house fit all of us very comfortably and had every amenity/supply we needed for the weekend. We were so excited to find a listing that also included all the water toys you could ask for; kayaks, paddle boards, a lily pad, tubes, etc. We spent a ton of time out in the river, which is exactly what we were hoping for! We also enjoyed the fire pit on the dock to roast hot dogs and make s’mores right in the water. Would highly recommend this BnB and would absolutely come back!

This was my husband and I's second time staying with Susanne. Originally we stayed at her other property for our wedding a year ago. We loved the bungalow and location so much that we decided to stay with her again to celebrate our one year anniversary. Per usual, the space was beautiful. Susanne really cares about the details: the almond tart that she bakes for you, all the small snacks & drinks, and even a sound machine to fall asleep to. The bed is also extremely comfy. We had a great time. I look forward to staying here again. :)

We loved our stay at Kathleen’s River spot. Several cats were entertaining during our Al fresco dinners. We figured out how to stream to the TV, cooks steaks from the local HEB and the meat was yummy and were easily prepared with the provided charcoal grill. We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor experiences. Everything we needed was supplied and if you needed anything HEB and restaurants were close. We were there for work, so didn’t partake in the river but local food was plentiful and service and hometown feel was exactly what we needed. Will work to come back and stay longer. Would love to have just sat, played cards and lazed a bit more!

Rented Johana’s unit for NCAA Final Four weekend. Accommodations were just as advertised. The property is located on a quiet street near Fort Sam. Johana was a gracious and very responsive host and was quick to answer any questions I had. If my travels take me back to SA, I would definitely consider staying again.

We did a three day stay at Marilyn's house. This place is impeccable. It was super clean and welcoming. Small touches such as electric candles and soft music on Spotify when we arrived. We were always comfortable with awesome air conditioning, while it was muggy outside. And quiet! We never heard any noise from the street. The shower is like being under a water fall. Soothing and lots of hot water. Easy parking in the driveway just outside the entrance door. Lots of restaurants nearby on St. Mary's including wine bars, metal bars, tiki bars, food trucks. Lots to choose from. If you have more than one car, street parking is plentiful. We will look forward to asking to stay with Marilyn again in the future. If you are looking for an awesome hideway with lots of food and culture nearby, stay at Marilyn's place.

Jeff and Katie were friendly and easy to communicate with The historical apartment above the garage was complete with everything you will need for your stay a fully stocked kitchen and little deck to watch the sunset and lots of light. All this within walking distance to historic downtown

We loved the property and wish we had more time there. The hosts had every detail covered and it felt like adult summer camp with cozy amenities to make it feel so comfortable. Truly enjoyed this place!

Very nice place that everyone enjoyed including the kids! Close to everything but secluded enough to relax and enjoy peace and quiet. The creek behind the property is beautiful and everyone enjoyed the amenities that were included.

The location is very private and peaceful. The cabin had everything we needed and very clean. The hot tub was fired up ready to go. Shyla (the neighbor’s dog) was a great companion. She was so sweet and guarded our little cabin. The location was easy to find and only about 5 minutes from town. Will definitely stay again.

I booked this cabin for my fiancés birthday. I was looking for a place where we could relax, enjoy nature, and feel far from the city and busy schedules. This place did not disappoint! We were able to spend quality time together while hanging out in the river or simply enjoying the ambience of the cabin and property. Bonus points for being pet friendly! I loved being able to include my Pebbles in our trip and adventures!

This is such a special spot. We loved having our meals on the porch and enjoying the beautiful backyard.
