Seine : locations de vacances dans des lofts

Sylvain a été très réactif dès le premier contact, via la messagerie, avant même la réservation ! Nous sommes restés bloqué dans les embouteillages... j’ai donc prévenu Sylvain que nous arriverions avec du retard, il a été très compréhensif et m’a même dit de ne pas stresser. Nous le remercions pour son empathie...C’ est une qualité assez rare de nos jours et qui mérite donc d’être soulignée. Le logement est très bien placé, près du Canal Saint-Martin, dans un quartier de Paris authentique. Nous avons pu faire beaucoup de visites à pieds, balades le long du canal, Les Buttes de Chaumont, le Centre Pompidou etc. Le loft est très agréable à vivre, avec tout le confort nécessaire et une déco trés sympa, au calme avec sa petite cour très verdoyante. C’est trés appréciable de rentrer dans ce petit cocon après une journée dans Paris! Nous avons apprécié le grand choix de vaisselle, la cuisine est sublime. Nous ne pouvons que recommander le loft de Sylvain qui est un hôte trés accueillant

We had a wonderful short stay at Segire's house and will be booking again on our next trip to Paris. Interior design was beautiful the beds were very comfortable and there was enough room for us all to feel at home. We will definitely book again.

Very good location and nice size. Its hard to find hotel for family of 4. We took a chance on airbnb and we are glad we booked this place. Its convenient, feels like home, kids loves it, great local restaurants and boutique shops all nearby. We had a blast! Kids loves it. Maria was responsive and proactive. This place is probably one of the best location we have stayed it. Highly recommend it. However, if you have mobility issue, climbing 4 floors may be difficult. But not a problem for us. We cant wait to go back and stay in the same place.

Séjour de 2 jours dans le cadre d’un salon professionnel au Carrousel du Louvre : l’emplacement est vraiment idéal, à proximité immédiate du métro et de nombreux lieux accessibles à pied. La communication avec l’hôte a été fluide et efficace. L’appartement est bien équipé, on y trouve tout le nécessaire pour un court séjour. Petit bémol : les assises (fauteuils et chaises) ne sont plus celles des photos et sont plus rustiques. À noter également, la machine à laver a fonctionné après 22h et avant 8h, ce qui peut déranger les personnes au sommeil léger. Hormis ces points, le séjour s’est bien déroulé.

Le séjour a été merveilleux. Un appartement trés ensoleillé, lumineux, qui donne sur une immense zone verte privée avec des terrains de sport, des placettes, des allées. Un havre de paix avec de la nature en plein Paris. Et cerise sur le gâteau, l'appartement est habité par l'âme des propriétaires. Il est personnalisé avec une trés belle décoration. On a l'impression d'être chez soi. Trés loin des airbnb Pro sans âme et souvent avec trés peu de lumière qu'on voit fleurir partout. De tous les airbnb que j'ai loué à Paris, ce lieu est de loin le plus agréable à vivre.

We lived staying at Claudia's flat. It was a great base to explore Paris from, being on just a metro ride away from all the central areas. Claudia was a great host, providing clear instructions on check in, house instructions and local area recommendations. There are many shops, bars and restaurants in all directions from the flat. The flat is really well prepared with all the basics you'd need - charging ports and travel adaptors, kitchen utensils and pans, combi microwave and hob (really helpful as we cooked from home a few times) and toiletries.

Vraiment un beau logement, au coeur de Paris. Beaucoup de charme avec les hauts plafonds et la mezzanine. Décoré avec soin, il y a tout ce qu'il faut !

I absolutely LOVED my stay. I went on a solo trip, I felt very safe and the location is just perfect. There are loads of shops, cafes and restaurants literally just outside the door and easy access to the metro to explore the rest of beautiful Paris. If you're vegan - there's a fully vegan patisserie only 5 minutes away! also a vegan shop / cafe nearby. the apartment is stunning - very relaxing and perfect for a couple / solo traveller. obviously the sauna and jacuzzi really make the place special! I was allowed to drop my bags off earlier than check in time, which was super helpful. all communication was quick, friendly and helpful! I highly recommend staying at this apartment, I can't wait to go back again!!!!!! 🥰

Place is as described. Lots of space despite we had two adults and two children ages 12 and 8. There was a queen bed, a twin bed and a twin bunked bed. About 8 minutes to/from a Metro line 5 station. A couple of grocery stores nearby metro station (Aldi and Carrefour City) as well as a kebab restaurant. Washer and Dryer are also available. Vladik was flexible with our check-in and allowed us to check-in early and instructions were provided in advanced. Location is also in a quite neighborhood area. We walked late night (after 9PM) a couple of times and seems to okay. Thanks Vladik for hosting it was a great stay!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Margot's lovely home in Paris with our family of four, and it was truly a delightful experience. The house was incredibly spacious, providing ample room for everyone to relax and unwind after our daily adventures in the city. It beautifully combined traditional Parisian elegance with modern conveniences, making it both a practical and enchanting place to stay. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore all the wonderful sights Paris has to offer. Our host was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met throughout our stay. We felt very well taken care of. Overall, this home provided the perfect setting for our family trip, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Paris.

Great price and location, very close to a large train station with tons of options to get around Paris with ease.

This place is lovely! The hosts are incredibly thoughtful and responsive. I would tell anyone to stay here with full confidence that their expectations will be exceeded. The location is superb and easily navigable.

Die Unterkunft von Eric war sehr schön. Wir habrn uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Wir waren 6 Personen und hatten viel Platz und zwei Badezimmer. Das war super praktisch. In der Nähe gab es mehrere Supermärkte und Bäckereien. Das war toll. Die Metro befindet sich 2 min neben dem Haus und man ist in 15min im Zentrum Station "Hotel de ville". Wir hatten tolle Ferien. This was one of our favorite airbnb experiences. We absolutely loved the loft. This is an amazing part of Paris, so alive, and youthful. The loft is the romantic ideal of how to live in Paris. The host was super responsive, greeting us when we arrived. There was laundry, and basically everything one would need. We can't wait to stay again!

We loved our stay. Lirane was so lovely and checked in to make sure we were ok while we were there. Perfect location for us, metro 5 minute walk, lovely bakery literally 100m away which we used a lot! Space was large, modern and light. Felt safe when in the apartment. Large dining table was a lovely area to be social. Some of the fixtures and fittings could do with some tlc but this didn’t affect our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Liranes place again.

Je suis resté dans l'appartement de Marie pendant un mois pour raisons pro. Dès mon arrivée , je me suis senti chez moi , l'appartement est lumineux et calme et était à 10 mn de mon lieu de travail. à refaire si jamais je devais retravaillé sur Reims !

J’ai eu le plaisir de séjourner dans cet appartement dans un cadre d’un déplacement professionnel et j’ai beaucoup apprécié mon expérience. L’endroit est propre, bien équipé et idéalement situé, offrant un cadre agréable et propice au travail comme à la détente. L’hôte a été disponible et attentionné, rendant le séjour d’autant plus agréable. Je recommande vivement cet appartement et n’hésiterai pas à y revenir lors d’un prochain déplacement. .

Ekos est une hôte merveilleuse et son loft d'artiste est incroyable. L'accueil a été formidable tout au long du séjour. Ekos répond à toute attente avec beaucoup d'attention. On ne s'attend pas à découvrir un logement aussi spacieux à Paris. Une hôte au grand coeur qui nous ouvre les portes de son petit paradis. Mille mercis pour ce séjour Ekos. Je reviendrai.
