We stay here 7night on Dec. This area is very safety and convenient. This apartment is so warm by heater in winter Paris. David did so kind and flexible. He told me good restaurant and cafe. And he ajusted our checkin time and checkout time flexibly. I want to stay again.

Great place to stay, very safe and quiet. Top location with many sightseeings around. Appartments was very clean and set right mood for trip right from the start. Host is very friendly and always ready to help, gave nice advices on what places to visit. Would be happy to stay again, place is really worth it's price! Thank you!

Jay's place was great for our family of 4. Room for everyone to spread out some during our restful times and breaks. Across the street from the metro and Tuileries Gardens. Necessities like groceries and restaurants were convenient.

We stayed for 4 nights in October, two adults + two young kids. We had chosen Myra’s apartment because it was very detailed in its description and would have accommodated our planned party of 6. Unfortunately two of four adults couldn’t make it so we had the entire space to ourselves. We truly enjoyed staying in a grand old building with all its charming peculiarities. The flat was easy to find, and everything inside (appliances, heating, recycling instructions) was helpfully explained in Myra’s notes. We were grateful for the fully equipped kitchen when the kids were too tired to eat out, and the area has a great range of restaurants and take aways. Even for short legs there was a lot to be seen and explored at walking distance. Would definitely recommend for a longer stay / multi generational get together.

This was such a wonderful stay. My friend and I spent 5 nights here and we loved how for a great price we got two rooms, two balconies, a great shower, washing machine (no dryer machine, however, just heated drying racks) the building was lovely and had a brand new elevator that took us right upstairs, and the space was decorated in a way that made us feel at home in Paris! Samuel was a communicative and friendly host who welcomed us into his home very nicely. The location is wonderful, Montmarte is so beautiful and the place is just a walk away from so many things to do. The building is old, however, so there were a bunch of noises at times but that didn’t really matter to us. We’d certainly come back!

Nous avons fêté Noël en famille chez Christophe et c’était très agréable . L’appartement est bien conçu pour 6 personnes , face au métro aérien mais bien insonorisé . Christophe, que nous n’avons pas rencontré, est très arrangeant et réponds très vite . Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages quelques heures avant notre départ .

We were very happy to stay at this room.The room were really nice,cozy and there was not a single thing we had to worry about. Staying at the room was very comfortable, the access to any attractions was good, there were plenty of supermarkets and great restaurants and bakeries, and our stay was enjoyable. Thank you so much!

Séjour parisien parfait. La communication et l’accueil de Régis Paul ont été super, l’entrée et la sortie des lieux super flexibles, beaucoup de sympathie dans les échanges. L’appartement quant à lui est spacieux et extrêmement calme, très bien situé dans Paris, le quartier est super vivant et pourtant aucun bruit de la rue quand nous sommes à l’intérieur. Nous avons pu loger à 5 avec nos trois enfants (dont un bébé, un lit parapluie nous a gentiment été mis à disposition), les pièces sont grandes et agréables, nous y avons seulement dormi mais l’appartement était parfaitement équipé pour y préparer à manger. Je recommande pleinement Régis Paul et son logement à toutes les personnes qui veulent profiter des joies de Paris mais dans un environnement calme et adapté aux familles.

I had a great stay, the apartment looks exactly like in the photos, and Sylvain was always helpful and answered all my questions quickly :) The location is a bit far from the centre but it’s so well connected with the metro, that it never took me longer 30-45 minutes to get anywhere.

Beautiful apartment on the sixth floor with great views. Very short walk from Gare Du Nord, which gives great connectivity to the city and airport. Sebastian’s communication was clear and informative. The apartment is on the 6th floor, and we had lots of baggage. He was very kind in helping us with some of them. The apartment is very clean with more than average space compared to other places in Paris. Beautiful and simply done, we had a very comfortable stay (I was with my parents) 10/10 recommend, and will definitely book it again if I am travelling.

Alberto was great at communicating the check-in instructions along with a guide of the area. The place is in a wonderful area that is walkable to metro, market, and restaurants. Greatly enjoyed our time.

Elodie was an amazing host! We loved our stay. Waking up to the beautiful views and ending our evening watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle was breathtaking. Elodie's apartment made my trip of lifetime unforgettable and I will cherish the memories forever. A must stay. I hope to visit again and would love to be welcomed back to Elodie's "paradise in Paris" ♥️

We really enjoyed staying at Alexandrine’s place. This was our first time to Paris. The location is fantastic, steps away from many cafes, restaurants, shops. Easy access to other attraction. The area is safe, quiet, convenient. The loft has everything we needed Overall I would definitely recommend it to others.

The apartment is located in a really nice neighborhood, we can really feel the local vibes and safe. Julie and Stèphane are extremely kind and helpful.

Alexandre’s apartment was perfect for our stay. Very roomy and open with many windows and we even had a view of the top of the Basilique du Sacré-Cœur from the bedroom window. Wonderful cafe’s /reasturants, shops, and a pharmacy etc. within a few minutes walk in this queit yet active neighborhood.

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

Sylvia’s apartment was just lovely. And a true Parisien neighborhood not full of tourists but full of families. We loved having the market days and the flea market just a block outside our door. Every amenity you could want was available in the apartment, including beautiful fresh flowers in her flower pots which I happily watered. Sylvia and Antonio her host or welcoming and so easy to deal with in communication. The house was spotless and we felt it was a bargain for Paris. I hope we can visit again soon.

Logement très bien placé, à 2 minutes à pied du métro et à environ 20 à 30 minutes des différents sites touristiques. Le logement est très sécurisé avec plusieurs digicodes. Stéphanie est une hôte très agréable, très réactive à nos différentes demandes. Je recommande vivement

Our stay at Stephanie’s was absolute magic. The apartment is extremely beautiful and homey at the same time, and it was just a pleasure spend time in it. Worth nothing is that it was spotless clean. Stephanie was the most wonderful host, always responsive, very helpful and friendly and most of all thoughtful and considerate to our needs. We traveled with 2 young kids and Stephanie suggested an abundance of fun activities and kid-friendly places to eat. She put a lot of thought in her suggestions and I have to say that all her recommendations were great! It was truly a special visit and I cannot recommend this stay highly enough- it was perfect!

Vi var otte personer, der var til OL 2024 i Paris og havde valgt Kerals hus til et ophold på 8 dage. Keral - og hendes mand - var super imødekommende og hjælpsomme i forbindelse med indlogeringen. Hun gav os rigtig god og nyttig info om lokalområdet, transport- og indkøbsmuligheder og lokale butikker. Huset var i perfekt stand og med alle ønskelige faciliteter. Herunder den dejlige udendørs pool, som vi nød på de rigtig varme sommerdage. Vi nød haven, terrassen med baldakinen og liggestolene…. og havegrillen kom også i brug Der var rigtig gode soverum og senge, og toiletter og bad var super. Stuen og smart-TV’et var samlingspunktet, når vi skulle se de OL- konkurrencer, som vi ikke havde billetter til. Vi takker Keral og Ben for et virkelig skønt ophold, som var langt over vores forventninger. Det var ikke bare et ophold… vi mødte også to meget sympatiske og venlige mennesker. My teenage daughter and I really enjoyed staying slightly outside of the city. We used the metro everyday to tour PARIS. THIS WAS SO CONVENIENT,EASY AND AFFORDABLE. OUR host communicated with us daily to answer any questions. His flat was very clean and the jacuzzi was a perfect temperature when we used it. My daughter and I felt very safe in the neighborhood as well.
