Seine-Saint-Denis : locations de vacances avec home cinéma

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Sébastien et Elise ! Le logement est très lumineux, avec un design moderne et soigné, il offre un cadre de vie agréable et chaleureux. La proximité du métro est un vrai plus pour se déplacer facilement dans Paris. Le logement est à 10 minutes à pied du Canal St Martin et du Canal de l'Ourcq, parfaits pour se balader ou se détendre. Les halles Pajol, plus haut dans la rue, étant pratiques pour boire un verre ou manger. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à tous ceux qui cherchent un logement confortable et bien situé !

Appartamento pulitissimo e comodo per visitare Chelles e d’intorni di Parigi. Ci siamo trovati molto bene ed Eve davvero gentile e disponibile . Ci torneremo appena possibile! Esperienza ottima!

A casa é exatamente como na fotografia. O Florian foi super atencioso e respondeu sempre a qualquer dúvida. O metro é literalmente ao lado, dá para chegar a qualquer lado num instante. A casa tinha bastantes toalhas para todos, a roupa da cama era quente, tornando tudo acolhedor e confortável. Foi uma experiência muito boa, recomendo muito e agradeço por tudo!

Erg fijn appartement om met z’n tweeën in te verblijven. Het was ruim, schoon en goed gelegen. Tijdens de hittegolf in Parijs wel erg warm, maar dat was niet te voorzien. Aanrader!

Great place with vibrant atmosphere. Large well furnished kitchen and a wonderful living room space. The ambient lighting and large projector were a lovely addition to the living space. Paired with a great sound system, it transformed the living space into a cinema like atmosphere. Would definitely book again if I had the chance to go to Paris.

We had a great few days in Gregory’s place. The view from the apartment is fabulous and even better from the rooftop pool area. We even got to watch the 14th July celebration fireworks from the top! The location of the apartment is terrific on Bld Arago with a supermarket and boulangerie very close by, plus it’s well connected to bus and metro. We liked the 13th arrondissement which was calm but not far from all that central Paris has to offer. Gregory was a responsive, flexible host who welcomed us warmly into his home. Overall a great place to stay.

This warm and cozy apartment was within walking distance to bus, rail, grocery markets, restaurants and more. The kitchen, while tiny, was functional and had everything we needed. We were 2 couples and found both the bed and fold out sofa very comfortable! Note that when there are 2 couples, the lounge becomes a 2nd generously sized bedroom and no longer a functional lounge. This was perfect for our needs as we only used the apartment to occasionally eat, sleep& change to go adventuring 😊 As for parking, outside the flat there's some free blue lined areas for evenings only until 9am. However if you head to the side streets near the train station, there are white lined (or no lined) sections with free parking. We did this on our first morning (15min walk) & left it there for our stay. The apartment, while a little worn, was perfectly priced for what it does offer. The host was friendly, helpful & a great communicator. We would happily use this apartment again if we go back to Paris!

It was the perfect place for our family. It was easy to use with a door lock without a key. All the daily necessities were provided. We could see the white Eiffel Tower every day by foot. It is a place I would like to visit again with my husband next time.

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We hope to be back in the near future! Thank you Josefa!

Tutto come da annuncio, tutto preciso, tutto perfetto. Alloggio proprio di fianco alla fermata del bus e ben collegato con Parigi e le altre mete turistiche. Super Host consigliatissimo +++++

The place had everything a larger group needs for a longer stay. Very clean with plenty of space. Only a 5 minute walk to the metro line.

Séjour parfait, la maison est propre et bien équipé/meublé, correspond à la description. Le système home cinéma est top, le jardin extérieur est super. La réactivité à nos questions nous a bien servi à notre arrivée. Nous reviendrons volontiers lors de nos déplacements sur Paris. Point d’amélioration : qualité des oreillers et absence de chaînes Tv (TNT)

Our stay was superb! Very close to all the attractions, metro, restaurants! Beds are comfortable , fully equipped kitchen. We felt like home away from home! Definitely recommend!!!

The apartment was nice and clean. Didn’t expect to be on 16th floor but view is nice. Host was very helpful and they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Secure garage parking for our vehicle which was good.

This place is perfect. The location cannot be beat. Very close to multiple metro stations, bus stops, and attractions. The elevator made staying on the 6th floor a breeze.

Très bon accueil agréable , c'est vraiment a recommander , facile d'accès , a proximité de la porte de Versailles 10mn a pieds , restaurant de proximité , boulangerie a 80 mètres pour le matin extra .tout équipé C'est parfait .

The view is unmatched truly. See it for yourself! My only issue is the lighting in the hallway didn’t turn on which made for some spooky walks up to the door but once inside everything was lovely.

Wow this place is such a gem! Super clean, cozy, so much charm, great location, quiet at night, very friendly host. We had everything we needed, and more. The apartment has a great book, art and music collection. We were 3 people and didn’t feel crowded at all with one person sleeping on the living room pull out. The curtains were very cool. Sometimes you can hear the faintest sound of someone else in the apartment building playing piano (they play very well) and that was the sweetest touch. We noticed a group of elderly neighbors get together outside to practice qi gong every morning - even in the winter! Neighbors walk their dogs along the canal. It’s all very romantic. We also fell in love with the restaurant l’Atmosphere which is around the corner. Overall fantastic stay. Will absolutely return, thank you!

Alles sehr unkompliziert. Ronan war sehr freundlich. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen. Schön ruhig. Gleich gegenüber eine Bäckerei zum frühstücken. Mit Aufzug in den 3.Stock. Metro leicht erreichbar. Schnell in der Innenstadt.
